"...Now?" Adder asked in an unsure voice. "I mean, if it's alright with you."
"Sierra, I told you what happened. Adder and I were running to Litta, and I ran into...well, no... I tried to hit the hornet's nest down onto Adder. But the hornets attacked me, not him. I guess they were smarter than I thought they were."

"Did Adder hit it onto you?" Sierra asked, being completely straightforward. "I believe you, Deveth. He has been a bit suspicious to me lately, yet I cannot openly doubt him. He is still a packmate, and one I must trust until he is proven disloyal."

"No," Deveth said. "I was trying to hit the nest down onto him, but the whole plan backfired on me and the hornets went after me instead of him."

Adder looked over at Litta. "I think it would be best," He said,"If neither of us told Deveth. He seemed to get angry when we were talking earlier today."

Litta nodded. "But what if the pack knew? If the pack knew, Deveth would find out sooner or later," she worried. "And what if it doesn't work? What if there's a miscarriage? What if they're deformed or born dead? What if--, what if--..." Litta fretted.
--- Sierra narrowed her eyes, then let go of her gaze. "Fine, then. I trust you as my Beta. Now explain more of this... This whole 'kill the Alpha' thing with Adder."

"Litta, they will be just fine. Don't worry. But I know Deveth will find out, and the later that happens, the better. He'll be angry for sure once he knows. I don't know what's gotten into him lately, saying I was going to kill the pack and such. It disgusts me that he would accuse me of that."
"I'm from a pack where we had a wolf a lot like him." Deveth said. "The wolf took over one day, killed the alpha, and anyone who disobeyed him. I was a pup, however, and so I can't remember who it was. But there's something about Adder that makes me nervous."

Sierra nodded. She understood, but still could not blame Adder for something he hadn't done. Or at least hadn't done yet, according to Deveth.
--- Litta shook her head, "Me neither." She was starting to feel better now. Things were more clear. She loved Adder, Adder loved her, and Deveth was... Deveth. She didn't need to think about him so much. It only made her confused. (Umm.... what next? >_< This post was epic failness.)

"Alpha Sierra," Hati said, padding over to the alpha," We should probably have someone go patrol the borders." She paused. "Just a suggestion, though."
(Adder will toss her aside soon.)
"Litta, what would you think of me if Deveth was right?" Adder asked.

"Yes, Hati, how about you pick one or two others to go with you and patrol the borders?" Sierra said. "I'll stay here, and report back anything you find that is important."

"Because, I wanted to make sure you'd always think of me the same way, no matter what I did." Adder explained, but Deveth was right. He looked at Litta. "I wanted to make sure you'll love me no matter what."
"Yes, Alpha>" Hati said, then began walking around camp. "Kayna, Kayto, do you guys want to come patrol the borders?" She asked, tail wagging.

Kayna bounced up with a rapidly wagging tail, which of course meant "YES TOTALLY WHADDAYA THINK 8DDD" and Kayto said, "Of course." The twins were nothing near the same on the inside, but on the outside, you could barely tell them apart. Only Sierra knew who each one was except for a few moments when even she goofed up.

"Okay, cool." Hati said, slightly freaked out by the way Kayna acted, not that it was anything unusual. But still, it freaked her out."Let's go." She began to walk into the forest.

Kayna scrambled forward, being her usual bubbly self, encasing Hati with ridiculous questions. Then Kayto stepped in and yanked her by the scruff a bit harshly, and that's when Kayna shut up. For the moment, anyway. Kayto walked by Hati while Kayna was taking the rear of the both of them.

Hati reached the pack's border. She began looking around for any sign of other wolves. "A small group of wolves has been through our territory." She said, sniffing the ground. "Young wolves. Not pups, but young adult males. If I had to guess, they're here because of mating season, but the scent in faint and we still haven't seen them, so they must've left." She said. "We should report it to Alpha Sierra."
Adder smiled. "We should head home before Deveth starts thinking I betrayed the pack and killed you." He said.

Litta laughed, taking it as somewhat of a joke. "Or am I dead?" she said lightheartedly.
--- Kayto nodded, sniffing the border as well. After having checked the rest of the borders, Kayna reported the same scent. "They were on the other side of the territory, too, but they're gone now," she had said. So that was the only major problem they needed. "Let's go tell Sierra," Kayto said. (Oh my gosh this is such a low point in the RP. Totally boring xD )

Adder actually didn't quite understand what Litta meant, but he assumed it was a joke, and forced himself to laugh. "Let's go," He said, and headed back toward the camp.
"Alright." Hati said, and began to walk back to camp.

Litta trotted ahead, entering the camp, but stopped dead when she saw Deveth laying, almost lifeless, in the middle of camp. Her jaw hung open in shock. Hornet or wasp or bee or something's stings were all over him, and she couldn't help but feel sorry. "Oh... O-oh my gosh," she mumbled, stumbling over her own words. "Wh-what happened?!"
--- Kayto and Kayna arrived in camp and went towards Sierra. Kayna, though, veered off and went to Deveth's side, nudging him to make sure he was alive. Plus he was sorta fluffy.

"I ran into some hornets." Deveth explained, opening up his eyes, though it hirt because of a stimg directly below his left eye. "I'll be alright." He looked at Litta for a moment before closing his eyes once again.
