The Skyyron ship was severely damaged. Huge holes riddled the side of the ship and the gorgon had crippled two lower gun decks. Unfortunately for everyone, Skyyron ships had pathetic shielding and minimal firepower because they were self repairing.
The entire ship started to blur and haze as millions of independent nano-bots made of Krassll repaired the damage in only a matter of seconds. The ships turrets spewed rapid fire Krassll Spikes, harmless to large battleships, but one shot could tear a fighter in two. The four Large Spikes near the engines buzzed with electricity and fired huge beams of black electricity into the Dawatsu ship, instantly crippling it's shields due to the EMP blasts. The ship would not have been damaged otherwise.
(GTG now, at least I have revealed Skyyron are pretty awesome ship builders after all!)

Without the shields to interfere, The Dawatsu ship was now able to fire missiles from it's large silos at the Skyyron ship, this time aiming fir the bridge.
"Well we're trapped" said Ukamundo.
"We weren't getting out anyway" said Dante. "You trashed our ride"
"So how do we get out? Corps issued me a rifle, not wings" said Keegan. (Halo reference)
"Hey, we took a dawatsu ship, why not take a Skyyron? When we get Ebony we find a shuttle and get the hell out" said Ukamundo.

Syra, Ukamundo, Dante and Keegan moved fast through the ship, hiding behind corners and keeping stealthy. They actually had no idea about the fighting prowess of the Skyyrons. As of yet none had actively sought them out.

(Suddenly a wild Keegan appeared to interfere with the rescue mission!) Skyyron Noctyyr warriors wore thick black suits that covered their entire bodies. Their suits had no vulnerable fabric parts due to Krassll's amazing ability to be alive and move fluidly without losing much toughness. They wore large black hoods and capes over their armour. (Like Dark Angels do sometimes, although only James will understand) Skyyron are not the most open minded or pure of heart race, but when you are trillions of years older than most other races you have plenty of time for perfection, as shown in the Noctyyr battlesuits. (I had to give some backstory because of reasons)
The Noctyyrs followed closely behind the group, their stealth systems so advanced even motion detectors usually couldn't find them. They were in position to attack but knew the Skyyron in the bridge were likely telling the ship to move the corridors so they were going in circles, so they waited. (They end up back at the smushed gorgon or something, then there can be a fight!)
