The dragon reached out its tongue and licked Lilly's neck before its world became nothing but black.
Lilly screamed at her wounds started to bubble causing her great pain.

Merlin shot one last barb at the dragon before rushing over to Lilly, letting the shadows that formed the owlheaded dragon melt away as he did.
Pranx reformed into the large blob of jelly, and then shifted into a crow.

"Merlin it hurts." Lilly screamed her form changing from the small dragon to her normal form to various other forms uncontrollably.

(Grimble currently thinks that he's a squeaky toy XD) Pranx cawed softly and fluttered to Merlin's staff, he then shifted into a magpie.
Merlin panicked and tryed to think of something, eventually he gave up and wraped a tendrill of shadow around Lilly's wrist, then shadow-stepped back into the cave with all the others.
