She blushed a bit. "Thank you..", she said, as she sweeped her hair behind her ear. she felt his hand touch hers and the feelings came back agaiin. she began to feel safe again, and warm.She looked around at the sky and the birds in the trees. The sun began to set a little and she smiled. "hmmm...how about we just talk ?", she smiled. She liekd talking to him. Plus she wanted to get to know him more. she saw his hand begin to swing theirs back and forth gently, and she giggled a bit. She saw him staring at her so Cassie looked at him as well.

He wasn't used to dating. He hadn't had a girlfriend before to be truthful. He was an average kid. When he was little he believed girls had cutties and stayed as far away from them as possible. Whe he bace a bit older he started to have crushes and a couple years ago he started to ocasionally flirt with a few of them but dating was a first for him. He had watched plenty of movies though. Most of the time the guy took the girl to a romantic resturant but since the only ones near here were way out of his budget he figured a stroll through the park at sunset would be just as good. He had some money in his pocket for food if they got hungrey and they had decent food around here even if it wasn't expencive and fancy. "So how long have you lived here?" He asked looking up at the darkening sky. The sun was fading but very slowly. He knew just the place to stop and they would get there just in time too.

"I've lived here almost my whole life. I was born here, and raised here. We've lived in the same house ever since my Brother was born. But when I was two my parents were killed in a car accident so I was raised by my Brother, Ace. He's nice and acts like a child more so than a guradian.", she giiggled. She looked as the sun began to set and she got a little worried. She smiled at him frequently and kept the conversation going. "So how long have you lived here? ", she questioned. "I've never seen you around." |

"I moved here towards the end of last school year. The I spent the summer in Minhattan with my grnadma to help her move into a diffrent apartment." He said as they turned a corner and were not standing on grass. "I know I greate place to watch the sunset. Just follow me. He walked with her down another smaller path untill they had to duck under some low hanging branches to get to where Kasey was Taking them. They were still on grass but just eight or nine feet away was a lake. It had ducks swimming around on it was they made their way back to their nests and just past the lake and above a patch of trees was the sunset. He sat down on the grass and patted the spot next to him motioning for her to sit down next to him. He turned back to the sunset as it turned the few clouds in the sky an oragngey color the turned to red then to purple and then finally a dark navy color as the sun was heading into the trees.

She looked out at the view and awed for a few moments until she heard a sound liek someone was patting the earth. she looked at it and Kasey was motioning for her to sit next to him. She smiled and followed him and sat next to him shyly. She watched as the ducks chased each other in the lake and they were being lovey dovey. she blushed but not enough to where Kasey could see. She watched as the sun began to fall behind the trees and the light hitting the lake made it shine a goldenish color. She wowed for a few seconds at the colors and the light.

Kasey smiled as Cassie sat down next to him and put his hand on hers' softly. He layed his back down on the grass and looked up at the dark part of the sky the twinkling stars just now coming into view. The poeple on the other side of the park got to see the moon first but to him it was worth it to see the sun go down. He let out a content sigh as he turned his head to look over at Cassie. She looked like she was enjoying the sunset and that made his smile too. The air was turning colder as the sun vanished behind the tree's He sat up again and took off his jacket and ofered it too Cassie, "You look cold." He said.

(( UR BACK :D )) She watched as the sun began to fall behind the horizon and it made her smile. she remembered the last time her and her parents watched the sunset together. she hadn't felt happy like this sence then. She looked over at Kasey and smiled. "Actually just a bit", she said. she tooke his jacket happily and wrapped herself in it. she scooched closer to him and layed her head on his shoulder lightly. |

((Yup :D)) Kasey wrapped his arm around her shoulder bringing Cassie even closer. He placed his head gently on top of hers. His heart raced a bit but soon whent back to normal. He looked up at the night sky above them again the stars getting brighter as the sky around them got darker. |

(( YAY :3 Fail Post v.v )) Cassie watched stars begin to twinkle and she blushed a bit, not as if he could see though. She pointed up into the sky. " A shooting star !", she closed her eyes and made a wish. She smiled after she was done wishing and looked at him. |

He closed his eyes too as he looked up at the shooting star and made a wish of his own. He looked back down at her afterwards his eyes open again. He leaned in a kissed her on the lips. Only for a moment though before he pulled away. He started to yell at himself on the inside calling himself stupid for doing that. He wasn't sure if he should have kissed her or if it was too soon. It was too late though. He couldn't take it back now. He just hoped Cassie wouldn't be mad and think he was some kind of person who didn't care about her feelings.

Cassie looked at him as he approached her altogether and kissed her. She couldn't react, but when he let go she pouted alot on the inside. She looked up at him afterwards and she knew he could see her blushing now. Her face got hot again and she blushed more than she ever had before. She smiled a bit more than before and her heart began beating even faster. She took his hand and put it up to where he could feel her heart racing. "That's how you make me feel...", she smiled. |

Kasey could feel her heart racing as she put his had against her chest, "You make me feel the same." He said removing his hand from it's spot near her heart. He was glad that he knew that she liked him back he was thankful for sure. He thought he did a good job for a first first date. He looked back at the stars and thanked them. His wish had come true.

Cassie blushed and frowned a bit as his hand left her heart. she watched him thank the stars silently to himself, and she did the same too. She smiled up to her parents who were probably watching her have her first date. She thought about what her Dad might be doing right now. "He must be having a fit watch some boy kiss me..", she giggled to herself a bit. She knew Kasey was a nice guy though, andn her parents would approve. She took Kasey's hand and smiled at him. |

Kasey looked back down at Cassie when she spoke, "I can understand that." He said with a bit of chuckle as he let her take his hand. He loved that they were close together and that his first date was with her. He hoped her parents weren't dissaproving of him being their daughter though. Wouldn't that suck. Having your girlfriends dead parents hate you.

Cassie smiled and sat there for a few minutes with her head down on his shoulder. She watched as the moon began to rise and it shined brightly in the sky, illuminating everything below it. She stared up at it and looked at Kasey again. She sighed happily and wrapper her arms around him, holding him close to her. She didn't want to seem in a rush so she waited until he was ready to leave. |

Kasey looked back down at Cassie, "It's pretty late I can drive you home if your ready." He said his arm still around her shoulders keeping her close to him. It felt good when she pulled closer to him so he didn't potest and her hands grabed him around the waist pulling her body even closer to him. He was getting tired and they had school tomorrow so he figured they should start heading home. He didn't want to leave though. He liked it here and it was even more pleasant with her.

Cassie smiled and replied to him. "Yeah i guess it is...but I don't want to leave you.", she grinned and held him tighter, but not too tightly. She wound her fingers through his and clasped them together. she loved being with him. He made her feel safe and secure, and she hoped she made him feel the same way. She knew that Ace wouldn't be happy though if she was out too late. She got up and kept Kasey's jacket around her. She lead him out, hand in hand as they proceeded to walk down the sidewalk. She heard something behind them though. She stopped and turned around to see Jason. "Jason...what are you doing out so late?", she questioned. She looked around suspiciously. Jason stumbled towards them, as if he were drunk. " I just....came to say hey ! Wassup...? I bruoght David man, he's here too !", he fumbled. David was right behind him as well, staggering drunkly towards Kasey. "You're the lil punk who stole that *censored* away from me !", he stoopered a bit but regained his balance." she was....mine first !", David replied. He had to lean onto Jason to keep from tipping over. ((YEAH :D AWESOMENESS >< ))

"I don't want to leave you either but we got school tomorrw remember." He smiled as she held onto him tighter. He got up with her and walked along side her their shoulder toughing and their hands clasped together. When they turned around to see Jason drunk he was OK he knew Jason wasn't the type to get into fist fights when he's drunk but David he wanted to punch him. Turns out David wanted to do the same.When David called Cassie a *censored* that was it. Kasey let go of Cassie's hand and swung a fist at his face and hit him square in the noes. David stumbled backward falling to the ground his noes starting to bleed quite a bit, "She changed her mind." He spat at the spot next to Davids face. and turned back to Cassie taking her hand again and walking away from David and Jason. They could settle this at school again sometime when he wasn't drunk. He walked with Cassie to his car and un-locked her door opening it for her and helping her in. He shut her door and got in on the drivers side and put the keys in the car, "So where do you live?" He asked as he rode slowly down the street.

Cassie covered her mouth, watching as David stumbled backwards over on Jason. Cassie almost began to cry but the look of Kasey defending her and jumping into a fight for her, made her that much more attracted to him. She grabbed ahold of his hand as they began to spritn to his car. Cassie was out of breath by the time they had arrived to his car on the other side of the park. She breathed heavily and looked back to make sure no one was following them. She got in as he unlocked the door and she looked out the window. Kasey's jacket fell off as she was running. "Youre jacket Kasey !", Cassie yelled as she got out and ran to pick it up. Suddenly she heard it. Jason and David had caught up somehow. She stood there scared, not knowing what to do. Her fear had gotten the better of her and she had froze up. Her muscles weren't responding and she sat there kneeled onto the ground. Just as they had reached her, her Brother Ace stepped in front of her. "David...if you want all of you're teeth you'd better go home", Ace hissed. both David and Jason scampered home. Cassie had finally regained her sense and began crying. She hugged Ace and he led her to Kasey's car. "Get her home safely...I'm going to go deal with those two", Ace explained to Kasey.

"No it's..." Kasey was going to say that it fine, that he didn't need the jacket but she was allready out and running to go pick it up. He was runnig after when her brother steped in front of her and scared off Jason and David. He noded to Ace as he left and held Cassie close as she began to cry. He just stood there a moment outside his car holding her close as she cryed in to his chest. He wrapped his arms around her and held her close. After a few moments he tilted her head up to face him, "Come on I should get you home now." He said opening her door again and helping her in and shuting her door after her. He got into the driver's seat again and turned on the car througning the jacket in the back. He drove down the street, "Where do you live?" He asked remembering that he didn't know where she lived.
