Bow Wielder noticed Holly's movements and whipped around, notching an arrow and aiming it during the quarter-second movement. "It's a specialized arrow designed to send some sort of neural shock that basically shuts the brain down for a split second, rendering them unconscious-and also possibly leaving said dead lady-friend without a mind. And yes, I would use it on her-but it wouldn't kill her or anything, I swear."
