Hermione was surprised at Draco's actions, and she blushed a little. After looking at the piece of chocolate for a few long seconds, she reluctantly took it and bit off a piece of it. Then she realized how hungry she was. Sheput the rest of the piece that Draco had handed her into her mouth, and swallowed.

"I can walk. I'm so sorry- I'm- I..." She rubbed her head with her free hand that wasn't clinging to Draco's arm for support. "I don't feel so good." She sighed.

Hermione sighed. She waited a few minutes, and got up from her spot. She picked up her cat, Crookshanks, who was lazily asleep on the floor, and grabbed her luggage once more before getting off of the Hogwarts Express, only to be met by the two people she didn't want to see at the moment; Harry and Ron.

"Hey Hermione, we saw Draco get out of your cart. Did he bother you or something? If he did, I'll-," Ron began.

Hermione cut him off by saying, "Ron, just please leave it at that. If he would've bothered me, I would've used the cheering charm on him until he peed on himself. I need some time alone. Please, I'm not feeling well."

"Okay..." Ron looked to Harry, who only shrugged.

Hermione got onto a cart by herself, and they were going up the large hill that led to Hogwarts in only a few seconds.

After a few minutes of riding slowly in the carriages, all of the students were at Hogwarts. Hermione got off of her cart, grabbing her luggage and her cat as she did so. She went to the Gryffindor Girls' Dormitory, and put her bag onto her bed.

She then walked back down to the dining hall, like all of the students did every year, and sat down at Gryffindor's table. Although, she really wished that she didn't have to stand in front of all of this food. It made her feel sick, yet she wanted to eat it.

Dumbledore, and the usual teachers stood as their names were called, and gave a small speech. Hermione had to walk out of the room, though. After watching Ronald scarf down food like a wild animal, she felt even sicker than before. She had a 24 hour stomach bug. By the morning time, it would be gone.

After a few minutes by herself, Hermione's stomach seemed to have calmed down. She went back into the Great Hall, and sat down again. Ron had finished eating, so Hermione ate a few more things. It made her stomach feel a bit better. She peered over at Draco, who was being flocked with people. She shook her eyes away, and looked at the teachers instead. Snape would be teaching potions again this year, and Lupin would be teaching Defense Against the Dark Arts once again. All of the other teachers were the same as always.

After a few more long and boring speeches, Dumbledore dismissed everyone to go to their dormitories. Hermione went to the girls' dormitories as she did every year, but she couldn't help but feel restless. After everything had calmed down, she decided to go exploring. Hogwarts was so big that you could spend your whole life in there and not discover everything.

As she walked out of the portrait that led to the Gryffindor Girls' Dormitories, she whispered, "Lumos." The tip of her wand lit up like a flashlight, and she stopped once more at the staircase, which had turned into a slide-like ramp due to the Glisseo spell. She walked the halls in her pajamas- a pink tee shirt with red hearts and dark red capris.

She slid down the ramp, and began to walk the halls aimlessly.

Hermione felt a chill go up her spine when her light went out. She mustered up the courage to whisper, "Lumos." It was so quiet that you could barely hear it. She squinted to see the figure before her, but it was too far away.

Hermione took in a deep breath, and determined that this figure wasn't very friendly if it extinguished her light. She pointed her wand at the figure, Draco, and said, "Incarcerous."

Ropes flew from her wand, binding Draco.

Hermione pointed her wand towards the ropes, and said, "Finite." The ropes fell off, and dissipated into thin air. She pulled her hand away from Draco's mouth, and wiped it on his shirt. "Ew. I really shouldn't have done that," she whispered. Although, she did sort of like that she controlled someone for once in her life.

She backed up a foot from Draco. "What were you doing in the halls?"
