Kasey came back up stairs carrying a cup of water a bowl of soup. He set down the water and handed Cassie the soup and sat down next to her on the bed. He saw her puffy eyes and how red they were and could tell she had been crying. He ran a finger down her cheek, "Whats up?" He asked.

"I know how much this date means to you and I got sick and i didn't mean to in fact i dont even know HOW i got sick and i just", she quit talking and cried more. she held onto him and cried more. "I just wanted to make you happy Kasey', she sniffled. She threw the covers over her and held onto Kasey much more this time and wiped her eyes with a tissue. |

"It's Ok. We can allways have the date some other time." He hugged her back moving the soup so it didn't spill. He pulled her onto his lap and let her lay her head on his chest. "We can always just watch a movie here. That could be our date today. Just you and me watching a movie. How does that sound?" He asked. He kissed her hot forehead and tryed to comfort her. "Your health is more important to me than the date." He rubbed her back.

she held onto him and smiled. she lied down in her bed and took the soup in her lap and began to eat it. She automatically felt better but she still felt kinda ill. she layed down next to him and watched him flip through the movies she had. |

Kasey held a movie out to her, "This one Ok?" He asked. As he looked at her he could tell she was feeling a bit better but he still wanted her to rest up so she could get better all the way. He didn't like to see her sick. She looked so...so...for lack of a better word..sick.

Cassie coughed a bit more and gave him the thumbs up while still coughing. "Yeah...good ", she grinned. She looked back at him and smiled once more. Cassie ate her soup, feeling a bit better, and sat up. "You can come lay with me Kasey", she coughed a bit. |

"OK." He said sticking the movie into the DVD player. He got Cassie some more water since he noticed she had finished it all before sitting down next to her. He pulled her up onto his lap again and smiled at her kissing her cheek, "I hope you get better soon." He whispered in her ear as the movie started.

She watched him put the dvd on and walk out of her room for more water. She coughed and pulled on her side table drawer. A medicine was in it and she pulled it. They were medicine strips, so she popped one in her mouth. She coughed a bit more and noticed Kasey walked back in with the water. She was lifted onto his lap. "I hope i get better too Kasey...", she coughed. She closed her eyes and layed back on him. |

His hands rubbed her shoulders a bit as she layed her hand on his chest. He set his cheek gently on top of her head as he watched the movie. He looked down at Cassie who was on his lap her breathing slow, steady and calm. His fingers played with her long flowy hair a bit.

she coughed roughly as she was lying down on his chest. She groaned a bit and grabbed hold of her throat. She looked up at Kasey and smiled. "Don't worry about me Kasey", she coughed more. she didn't want him to worry about her. |

Kasey picked up the glass of water and handed it to her, "You should drink a lot of water." He said watching her drink the water then setting it down. He kissed her noes and then her cheek both of them light as a feather. He looked into her eyes feeling sorry for her.

Cassie took the water sheepishly and drank from it. she handed the water back to him and coughed more. She smiled and grinned as he kissed her nose and cheek. Cassie looked up at him and her eyes grew heavy. she felt dizzy and her vision was blurry. She closed her eyes and held onto him. "Kasey if something happens don't leave me...", she cried. |

He set the water down on the table so her could hold her close, "I promis I will never leave you unless you want me too." He whispered in to her ear. He wasn't focused on the movie instead he was focused on Cassie. He wiped away the tears that were now streaming down her cheeks. He pulled her blanket over both of them as he layed down their bodies still close together. He let her lay her head down on his colar bone her face looking down into his chest. His arms were around her keeping her safe and secure. He would never let her go unless she wanted to be alone.

Cassie sniffled and cried and held onto him as the covers fell onto her body. She couldn't breathe nor could she quite as well see. She held onto Kasey, not letting go and her breathing became irregular. She wheezed and coughed alot harder. She closed her eyes and coughed. She couldn't stop coughing and it only got worse and worse. She felt extremely hot and her body tmperature was steadily rising. |

Kasey could feel Cassies temprature rising and her breathing and how frequently she was couging didn't seem good at all. He took the covers off of them and slowly let go of her, "I'll be right back." He said to her after running his fingers through her hair once more. He left her side for only a moment to go get a thermomater. He came back and stuck it in her mouth making her sit up so she didn't choke on it. He took it out of her mouth and the temprature read 118. He set down the thermometer and picked up Cassie in his arms. He took her down stairs and out the house and into his truck to take her to the hospital, "It'll be OK. I promis." He said to her on the drive over.

Cassie held onto him before becoming so weake she had no choice but to let him go. she coughed more and more until he got back and she sat up. She could barely keep the thermometer in her mouth without coughing it out.Seh coughed more after he took it out of her mouth then dropped it and picked her up. She coughed and coughed as he took her down there and into his car. she took hold of his hand tightly and didn't let go, but kept coughing. |

He quickly parked not caring that he didn't park to well. He got out and picked up Cassie from the other side and carried her into the hospital. He walked up to the front desk and the resptionist could tell Cassie wasn't in good health, "Names please?" she asked ready to type them into the computer in front of her, "Kasey and Cassie." he said. The lady typed in the names and it was a good thing they were the only teens with those names, "Why did you bring her here?" she asked looking up from the screen to look at them. Kasey just looked at her with an expretion that said, 'Really you need to ask?' before she typed in that Cassie was coughing a lot, was pale, and had a feaver. After a few minutes a nurse came out with a streacher and Kasey layed Cassie down in it. He followed them though the doors and into a sterile white room. Kasey forgot all about his fears of hospitals as he looked down at Cassie and how bent out of shape she looked.

Cassie was put down on the stretcher, still coughing. She could see the lights barely passing her by as she looked up at the ceiling. She finally began to fall unconcious. "Kasey...", she coughed. She turned her head towards him, her vision leaving her. "don't leave me...", she cried. Cassie could tell she was crying but couldn't see. She held onto his hand tightly and she turned her head the other way falling unconcious quickly. She could hear screaming and and intercoms, Kasey yelling and doctors directing. She then lost the hearing she had while concious. She then fell under. She felt cold as she finally became unconcious. |

((I'm gonna do a mini time skip because I don't know people do to unconsious people XD)) Kasey was sitting down in a chair that he had pulled up next to Cassies hospital bed. She had been placed in one of the rooms a couple minutes before and Kasey was still just looking down at Cassies hand. He had been holding onto it the whole time. He hadn't let go even when they told him too. He had promissed her that he wouldn't unless she wanted him to and she said to not let go, so he didn't. Cassie wasn't uncosious anymore, she was just sleeping now. Her head was facing Kasey but he continued to look at her hand as he ran his thumb up and down it gently waiting untill she woke up again. He didn't know what was wrong with her but the doctors said they fixed her so he just droped it at that. He had called Ace and he said he would there soon and he trusted Ace. Kasey wasn't sure what to do at the moment. Should he turn on the T.V.? Talk to her even though she was asleep? He didn't know. |
