The Mech finally gave up and collapsed as a sparking hunk of metal with a Raptor on top of it.

Whether we wanted it or not, we\'ve stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let\'s get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta\'aurc. From what I can gather he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank outside of Rubicon. He\'s well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold.

Ace, get up there and take a look. If they're hurt, get them back down here. If reinforcenments arrive this is a good place to hold. Omikron, can you phase-jump in some more Adepts to help with cracking the bridge?"
Omikron had just finished editing Juktren's memories, signalling that he was free for gaina to take him. Then Omikron looked at ukamundo. "Negative" he said.
"What?"
"Negative. The mission is at an end. We have no further use for you, the Skyyrons or the Dorgasi. Our position is utterly comprimised, so we are going to have to warp-bomb the entire radius. It seems a waste, but you have fought so valiantly. Goodbye" Omikron and the Adepts dematerialised.
"Oh for The God's Sakes! WHY!" cried Ukamundo, falling to his knees and ripping his helmet off, throwing it agianst a wall. "WHY WHY WHY! Why can't anything go right! I thought this was over, and now everyone's dying!"
"Sir," said Dante quietly, regaining consciousness. "Sir, if we can get to the hangar, we could find a ride and get the hell out"
Ukamundo sobered up, went over to pick up his helmet. "Right, good idea... I'll take Syra, can you check on Lily? And umm, raptor? behave yourself."

Keegan hadn't even noticed the adepts disappearance. He joined the raptor in kicking the mech. More because he wasn't sure who's side the raptor was on than anything else.
The Ship-Lord walked up to Yronnen. He spoke in english. "Sir, we are far out of range for any pursuit from the Dawatsu or otherwise. It will only be a matter of hours before we reach a weakening in space." Yronnen nodded to everything the Ship-Lord said. "Excellent, I will retire to my quarters. Valkyrie, watch Ebony." and with that he left the bridge.

Keegan went over to Ukamundo and Dante. He took his helmet off. "Sir" he said to Ukamundo. "Mam" he said to Dante. "We need to come up with a plan. Do we storm the bridge or do we go to the hangar?" he finished.

dante kicked keegan in the crotch. "hangar" said Ukamundo, ignoring dante. "everyone, get on the elevator. Ill set a navpoint for the hangar. Go guns blazing, they're already onto us." Ukamundo sccoped up Syra and put her over his shoulder. Dante led the way to the elevator.

It was awfully deserted, considering most the Dawatsu were holed up on the bridge, but upon entering the hangar, they were met with a small amount of resistance. Dante gave covering fire while Ukamundo directed the team to a suitable ship; a Gorgon bomber shuttle. "Guys, get in the crew section!" he laid Syra agianst a seat and got into the cockpit.
