pression. "Yes...Uryu did save me..."she said as she looked to the ground. "But, Byakuya...I can no longer be a soul reaper. I...I will have to resign."

Uryu stood there shocked "Rukia dont resign!" he said as he grabbed her arm but it was too late Byakuya took his zanpaktou and hit her head with the hilt and resigned her from a soul reaper to a normal human.

Byakuya nodded "well if you dont want to be a soul reaper anymore you dont need it and its no use to the arrancars or aizen." he said and made a gate to go back to the soul socity "hope you and the quincy have a good life together." he said and left. Uryu blushed at the words how does he know we are together or does he? he asked himself and looked at rukia.

Rukia was happy to be with Uryu again but her soul felt broken. Without her sword she felt so empty and desolate. She took a shakey breath and turned to face Uryu with a hurt smile. "You dont have to worry about me getting hurt any more Uryu."she said to him.

Rukia gasped. She didnt expect to see Ichigo back home. "I-Ichigo."she stuttered. "Where...have you been?" Rukia's voice sounded very concerned for Ichigo. She had even actually let go of Uryu's hand and rushed over to hug Ichigo. "Why do you always go off and leave everyone without tell where youre going."

Rukia released from her hug and looked to the ground. "Aizen has my zanpoktou."she said brushed a strain of hair behind her ear. "Without it I cant really be a soul reaper..." A few tears appeared in her eyes, but she wiped them away. "But Uryu saved me from the arrancars."
