((*Sigh* Fine.)) Silver bolted out of bed and into Lydia's room. It was five in the morning, and she was crying. He paced a little, trying to calm her down. When that didn't work too well, he went downstairs and gave her bottle. He sat on the couch and began singing to her softly, watching as she slowly calmed down and started to eat.

Silver had laid down on the couch, placing Lydia on his chest. The baby fell asleep with her head tucked underneath his chin; he too had fallen back asleep, one hand resting lightly on the baby.
