Paradise felt relieved one moment, thinking that he completely forgot about the deal. And, the next moment, she felt nervous again. This time not about disobeying her mother.
She's never been kissed before, which means she didn't know how to do it exactly. What if he thought she was... Bad at it?
"Yeah, you did."
She said, looking sadly at the money he grabbed, then mumbled under her breath,
"I'll beat you next time..."

"Oh my...My mom is going to kill me! She doesn't even like you! She doesn't want me to be late! I have to..."
She ran over to Damon and grabbed his shirt collar, shaking him, "You have to take me home now, don't you understand Damon? She doesn't like me being late!" Before she could explain her 'freaking out' she ran up the stairs grabbed her bag [ where ever she put it... ] and ran out the door.

Paradise rolled her eyes, and went to the passenger side of his car.
"You don't understand Damon. My mom hates it when I'm 20 minutes late! How do you think she's going to feel when I'm 3 hours late..." She groaned as she got inside, covering her face with her hands afters sitting down.
