Miriam:
Miriam's attempt was a lucky one. Seriously, luck seemed to be a walking companion with this girl. Despite the odds, her sword lashed out to the monster in front of her.
Miriam's Attack vs WC's Fortitude: 6 vs 3
The attack hits, slicing into the monsters. With it's last dying screech, it falls before you in a mass of dinosaur, just laying there while his body begins to dissolve into dust rather than shatter. It wasn't really of importance how it died though, just that it died at all.
The other remaining WC was completely outraged now. That was his brother! How could you?! While Miriam was still on the ground, he moved forward, aiming to latch into her arm with his teeth in a ferocious bite
Miriam's Fortitude vs WC's Agility + Attack 5 vs 7 The attack hits.
Also, Miriam only has movement of one arm now seeing as how the monster is clinging onto her other hand. At least it wasn't the sword arm?

Miriam grimaced as the beast wrapped its maw around her arm, but quickly laughed as she realized its barbed teeth had gotten stuck. Looping her sword around, she struck the Windcaller in the neck, right before it meets the skull.

Vynessa:
Diana paused in her work again to look over at the customer. Definitely a chatty one, this gal. "They do from time to time. The customers here are richer usually and tend to bring with them more expensive items... but they also pay for protection. I'm proud to say we've never had an incident." She hummed out that, very proud of herself before glancing behind her at a small crash in the back. "One moment please," the barwomen said quickly, moving towards the back the moment she heard the low cursing come from the storage room. Sounds of "Stupid shelf" and "Why was that even there?" were pretty audible from anywhere in the bar.

Rosa: The knightly looking guard glanced over as yet another potential trainee approached. His face immediately brightened though fell the instant she started talking about just getting directions. All these players with their asking directions. The only place he actually knew where to get to was the inns and that's because every knew player asked that. Didn't they know he didn't leave his training grounds for almost anything. "Sorry, lassy. Nothing I can do for you. I'm atta loss as much as ye be."

Miriam:
The move she used was a clever one, though perhaps not the best you could have done. It hurt for quite a bit, 7 hp, but not enough to actually make the monster disappear altogether. It's hide was a bit to tough to allow one hit to go deep enough. However, the creature did sag a little, becoming almost dead weight on the arm. All except the pressure on Miriam's arm faded away. The teeth still remained a vice grip, digging into flesh.
Miriam's Fortitude vs WC's Attack + Agility 5 vs 7 The attack continues to do damage for 2 more HP
It's Miriam's turn again.
But Oh, it might also like to be mentioned, the other set of Wind Callers have finished eating and were slowly turning their heads in Miriam's direction.

If Rosa looked disappointed, she didn't show it. "I'll be back for some training later, don't worry." She ran back the way she came- all the way back to the bakery and the little vendors. She asked one of the stall owners if they happened to know if there was a blacksmith in town.

"Damn," Miriam muttered before slicing at the dinosaur's neck one last time. It dissolved into dust just like the last, but a pair of loud hisses alerted her that the last two windcallers had finished their meals. Having broken into a cold sweat as she stared at the ever-decreasing health bar in the corner of her eye, the woman quickly swiped down her menu to access her health potion, downing it in a single go before readying to Parry.

Shadly woke up feeling much more refreshed. She pushed herself out of bed, gathered her things from the room. She headed out of the inn determined to find something productive to do. She felt it best to stick to her original plan and survey the graveyard. She headed east.

Vyn Listened to Diana about the thieves before a crash stole her away. Cursing and the topic of shelves could be heard, to which Vynessa chuckled. She too had come across the conundrum of shelving. A motorcycle? Sure, but putting up a sturdy shelf was another thing.
Taking another swig of whiskey and caressing it with her tongue, The blonde pulled her plate closer to her and started to draw little wiggly lines in the gravy. Baring her teeth and making a hissing noise as she took in oxygen, her squiggles turned to circles and then to a little heart.
Having ran out of plate drawing space The young woman ran her finger through the gravy one last time, and then sucked it, looking down at the mess of the platter she had made. Hang on. Heart. What was her husban- Jenson. Diana and Jenson. Putting her drink down and raising her slumped shoulders a smirk tugged at her lips. "Diana, you alright in there?" She called through the door.
Upon her eventual return, Vyn raised a brow and spoke. "If you don't mind me prying, t' decide openin up an Inn together your husband and yourself must've been together for quite a length of time. I mean, It must've been nice finding someone you trust so much."

Rosa:
Most of the NPC's behind the market stalls were busy by this time serving other customers but one of them took the time to point to the west before returning to his work. At least it was a start? Perhaps you should head that way and maybe check for street signs.

Miriam:
Minor Healing Potion HP restore rate: 20HP
The moment that Miriam gulped the potion down, her hit points began to shoot right back up, moving from 6, to 9, to 12, and then back up to 15. The warning red disappeared and was replenished up to a very healthy green. It was a good thing that the woman had sold you such an item for so cheap.
The monsters, however, were not as easily confrontational as their earlier counterparts that had charged in. Instead of coming straight at Miram, they began to circle her, coming from both of her sides for a combat advantage against her. Having your back exposed to a monster was never a good thing. They didn't attack, however, as they crept closer.

Shadly:
[[remember they do need to eat. Whether in the morning or lunch.]]
The graveyards that were sitting up ontop of the hills looked much the same as they did yesterday, though the sunlight glinted off a few of the headstones, making the few onyx headrests gleam in the light. There were various flowers coming up from the edges of the older graves. New graves, sadly, seemed to have be placed just since last night and fresh flowers placed on the stones. You couldn't read the names from where you were, however, but you could guess they were players that had died in just the first day.

Rosa turns towards the west and begins running. She comes out at the central plaza, then stops to look at a few of the signs. One points west still- saying blacksmith in bold letters. She continues running west down the large street.

Vynessa
Diana watched as her husband brushed off the dust that had fallen over his clothes. Give him an easy job and this is what you get. He couldn't even dust things without breaking stuff. Gosh, she loved him, but he could be such a klutz from time to time. The woman helped brush off the dust slowly and pick up the scattered bags of apples that had fallen off the shelf. "This is where they always are, honey," She whispered before patting him on the shoulder and giving him a disparaging look. Of course, a moment or two later, Diana left him to his business, basically telling him to get back to work and stop complaining. No harm done, after all.
When she came back into the main room, she was still brushing her hands across her apron. The same young girl was still there and she couldn't help but reply to the conversation starter. "Oh yes. Those are good memories. Very good memories. We have been together since I was a little kid when he came up to me and said I was as cute as a peach. He did so blushing the entire time." You could tell by her face that she had gotten lost in thought for a moment. "There are little signs of our romance all over town if you look for them that have lasted the years. I just wish we could have found that darn box." The last sentence was muttered mostly to herself before she waved off the idea all together, changing the subject completely. "Are you done with your food, missy? Do you want me to get that plate for you?"

Rosa:
The sound of a beating anvil could be heard a street away from where Rosa was and that was the most tell-tale sign that there was a blacksmith somewhere nearby. She was close, obviously, and if she turned the right corner, she would be in sight of the towering forge and the open smithery that was the black smith. The smith himself was out in the forget, hammer in hand, working the impurities out of a sword he had.

As Rosa turns down the street and into view of the forge, she ran yelling to the smith. Hopefully he would stop at the sound of her yelling, and she would be able to ask if he had any lubricant.

Shadly felt a bit sad looking at the headstones. She sighed, and decided to head north east. She could feel her stomach beginning to grumble at her slightly, so she hoped there was some way to get food on the way there.

When Diana re-entered and began to talk like a flittering bird, Vynessa rested her elbow on the bar and her chin on her fist. It was made apparent that the two, Diana and Jenson, had been childhood sweethearts. That made sense for a cliche'd heart to be carved into the tree swing's tree. THe fact that DIana said their romance could be seen throughout the town of beginnings only made it more so.
At the mutter of a box, Vynessa interest was piqued further. "Oh, Yes, thanks." She said, shaking her head, moving the knife and fork together and then smudging away the heart as she pushed the plate away from her. "Diana, if you need help finding something, it is the least I can do for the great food and lodging. If it is somewhere near or in town, I would be more than happy to help. I need to get more familiar with the surroundings anyway." She said sincerely, if not a little excited about the chance for another quest.

Miriam growled, looking at one windcallet and then the next, trying to find the best move. She could find no way to protect her back from both, so she prayed to some nameless god. Picking up the last chunk of cheese, Miriam threw it at the Windcaller on her left and readied to parry its attack, even as she left her back open to its sibling.
