But I would like to call to your attention that our ships messaging system was down as was our propulsion due to damages that were sustained which left us both unable to call for help and unable to move."

Juktren allowed himself a small smile. Short, to the point, but assertive, if not borderline arrogant. Perfect for the Furuscheans.
The announcer spoke; "The Arbiters have chosen the tradition of Bokh" Bokh involved reading the bones of a dragon with runes on it. Whatever the Arbiters decided to interpret was the sentence.
