"If anybody asks, Rhi is the mascot for our school's football team and you three are students of said school." Bow Wielder nodded in agreement, putting his quiver and bow on the floor. "But surely the Daemonium Venatores would recognize her from before?" "They only met Rhi about twenty minutes ago, they only work so fast-you and me on the other hand..." Sword Master handed Bow Wielder a cap and some sunglasses. Sword Master put on a pair of sunglasses and a large red scarf.

"Madam, we have had a positive voice identification match." Said the man. He was one of several dozen all sitting in a white, featureless room scrolling over data from hundreds of traffic cameras and wireless devices. Black Sword moved from her seat at the back of the room, the two Sicarius agents, red cloaked and green cloaked, following closely behind. She maneuvered in between the rows of desks and computers to approach the small, regular looking man bent over his row of laptops. The man hit a few buttons and played back Bow Wielder's voice. Black Sword sneered. "Good work, now we have there position." She stood up and started to bark orders. "I want the licence plate of their car and eyes to be on them wherever they go! You two, adjust Shade's route so they don't come within five kilometers of each other! You, send alerts to the Bellators on containment that Sword Master has escaped and to begin pursuit immediately-but make sure they know not to blow cover!". Black Sword walked up the two steps to her large black seat and sat down. She looked across the room at the massive screen which was know showing Sword Master's car from five different cameras. "You never could just not get involved." She sighed.

"Humans can be tall and stabby." Bow Wielder said, gesturing to Sword Master. "Not babies." Sword Master said, adjusting his mirror. He noticed there were several cyclists that hadn't been there before. "Oh, right." Bow Wielder laughed awkwardly. He glanced at Holly briefly.
"Mam, we are receiving reports that the remaining Bellators we had placed for containment are under attack from armed criminals of various backgrounds." One of the computer operators called out. Black Sword sat up in her seat. "Withdraw all men immediately, and order them to cease fire in case these men are simply a local gang!" "You are aware that it is unlikely a local gang would behave in such a manor, especially without us noticing first." Blood said. "I am aware of this, I simply wish to keep a positive outlook." "You never keep a positive outlook." Wrath growled.

"No, not with all these cameras and people." Sword Master said. The cyclists disappeared down an alleyway, but a few minutes later some joggers were behind them in similar outfits. Most people wouldn't have even noticed these things. "Don't look behind us but I think we are being followed."

"The bicyclers just disappeared." Sword Master said, going around a round about. "Explosions would not be good-especially since we are in city with two point two million people with hundreds of historical sites." Bow Wielder said.
"Mam, they just went off the grid." One of the men at the computers said. "We just lost the traffic cameras near the Eiffel Tower." Another said. "We just lost contact with our pursuit team." A third said. All of them started to shout similar things and began to type furiously to determine what happened. Black Sword stood up. "Cut ourselves from the grid and get our entire system off the internet and don't utter a word about potential problems! Reinforce the firewalls and encryptions to ensure nothing gets in further! I want a team of the police to set up a random checkpoint to slow Sword Master down, pull out anyone we have to get them to do it! Somebody contact Shade to alert him of the situation! I want anyone we have out there withdrawn to a safe position until further notice! And will someone please get me some red wine!" Wrath and Blood looked at each other.

Hundreds of people throughout Paris were confused and angered as their iphones, and tablets suddenly stopped working. Security cameras went down, traffic cameras stopped and even many computers with webcams shut down. After a few minutes the majority of the devices came online again with most only having minor changes.

"Technically I'm classed as a wyvern." Holly muttered. "Originally we weren't going to have any sort of ranking system, because it might.... upset.... Ebony if anyone dared to have a higher position than her, but after a fight with a possessed werewolf we realized we needed to plan things. With a group like ours planing is a bit of a problem without any set leader to put people in their place. We haven't gotten much further than that because most of us are insane or suffer from unpredictable personality changes an mood whiplash."
