(Sure.) Sapphire rolled onto her back. She and Anther lived in the forest, and rarely saw any of their own kind. "When are you going hunting again?" Anther shrugged. "Later." Sapphire growled and sighed. "Why don't you just go now and you won't have to worry about it later." Anther stood up. "Fine. Its dark anyway, I'll have good chances." He stalked away, then leaped into the air.

Dark was flying around the night sky when he spotted a female griffin asnd wanted to talk. He flew down to her when the male griffin left and said,"Hello."
Shadow was just flying out of her mountians when she saw a male griffin fly out and thought,'He might be good for my next meal.' She flew higher and got above the male griffin before going lower and lower,her wings silent and beats of her wings smooth.

Sapphire rolled onto her stomach. "Anther, why aren't you-" She squinted, then noticed it wasn't Anther. "Oh, sorry. My night vision isn't very good. So, what brings you here?" She smiled, but was still a bit cautious. Anther knew Shadow was above him, but he gave no hint. He smirked, tucking in his wings to gain speed. He got an inch above ground level then quickly turned upward, then landed ontop of a cliff. He was much larger than Shadow, he doubted she could take him. He looked straight at Shadow, remaining silent.

"I just wanted to talk and,possibly,make a new friend.",Dark replied to the female.
Shadow kept silent and thought,'Never mind.',before flying the other direction and towards a deer. She wrapped her talons around the deer's neck then crashed down onto the ground,killing it. She ripped open it's neck and began to lep up the blood,much like a dog drinking from it's water bowl.

Shadow screeched back,"Hi! Happy now!" She then continued to lap up the blood. When she finished that she started to eat the meat and then left some meat for the small creatures of the forrest. She flied back to the mountians and past Anther.
Dark smiled and said,"I'm Dark,glad to meet you,Sapphire."

Shadow went above Another and to another cliff that way part of her cave tunnels to the different mountains.
Dark sat down and asked,"Who was that one male griffin that flew off before I came?"

Shadow sat down on the cliff and gave out a half screech half roar sound before leaping from the cliff with her wings at her sides.
Dark nodded,"Maybe I should meet him sometime.",he said and yawned slightly before shaking his head.

Shadow darted past Anther and then unfolded her wings a hovered in mid air,only an inch from the ground. She landed and then walked towards a strange sound.

Dark nodded and said,"Thanks before putting his wings over his body and then putting his head in the cover of his wings. He yawned once more then closed his eyes and fell asleep.
Shadow saw the sorce of the noise and it was the sound of a strange bird trying to eat a few griffin eggs. It had already eaten all of them,but one. Shadow flew up to the abandoned nest and swiftly clawed the bird's neck. The bird fell to the ground and bled to death. Shadow took the egg,gently in her claws.

Sapphire lay on her side with her head up, watching for Anther. Luckily he hadn't returned yet. Anther couldn't find any thing good to hunt, so he walked his long journey back.

Shadow caught a huge elk in her other talons,that weren't holding the egg. She crushed it's neck and flew after Anther. She flew ahead of him and soon found Sapphire and Dark. She left the elk and flew off.
