Raeyura jumped back as a ball of fire burst from her hand. It had been years since she had done that. She looked at her hand in stunned silence, which was broken by Navion who laughed as the lights flickered. He twisted his hand and the light from the dim bulb illuminating the cage swirled out and around in the air.

"I got it." said Zach. He held up his hand to the light fixture and absorbed all of the electricity. "The problem with the world nowadays?" he said, holding his hand to the door, "They all think that electricity's the best option for a lock." he pulsed a little bit of electricity, just enough to overload the lock. The door clicked open. Zach smiled.

Raeyura poked her head out and looked around. She sniffed the air and flattened her ears. "Coast's clear," she said "But the southeast corridor is full of the Pure."

(Jazmyn make Ebony and co. bump into them in the hall.) Zach turned towards the southeast corridor and walked towards them. "Let me at them!" he said but Corey grabbed the back off the T-shirt and dragged him to follow Raeyura.

Daphne ran through the corridors frantically, having just escaped from her cage. |

Ebony bolted down out the door as it swung open and shot down the corridor, hoping to outrun the near silent paw-steps that followed her. She was so focused on escaping her hunter that she only noticed the group when she ran headfirst into Corey's leg.

Daphne jogged behind Ebony, but lost sight of her when she ran out of breath. She turned a corner and saw the Pure. She screamed and tried to run, but they fired a net at her. "Help! Please!" she cried so loud that her throat hurt.
Raeyura conjured fire from her hand and pointed it at Ebony. "Name yourself!" she commanded. |
