[[Also, sorry for the freakin story I posted! But I figured I had to make up for not posting! D: And erm, I tried to make it as literate as possible. I know you're supposed to like, indent with each line of the characters or something, but.. you know. Ohwells.]]
Jordan ducked under a piece of metal that was sticking out of somebody's roof to get out of the rain. Stupid straight jacket! he thought to himself. He sat down on the wet pavement and looked at the rats scurrying around the dumpsters. That's what I am. I'm nothing but a rat! Jordan continued to think about his past... how he caused so much chaos for everybody around him... he had abandoned his mom. No... she abandoned me! I was being taken away some where and she didn't bother calling me, or telling the police not to take me.. where ever they were taking me! She's why I'm like this, why I'm here.
Out of the blue Jordan heard gunshots and people yelling with a reply of "There they are! Get them!" from police, Jordan could tell. "*censored*!" he yelled. "Their back already? Why won't they give up!" He stood up and made his way out a different alley. He peeked around the corner and he saw the police looking in the opposite direction. Score! he thought. He started making his way across to another alley, when he caught a glimpse of two people. A boy and a girl, maybe? Jordan wasn't sure. But he could tell that they were the ones the police were after. But with guns? he thought. They must have done something REALLY bad if they are being shot at. Anyone that bad deserve my ultimate respect. He grinned deviously and ran out in the road."Hey! Over here! It's me, Jordan, remember? Can't catch me!" he yelled. The police turned around.
Officer two: "Sir.. it.. it's Jordan! He escaped!"
Officer one: "I see, Schmits. I'm going after him. He has caused a lot of trouble, AND... Schmits.. he's a demigod.
Officer two: "Oh, boy! I can't wait to splash the blood of Jordan. And he's a demigod?! Double better, sir!"
Officer one: "You keep watch out for those other two demigods. I'll be going after Jordan. I don't trust you to handle him.. properly..."
Officer two: "Can you at least bring me his dirty filthy blood in a vial? I want to gawk at it."
Officer one: "You know I can't do that. Demigod bodies are to be disposed of properly. We don't know if one could gain powers from their blood, and that's the last thing we need.. a Demigod apocalypse. So stay here and keep a look out for those other two like I said! That's an order!"
Officer two: "Sir, yes sir!"
One of the officers was coming at Jordan, gun pointed to his head. He could make a break for it... no, the officer would only shoot him. He couldn't duck when he tries to shoot at him, either, he was still in a straight jacket and probably couldn't get up in time to escape without using his hands. This is it.. this is where you die, Jordan. He thought to himself. I got down in his knees, preparing for whatever was coming.
The officer advanced. He sheathed his gun, only to pull out a butterfly knife. He held it at Jordan's throat.
"Not so tough, are we kid?" he said. He started to cut Jordan;s throat, starting off shallow and progressing deeper. He stopped for a moment, to gawk at the cut in the side of his neck.
"I'm going to make you pay, Jordan Poniros, I'm going to make you suffer! Your blood on my hands shall take part in the elimination of all Demigods!"
The officer started to cut more into his throat. Jordan wailed out in pain and fell to the pavement. Demigod? What is a 'Demigod?' he started to wonder. He couldn't focus on that thought for long, as the officer now moved to cutting his face. He was able to disassemble the straight jacket, but he quickly hand-cuffed Jordan. He stood up and began to kick Jordan and call him names. "Scum! You are worthless! Piece of trash, nobody wants you. And now look! You're going to die in vain!"
The officer then knelt down and leaned towards Jordan.
Jordan looked around for the boy and the girl he thought he saw earlier... maybe the escaped.. maybe there was no boy and just a girl. Maybe there was no girl.. maybe the figure he saw wasn't even human, or anything at all. Jordan became dizzy.
"Any last words, Jordan Poniros?" asked the officer.
"Yeah.. I slept with your wife!" Jordan yelled and spat in his face.
"You scum bag!" The officer raised his knife, preparing to slit Jordan's throat, this time as deep as possible to make sure he died.
