The boulders bounced off the Regurgitators round forms or got stuck into them and were slowly absorbed into the creatures. Suddenly a horde of giant, furry Demon flies shot out of the portal. The creatures were massive, easily larger than a van, with long, pointed legs, two pairs of massive spiked and tear-covered wings, huge heads that resembled gas masks in a way, their mouth-parts dripping contagion from the holes and a dozen green lenses stared out into the world. The flies were adorned with and blankets saddles of rotting flesh and dozens of rotting limbs hanging on vines of twisted flesh hung from their undersides-but the worst part was they were Demonic Cavalry. Infectors rode their backs, swinging huge lengths of barbed rope with rotting human, Deluruxian (elven) and Durinian (dwarven) heads on the end, moaning and screeching putrid, unholy phrases.

Ebony grabbed Holly's pendant, which was the only thing that stood between her and certain demonic possession, and took over mind. "Woof." Ebony/Holly said, then blasted any demon within reach with fire, doing her best to mimic the properties of the flames the Bellators were using.

The flames cooked the Transmitters as they zoomed overhead, black liquid and flesh sloshing off of them as they buzzed and whined in pain, but none went down. Bow Wielder notched two arrows and fired them, one arrow stabbing through the head of the Infector rider and the other electrocuting the Mount of Pestilence. The Transmitter swerved wildly and crashed into the wall, which detonated in a shower of stone and gore.

There was a loud boom as Ebony/Holly sent electricity arcing through the air and into random enemies.

Three of the Demonic Cavalry went down, even as the were swooping down at Grimsley and Ebony. The flies, already weakened by the flames, exploded in a shower of black gore and disease, with black body parts flying off everywhere, yet the Demon Mounts were still intact perfectly when the hit the ground. On contact with the ground inches from Ebony and Grimsley the Transmitters-both rider and mount-imploded into black smoke that was sucked back into the portal.

One of the chains wrapped around Ebony (Ebony Ebony, not Holly Ebony) and pulled her up into the air, the chain mystically shortening to deliver Ebony to the Mount of Pestilence's toxic legs and maw.

One of the flesh-ropes whipped around through the air as if alive, trying to decapitate Grimsley. The Regurgitators vomited a tide of sickness at Bow Wielder, who narrowly avoided melting along with one of the unfortunate statues.

One of the Transmitters zoomed over Grimsely, stabbing at him with six razor-pointed legs and spitting acidic bile at him. The Infector on top flicked it's flesh-rope and the heads slammed into the ground in front of Grimsely, exploding in a shower of gore and rotting brain-matter, releasing dozens of airborne toxins

The ropes snapped, but the Demonic Cavalry's reactions were lightening fast, even if they really weren't. The swung Grimsely through one of the huge windows.
