Sword Master turned right-onto a dead-end street leading to a large park with a man-made lake in it. "Oh dear!" Sword Master exclaimed, slamming on the accelerater. "Why are you speeding up?!" Bow Wielder yelled, grabbing Sword Master's shoulder. "There are trees and civilians and a lake! Slow down!" Sword Master pressed the icon a second time and the car doubled in speed, slamming Bow Wielder back into his seat. Looses objects and items of clothing flew out the car as it shot towards the park.

"Don't worry, we'll be fine!" Sword Master said as they shot into the trees, the police car braking behind them. Sword Master immediately cut the second boost, slowing the car down dramatically, which caused it to swerve, nearly running over to park goers and slamming into a tree. The car zoomed forwards, branches smashing into Rhi as they went. Sword Master cut the second boost as several children ran screaming from the playground as Sword Master drove over the bark. Sword Master braked, scraping against a tree and slowing down just enough to prevent going into the lake. The airbags deployed, but Sword Master stabbed them with his sword. "See, fine." He panted.

Sword Master took a second to calm his breathing and throw a stick out of the car. "To be fair, nobody actually got hurt, and the car just has a few scratches-" As if on queue, the left rear-view mirror fell off and the right back tire deflated. "-Okay, maybe a bit more than a few scratches, but the damage won't cost too much to repair, plus we escaped the police and made great headway into our search for Ebony." "But we didn't need to escape the police, we could have just pulled over, they would have given us a ticket, and we would be on our way!" Bow Wielder exploded, kicking open the car door and storming off a few steps. "Actually, then the Daemonium Venatores would know what identities we are using because of the report of the vehicle deion." Sword Master said. "This way they only know we are driving around in the car." Bow Wielder calmed down, realizing Sword Master had a point. "First thing's first, we should ditch the car and find a place to stay, the police and angry park-goers will be looking for us and I don't want to be here when they are-but we are talking about this later."

Holly grumbled and calmed herself. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have exploded like that." She appologized, dipping her head. "Mood whiplash." Fleco said, shaking his head. "Any ideas where we'll be staying?"

"Come on, let's get out of here." Bow Wielder said. "But we can't just ditch my car!" Sword Master complained. "If you hadn't of driven it like a maniac we wouldn't have to ditch it!" Bow Wielder retorted. Sword Master thought for a second, then pressed a button on the touchscreen. An anchor shot from under the car deep into the ground. "Good luck moving it now!" Sword Master said as the screen slid away and he exited the car.

Holly yelped and jumped out of the car as the anchor fired. Rhi climbled awkwardly out of the car, trying not to damage anything. Fleco pried his hands from the edge of the seat and sprang out after them.

Sword Master smiled at him and made his way along the walking track they had found. Bow Wielder led the way, greeting everybody that walked past in excellent, but hurried, French.
