Jack froze in his tracks and cringed and grew paler. A man walked up to Jack "your sister will be attending school with you" he said pushing a girl at Jack,Jack managed to catch the girl before she fell. "Why are you here" Jack growled but his voice still sounded timid,"what?" he father asked "I said" Jack growled but before she could finish Jack's father punched him across the jaw and kicked him in the gut.

Jack's father growled and slammed the door shut. Jack nodded to nightfright them helped Rose up and sat backdown without a word. Rose looked around before hurrying to a seat behind Jack.
