AJ nodded and helped Alyssa pull the rope. "Um, what do you think they'll do if they find us?" he asked. Aj was a bit nervous to where those other people were going. What if they were with the police or something? If they were, Aj and Alyssa could easily use their powers.

She heard that?! Jordan thought. Ok, just keep it together. Yes, she saved your life, and she can bend fire, and yes she's hot so you have to play it cool. "Um, Well, I has in a straight jacket before, and that officer? The one who was cutting me up and shiz? He, uh took it off and handcuffed me. I didn't know I was a.. what do you call it? A Demigod? Well, I didn't know I was a 'Demigod' so I just lay there and took the pain. And then you came along and tackled him to the ground." Jordan winked at Ash, and leaned up against the elevator wall. Or.. at least tried too. He slipped on his own blood and fell. Great job at completely FAILING to impress a hot chick, Jordan. He said to himself as he quickly got back up. Jordan coughed. "I, er, I meant to do that." |

Alyssa frowned, heaving the rope down again. "Shoot. Torture. Tweet. But from that height, if they did try to kill us, I'd need to cast a state-wide blackout of darkness so you could escape, but doing that would put me in a year-long coma. I know, I've done it before, accidentally..." She tilted her head downward so her pink hair covered her face, and didn't want to have to explain why.
Basil's eyes widened as he rushed to the car. "Appolonia?!" He knelt down and looked down beneath the car. He sighed, rubbing the side of his nose. "Thank every lord that's ever been believed in, you're alive..." He held out his hand for her to offer helping her out.

Ash laughed as she watched him fall to the ground. "Yea, great job hot shot." she winked sarastically. "And, a straight jacket? You're not crazy are you..?" she asked, her caution level rising. "Also, I didnt exactly get your name. Is it Slip-Up?" she asked, giving him a 'You're an idiot' face. Soon enough, Ash knew what he was trying to do, she has been in this situation a couple times before. She then felt herself slightly blush but hid it by akwardly pulling her hoodie over her head once again and hanged her head boredly, feeling the cushion of her headphones on her cheek.
AJ cold feel himself shudder. "What about the camp up there? You think they'll send us there?" he asked. "Amd, Im pretty sure Im not that much of a wimp to make you go into a coma just so I can escape" he stated.

"No I'm not crazy! I mean, I'm not insane. I could be crazy if you wanted me too..." Jordan said. He started walking towards Ash when he slipped again, this time on his face. He didn't even bother standing up this time he just sat up and stayed there. He saw Ash hiding behind her hood. "Ah, yeah, you like what you see don't you?" He said. "Oh, and my name is, uh.. my name is Jordan." he stuttered. Jordan could barely talk right, it felt like the words were being forced out. He really liked this girl, after all, and talking to girls is usually not that hard for Jordan, but this one.. this one was different. He couldn't quite put his finger on it. |

Ash glared down at him. "Psh, no. Im not some chick you can hit on so if you keep bugging me, I will push you off the building." she hissed. It was funny how he kept slipping. Sure, this guy was cute, but he was the same as the other guys. Well not exactly, he was a Demigod and had powers and a criminal. Well, the last part wasnt different from her, or any other Demigod in that matter. All Demigods were criminals to the goverment. "Anyway, Jorden, do you have any idea on what your powers are? I mean, you can just make smoke as far as I know." Ash then felt the elevator stop and open to a floor. "It must be the top, come on. We can probably see the cops from up here and then... Ugh.. Any ideas after that?" she asked, stepping out and looking around the office room.

My mom has a case of melancholia, probably won't be going outside any time soon. Plus, she's all the way across the country. My dad won't bail us anywhere because he's... How do I say this..? Shadowed. Dark past, dark future. I don't know who your family is, or if they'd do anything for you." She frowned, brushing back a lock of pink. After thinking for a moment, she looked at AJ in the direct face and ness, smiling. "I'm an ex-baseball player and I won my school's wrestling championship. I can make you cry any day, wimp or not. Just keep that in mind, because if they come after you, just say my name, someone's already in a headlock."
Basil frowned and pulled Appolonia out from the car. "Such a drama queen. Mentally, emotionally, and now physically." He lifted her up and moved as quickly as he could toward the trees, just in case a cop happened to be roaming around. He climbed up another tree after tossing her onto a branch, watching for any more cops.

Ash rolled her eyes. "Yea.. 'friendly' all right." Ash said. She then heard the 'musle part'. Oh boy.. "Sure, like that blubber you call muscle is really muscle." she smiled. Ash then tried to think of what his black smoke would be. It was definatley having to do something with darkness. "Um shadows? Demon? Witchcraft?" She suggested. "It could be any of those. Think you could do it again?" she asked.
