Welcome, to Ravish.

Ravish, a vibrant and lush world, perhaps at first glance. As it's human inhabitants know, the seemingly amazing and harmless appearance of Ravish is naught but a facade. Beneath the layers of vivid colours and beauty, hides the truth. Once every year, the widely celebrated Jamboree is held; an event  that runs for a course of 30 days. Some call it a genocide. Others call it good old fun. One week before the Jamboree starts invitations and application sheets are sent out to every home. Participants will stay at the five star hotel, Hellon, and will be treated to extravagant feasts and luxuries.

Each human who lives on Ravish can control and bend an element to their will. These elements include;
•Fire
•Water
•Earth
•Air

To the receiver of this letter,

It's time once more to hold our annual glorious celebration, the Jamboree.
Participants are to report to the city centre, to meet at the Hellon at one in the morning, if they so wish to enter.
The rules below must be followed strictly
•Only one person from each family may enter
•Sabotage will not be tolerated, this includes killing when an event is not on
•After every event, all participants most gather at the ring, or risk being left to die
•All participants are to stay in their room after twelve at night
•After the first fifteen days, participants may drop out of the Jamboree if they so wish to do so (if you wish to change your character, you can then.)

Below are the instructions if you so wish to enter
•Fill out your application form and met at the Hellon at one in the morning on the day before the Jamboree starts
•Participants will stay at the Hellon at all times except for when an event is on until the Jamboree has finished
•Participants will either get their own room at the Hellon, or may share with one other individual

Prizes
If you manage to so make it to the end of the Jamboree, these will be your winnings;
•One hundred million Dyie
•The resurrection of a loved one
•The ability to control the high elements of shadow and light

Personality:She is very sweet and kind. Don't mess with  her though. She can be very hostile if necessary. She always protects her friends from harm after she lost her best friend in a battle. Isabel is a headstrong girl.  She is the most blissful bender. She bends as if she were dancing . She is an excellent dancer too.

Appearance: Arlyn has very light blond hair that's normally tied up in a short little ponytail. He's very tall and rather lean. He usually wears loose T-shirts and either cargo shorts or cargo pants. He's of Germanic origin and if you listen you can hear his faint accent when he talks.
Personality: Arlyn's favourite thing to do is meet new people. If he hasn't seen you before, the first thing he'll probably do is ask you your name so he can write it in his notebook, then get into a friendly conversation with you. He likes to pretend he's manly, but in reality, he's actually rather feminine. He gets excited very easily and is often called childish, but he just smiles and takes it as a complement.

Reason for entering the Jamboree: He entered it two years ago, but dropped out at the half way point. Now he wants to try again, but this time to win.
Other: He's acutally a bit of a neat freak.

Name: Vera Lowlands
Age: 22
Gender: Female
Appearance: Vera is of average height and weight and has chestnut brown hair that she usually ties into a high ponytail. She has wide eyes and a few freckles dotted around her face, which gives her a bit of a child like appearance. She normally wears long back sweaters and cardigans, along with jeans and boots.
Personality: Vera is calm and level headed, often planing her every move to ensure nothing will go wrong. She's intelligent and she knows it. She has a large soft side though, and will always help someone in need if she can.
Weapon: A very small crossbow, modified to shoot darts.
Element: Fire
Reason for entering the Jamboree She wants to win so she can split the prize money with people less fortunate than her, but she's not sure she'll get that far, and has considered dropping at the halfway point.
