Ravenfeather was struck speechless for a moment. His eyes were fixed on his paws. "And your brother- do you think he'd be mad that you're still with Clan cats, even after what they did to you?" Striking out without warning, one of his claws snagged a firefly that had been flying less than a whisker away from Tiger's nose. He smiled at her. "Think it will taste good?"

"Betcha it wont." Tiger said, looking at the Firefly, then she shrugged, "I haven't spoken to Lion since i first joined StoneClan, he refuses to talk to a Clan cat, says they are all overfed, brainless furballs,and the only thing they are better than is a kittypet." she said. |

Ravenfeather frowned. "You used to think that though, didn't you? Before Stoneclan?" He sniffed at the firefly, wrinkling up his nose in disgust. "Smells gross, alright."

Ravenfeather grimaced, popping the firefly in his mouth quickly. The taste was terrible; he choked it down, and was still gagging a few minutes after. "Worst. Bet. Ever." he said, looking around for something else to eat to get the taste out of him mouth.

"You should see your face all the time," Ravenfeather jabbed back at her, snickering. "Alright, alright. We should keep going. If anyone wakes up, they'll probably have an anxiety attack." Blinking, he added on with a frown, "If they even care that we're gone..."

"My face is pretty amazing isnt it?" Tiger said with a smile, "its really awesome to look at." she looked up at the sky, finding the south star, "that way." she said, painting with her tail and trotting in the direction of the star. When the trees that the rest of the cats were sleeping in came into view, Tiger felt her pace quicken. "look! there they are." she purred.

Ravenfeather wasn't feeling as excited as she was to see the other cats; he'd enjoyed his little midnight walk alone with Tiger. He padded towards the base of the tree to see that Chain had taken his spot. All that was left was a branch next to the one Tiger had been on. "Ladies first," he purred, yawning as he waited for her to scale the large tree first.

Tiger clawed her way silently up the tree as to not wake up the others. Making it to her branch she yawned and lay down with a sigh, "never thought a tree would be this comfortable." she whispered.

Ravenfeather scarmbled onto his branch, tearing a few chunks of bark off with his claws. "Goodnight," he purred. "We've got a long ways to go tomorrow..." ~ { Skip, now? Till morning? Who starts; me or you? I don't care either way. }

{ lol I know. XD } { Just kidding. D: } { -tracks down cats- } Inside the clan: Boneshatter pushed himself to his paws, glancing around his den. Sometimes it was lonely without an apprentice. Sighing, he thought of having an apprentice, which made him feel slightly depressed. Now in a bad mood, the medicine cat wandered into the center of camp. ~ Mudsplash blinked a few times, then sneezed and sat up wearily. Everything from the night before came rushing back in a dizzying wave. I'm leader, she thought groggily. I have to go to moonpool. Who's deputy? Oh yeah, I picked Eagletalon. She stretched and wandered out of her den, sneezing a few times. ~ Darkwing purred, happy to be able to use his voice again. It had been a long vigil for him. He padded into the warriors den, which was much emptier than it usually was. He frowned, finding a free nest to curl up in. ~ Jadewhisper rolled over, accidentally brushing against Shadefang. Sitting up, she pawed him delicately. "Get up, sleepy head," she teased, shaking out her silver fur. "Time to go hunting or something." Outside the clan: Ravenfeather stretched, and forgetting he was in a tree, rolled off of his branch. He landed on the ground with a muted thud, his ribs screaming in protest. Cursing, he sat up, and realized that he and Tiger were supposed to explain Chain to the rest of the group. ~ Chain was sitting down with his tail wrapped around his paws, blue eyes bright and lively. Infront of him sat a pile of fresh kill. There were at least two pieces for every cat. "The early bird catches the worm," he purred to Ravenfeather. ~ Deathnote was still sleeping; he was having a dream that involved having to pick who to save from falling over a cliff. The choice was Batear or Dawnshadow.

((SORREH! Snoweh ish grounded XD)) In camp: Shadefang grunted unhappily, "Do I have to?" he asked, putting his paws over his eyes. ___ Eageltalon padded up to Mudsplash, dipping his head to her, "good morining." he said, "So you ready for your trip to moonpool?" he asked. ___ Cloudfeather was still in the center of camp, staring down at her paws blankly. Her mother was dead, and Ravenfeather was nowhere to be found. Her silvery fur was in slight disarray from the wind, but it hardly bothered her. She looked up when she saw Boneshatter, "have you seen Ravenfeather?" she asked weakly. ___ Meanwhile, In the swamp: Tiger had watched Ravenfeather fall and was laughing hysterically, "way to go genious." she called down, before leaping off her branch to land gracefully beside him, "nice catch Chain." she purred. ((shes in a great mood this morning XD)) ___ Dawnshadow woke and stretched her muscles, blinking lazilyand looking around with a groggy mind. It took her a minute to remember where she was, but when she did, she groaned and rested her head back on her paws. ___ Batear was wide awake the moment her eyes opened. She lifted her head and looked down. Seeing Chain, she scrambled to her paws, "who are you?" she asked, jumping down from her branch.

In camp: "Yes, silly," Jadewhisper purred, pawing him some more. "We've got things to do and little time to do it." ___ Mudsplash sighed. "No. Though, I doubt I ever will be." She blinked solemnly. "Will you watch the camp while I go? I don't want anything happening..." ___ Boneshatter frowned, shaking his furry white head. "No," he rumbled. "Though I think we'll be seeing him back here in about two moons' time." Sitting down, he wrapped his tail around his paws. "I'm sorry to tell you this while you're grieving, Cloudfeather, but you're brother and four other cats were spoken to by Starclan and had to leave." ___ Meanwhile, In the swamp: Ravenfeather snorted, giving his chest a few licks. ___ Deathnote woke with a start, panting, and sat bolt upright. He peered downwards, claws sliding out of their sheathes as he spotted Chain. ___ Chain smiled, beckoning to the fresh kill. "My name is Chain," he purred. "I'm here to help. You know my mother and father."

Shadefang groaned, "but what do we have to do?" he asked, "is the sun even up?" __ Eagletalon nodded, "of course. I'm deputy after all." he said with a crin. __ Cloudfeather nodded, feeling a lump beginning to form in her throat, "of course." she said quietly, "But he will be back?" she half-asked, looking up at boneshatter wtih soft, scared blue eyes. __ Swamp: Tiger chuckled at Ravenfeather, then looked at the other cats, "he is the son of Tonks and Wren." she explained. __ Batear dipped her head to Chain, "greetings, My name is Batear." she purred. - Dawnshadow opened her eyes again, she had listned to all that had been happening beneath her. with a sigh, rose to her paws, leaping out of the tree and landing on her paws with a muffled thud. She yawned loudly befroe saying, "My names Dawnshadow, nice to meet you." |

"Mudsplash is probably going to go get her nine lives," she meowed, rolling her eyes at Shadefang. "I'm sure she'd want us up and moving while she's gone, silly." __ Mudsplash grimaced. "Yeah." Staring past him at the camp entrance, she tried swallowing against the lump in her throat. "I should probably go now..." __ Boneshatter felt awkward speaking to Cloudfeather now. "You can expect him back with the others. Starclan be with him. And you, of course." He blinked his harsh blue eyes in silence. __ Swamp: Ravenfeather dipped his head at Chain, grabbing a few mice for himself. "Thanks," he mumbled through a mouthful, tail tip twitching back and forth. __ Chain nodded to the two she-cats, smiling. "Dig in; I've brought plenty, and I've already eaten enough for myself." - Deathnote meowed in greeting to Chain, clawing his way down the tree. "Thank you," he meowed as he grabbed only a finch for himself. "We've got a long way to go today."

Shadefang growled in protest, but still rose to his feet, shaking out his fur with a yawn. "there. I'm up. Happy?" ___ Eagletalon nodded, "best of luck to you Mudsplash." he purred. ___ Cloudfeather nodded once, then looked up at the sky, Oakfeather, Cougarstar. I hope you are with my brother now. She thought, ___ Dawnshadow grabbed one mouse and took a dainty bite, "thank you." She purred. ___ Tiger ate her mouse in two swift gulps, then sat beside Ravenfeather. And to think, the first time I met him, I almost clawed his ears off. She thought, and now, here we are, stuck together. Her whiskers twitched slightly in amusement. |

"Nope," Jadewhisper teased. "You've got to go hunting with me first before I'll be happy." ___ "Hmm? Oh, yes. Yes. Thank you." Mudsplash made her way through camp with her head down, mind still wandering back to the incident of yesterday. She could hardly breathe. ___ Boneshatter only bobbed his head politely. "I must be going," he meowed, clearing his throat. "But I'll be seeing you about. Good-bye, Cloudfeather." ___ Chain only nodded, eyes sparkling. ___ Ravenfeather's eyes slid to Tiger for a moment, but his mind was on Honeywhisker. How come she didn't come instead? he wondered. She's been in the clan longer... He only sighed, finishing his mice with a last famished gulp.
