"Yeah.",Shadow replied an crossed her arms again. She sat down in the shallow water and smiled at its coolness.

"I normally just do whatever.",Shadow replied and heard the sound of her hawk screeching an alarm. The bird dove down and was inches from Sky's head when it stopped and flew to Shadow. Moon landed on her shoulder and stared at Sky,trying to protect Shadow. Shadow stroked her head to calm her down. "Sorry about that,she can be over-protective.",she appologized.

Shadow put her arm near her shoulder and the bird stepped onto it. She smiled and said,"When she first saw my parents she attacked them." Moon kept a watchful eye on Sky,but calmed down a bit.

Shadow nodded and said to Moon,"It's fine. He isn't a threat." Moon screeched at him and looked at Shadow before flying to Sky's shoulder. She pecked his head and then flapped her wings. Shadow laughed and explained,"She's decideing wether or not she will accept you."

Moon screeched at his yelled and continued to look at him,her head tilted. She eventually rubbed her feathery head on his cheek and a strange noise came from her throat. Shadow giggled and said,"She accepts you." Moon stayed on his shoulder and looked at Shadow.

Shadow smiled and nodded in agreement. Moon flew from Sky's shoulder to her's and gripped it loosely with her talons. "I have a secret place outside the territories that me and Moon enjoy.",she finally said and began to pet Moon. Moon made a series of noises and Shadow laughed. "She says that you smell like the strangly scented fish there.",she explained and added,"That's a compliment. They smell very good."

Shadow laughed and looked at Moon. Moon nodded her head and flew into the air to lead the way. Shadow motioned for him to follow and ran after Moon. She smiled as Moon dove down near a cliff. Wings sprouted from Shadow's back and she dove off the cliff after Moon.

Shadow and Moon kept flying until they reached the edge of the territory,there they stopped to wait for Sky. The wings disappeared from Shadow's back and she leaned against a tree that Moon had perched in.

"Hurry.",Shadow said and started to run farther from the edge of the two territories. Moon flew ahead and after a few more miles they reached the secret place and stopped. A large clear lake fed by a beautiful waterfall sat in the middle of a large feild. You could see a cave shining with many different jewels behind the clear waterfall. Shadow smiled at Moon,who had went to rest on a perfectly carved perch Shadow had made many months before.
