"That's the scent of Black Roses. I live near a grove of them that surround the area with a mystical aura that keeps Dark Creatures away. It's quite nice!" Aki made her way under the rose bushes and stopped right in front of a small, but majestic waterfall. The ground was covered with moss and autumn leaves that emitted a fresh scent. "Over here," Aki woofed and led Zane behind the waterfall to a small entrance to her den. She crawled in, and padded over to her nest made of moss, leaves and soft vines. "You can make one yourself." The den walls were covered in ivy vines, although this ivy wasn't poisonous. The ground this time had black rose petals and moss, but it also had leaves. The rose petals were the ones to emit that sweet scent though, and a small creek ran through the middle of the den, coming from the small lake on the outside and the waterfall.
"Okay, how do we beat this thing?" Johan had already dealt with Dark Creatures before, but this one was a big one. He stood wordless for a while until a small idea crossed his mind and he walked over to Kosho. "You sneak around the back while I distract him and blow several lethal hits to its neck." he whispered into her ear and he ran to his right, making several stupid calls to get the Dark Creature's attention.
