Syra stared down at the wound. Ukamudno went beserk and leapt onto the nearest Mech, punching a hole in it then lobbing in a grenade. He leapt clear and the mech exploded. While Dante and Keegan dealt with the other one, he rusheed towards the ranks of Dorgasi, particularily Valmuz. Valmuz left his sword in Syra, and ran for it, holding Juktren in front of him. The dorgasi ranks swallowed him up and he was gone.
Ukamundo stood by Syra's body, firing his twin SMGs full-bore, with o specific target discretion. He took many bullets to his form but he kept firing till all his ammo was gone and just dropped the SMGs and pulled out a shotgun, blasting away massive chunks of the Dorgasi numbers. Syra's mouth gave an inaudible whimper.
Whether we wanted it or not, we\'ve stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let\'s get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta\'aurc. From what I can gather he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank outside of Rubicon. He\'s well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold.

Ebony jumped off Ukamundo's shoulder, but not before a bullet embedded itself in her paw. She winced as she landed and quickly took all weight off it.
Gaina materialized nearby and quickly made his way over to Ebony, any bullets changing course to avoid him.
(I'm not sure how much damage that would actually do XD so if it's absolutely horrendous and would blow her paw clean off or something, then Kzingyll did it with something less powerful. Sorry for the kind of god-modding with the bullets.... not that that makes it okay.)

The bullet Ukamundo had fired shuddered to a halt a millimeter from Gaina's head and fell to the ground. "Peace, she's not dead yet," he said, holding his hands up on either side of his head.

Ukamundo panted angrily, the rage slowly ebbed away, but returned when a sniper shot barely missed his head. He looke at its origin to see Valmuz. He fired his pistol at him, wildly off target, but Valmuz shreiked nonetheless and held Juktren in frotn of him.

Ebony held out her injured paw to Gaina.
Gaina looked at Ebony, "no. I'm just here for their minds." He said, motioning to the dead Dawatsu, but being careful to keep his gesture well away from Syra.
"This is because of that chaos place, isn't it?" Ebony huffed. "You're proving that you don't come when called."
"You know me too well," Gaina replied.
(Hope I used 'Dawatsu' right.)

Valkyrie looked around at the carnage and mayhem. I'm impressed, couldn't have done better myself. You know, these Atom-ites aren't as bad as Yronnen and Loelryn claim. He ducked under some fire from Dorgasi and started to walk over to Ebony, blocking any stray shots with his sword. He smacked one Dorgasi in the back of the head with the flat of his sword as he walked passed. He bent down to check on Ebony. "Don't worry, you will get out of this. How far you will go after, I don't know, but I promise you will get out of this." he swung his sword over Ebony, knocking a Dorgasi's gun away.

The other mech turned towards Ukamundo, firing its grenade launcher. Ukamundo escaped the initial explosion but hiis shields were taken down by the shrapnel, leaving him vulnerable when Valmuz slammed into him. "Die Slarski!" he said kicking Ukamundo in the chest, then whipping his claws through his right arm. Ukamundo hissed in pain, then rammed his shoulder into valmuz's stomach, winding him.
Syra was slowly losing conciousness, the edges of her vision ebbing away. She saw Juktren, on a raised platfrom, in plain sight and he motioned to his tomach, then to valmuz. Syra realised what he meant and acted, removing the energy sword form her body and limping towards Ukamundo and Valmuz'a brawl, clutching her side the whole time. When she was close enough, she made a wild slash at Valmuz's back and he cried in pain, falling to his knees, the wound in his back smouldering from the plasma burn. Syra poised the sword over him, "No, you can die" she stabbed him straight through, the plasma boiling away flesh and bone.
"Take me with you!" Valmuz hissed, grabbing Syra's temples and sending chaotic lightning through it. Syra's eyes turned balck and cludy, her glow disappeared, and she collapsed, Valmuz wheezed a laugh and died.
(ahahahah i get a sick pleasure from hurting my character!)

Syra's skin darkened, it was no longer a pure white, but a mottly cream. Ukamundo looked at her, still traumatized from his fight with Valmuz. He turned slowly, saw the Dorgasi. they were shocked by the death of thier leader, then when Ukamundo shot flames out of his hands they lost it and fled, jostling past eachother. Juktren managed to fall down from his platform.
The mech fired it's grenade launcher at Ukamundo once again, but the heat mirage from Ukamundo caused it to fail the trajectory, and instead it flew over Ukamundo's head, bounced off the ground and exploded next to Juktren. It was hard to see, over the Dorgasi stampede, but he had collapsed.

Dante opened fire at the Mech with his assault rifle, only to have the Mech turn to him and shoot with it's machine gun. Dante rolled out the way and tossed a grenade at it. It shuddered slightly then shot dante with the grendae launcher. Dante was knocked out by the blow. The Mech then noticed the raptor for the first time. Its AI struggled to understand. "Is that a Dorgasi? It looks like one's shape, but it's got feathers and no armour. Must be another strain."
(Mechs are colour blind. Everythings greyscale, but it's also in thermal too so that makes up for it)

Now the Mech was really confused. (Imagine a starwars battle droid, except dumber. Now imagine it cased inside a 15ft tall solid tenactium plated energy-shielded walking tank with a grenade launcher and 20mm minigun. Yay)
