I know without asking that iluvhorses will want to be alpha, so ranks cannot be alpha. We start out in The darvenian forest. Spotted fur panted as she ran through the cold rain that was matting down her fur. She ran as she tried to find some form of shelter. She spotted a cave and dashed in. It was surprisingly warm and dry. Water dripped from her coat and she shook her fur free of the moisture. She padded in circles until she found a comfortable spot. But as she started to drift off to sleep, a scent invaded her nose and a growl spiked through her ear. "Get out shorty." Said the wolf at the entrance to the cave.

Spotted fur had a feeling that this creature was no regular wolf and it was a creature of great superiority and would not take any guff. She slank to the edge of the cave, unwillingly leaving an opening to the creature looming over her, sloping her head from shame.

the wolf looked at the cat in pity. but didn't take a second thought. the wolf grabbed her by the scruff of the neck and through her out of the cave, watching her shiver in the rain.

The cat slinked, despising the creature but still staying out of the way, knowing very well the rule of the jungle. She paced the edge of the cave, testing her limits and sticking a paw across the border and watching the wolf's reactions.

eventually the wolf decided that that was it. she stepped out of the cave and picked the cat up in her mouth again. this time instead of placing her on the ground away from the cave, she through her away from reach of the cave. this wolf was definately not ordinary.

The cat grimaced and scowled and settled for tucking itself in a hole under the roots of a nearby tree. She tucked herself in and kept one eye out to watch the suspicious creature.And began to groom her neck wounds left by the canines sharp teeth then finally settled in and slept till the dreary foggy morning.

The cat, still drowsy from her sleep was in no mood to run from the thing which had woken her up from her deep slumber. She ran back, hair on end, Protecting her small smidgen of a spot under the nearby tree.

A girl not much older than 14 stumbles into a fog. She has no clue why she had the urge to venture in to the vast forest but she walked with confidence into the murky fog. She hears howls not far off so she runs towards them. She smells something, is that, it cant be CAT!!!! But not just any cat it smells all to familiar.....

"HIIIIIIII!!!!!" Emily yells into the forest. That cat smell doesnt leave her nose "where is it coming fron?" she hears another howl in the distanc. i have to find the cat before they do. i take a big whif of the scent before i double over, a pain comes over her hands before she stands up. Where is that cat? she looks down and there it is. since the girl is still human she grabs the cat out of the roots. "its ok your safe with me." The cat calms a little.
