Lionpaw stopped walking and glanced back at her without a word.

Limefeather blinked a few times and looked at him warily. "Nothing," she mumbled. "Still a bit shaken from being kicked out of my position."

She stretched out her small body beside him and mumbled, "We'd better get up then!"

Snakepaw nodded his head, automatically banishing Tigerstar's thoughts from his mind. "Something will happen soon," he mumbled, almost knowningly. "Though, I'm not sure if it'll be the most positive thing..."

Wishpaw sighed, "I just hate to see my friends all fighting like this!" she shook her head.

"But why?" Feralwind complained, "when its so comfortable here?" he purred contendely.

Adderstrike sighed, "if you say so." he thought for a moment, "so do you think that StarClan will still tlak to you in your dreams?" he asked.

Moonsong lashed her tail, "i thought I told you to come talk to me when you woke up." she hissed, sightless gaze locked on the other she-cat.

(( *pokes birdfall*  Sounds like a disease :C ))

Snakepaw only nodded his head. Without warning he rasped his tongue over her ear with a hearty purr. "Things will look up," he said confidently.

Sablepaw sneezed, and then shook her head at him. "We have jobs to do," she mewed. "Hunt, care for the elders, care for the queens and kits." She chuckled. "Not that you do much anyways." She prodded him with her paw playfully.

Limefeather looked at him with confident ease. "They just did," she said. "Earlier when I fell asleep with you in the elder's den. I didn't understand their message though. It was...confusing."

"Sorry," Lionpaw said dismissively. "What did you want to talk about?"

((Birdfall:you look like a disease *bites* ))

Wishpaw felt her face grow warm, "I hope your right..." she said quietly.

Moonsong rolled her eyes, "the warrior code. If you want to become a warrior, you have to learn it!" she said.

"hey now!" Feralwind purred, "I do....stuff!" he chuckled.((FeralFAIL))

Adderstrike blinked, "really? Care to share at all? maybe I could help." he offered.

((*ish to lazy to add Birdfalls bio! hes a brown tabby, rather young, and a bit tempermental. his eyes are ice blue))

Birdfall padded into camp and dropped off a finch and a vole. He gave his thick tabby fur a quick lick and looked up at the sky. There were some clouds that could be holding rain. But he didnt mind. As un-catlike as it was, he actually liked water.

"I hope I am too," Snakepaw said, perking up. He swatted her ear playfully and rolled over so he was out of swinging reach.

Lionpaw nodded, pushing away her troubled thoughts as she tried to shake off her grumpy mood. "Is it long and boring?" she teased, poking Moonsong with one paw playfully. "I might fall asleep!"

Sablepaw rolled her blind eyes and prodded him harder. "Get up fatty!" she teased, tail tip flickering.

Limefeather told the dream over in detail, mind clicking a few pieces together that she didn't really want to share. Adderstrike was going to kill Oakfeather? Well, that wouldn't do. "I don't know what it means," she lied with a frown. "It's confusing."

( Two things.

A) How is Adderstrike gonna "kill" birdfall?

B) Limefeather guessed wrong. Thought they ment Oakfeather not Birdfall. Whatta dumby.)

Feralwind rolled onto his back with his paws in the air like a kit, "I am not fat." he protested, "Im just......muscular." he said with a laugh.

Wishpaw laughed, "thats right you better run!" she teased, sdtanding and then going into the hunters crouch, planning to pounce on Snakepaw. She locked her eyes on her "prey" and lashed her tail back and forth. Then she pounced, rolling the smaller cat onto his back. Purring with satisfation, she nipped his ear, then daintily jumped back.

Moonsong chuckled, "well you already had your nap." she teased back. She put her sightless gaze toward the entrance to camp, her voice grew slightly more serious, "I heard about the battle with the fox, and what you did is something I would expect from a leader, not a former rouge." she sat on her haunches facing the forest, "it was brave, and reckless, and that is how a true clan cat would act, although, in times like these, I don't know if most warriors would risk their lives for another cat in this Clan. Especially one they had been arguing with earlier." she twitched one ear, "yes. I did hear your little dispute with Windpaw and Poppypaw this morning. You should learn that I hear all." she said sheepishly.

Adderstrike twitched his ears, "do you think....It has something to do with me? There was an Adder...." his voice trailed off. He didnt want to know what the feather was. He hoped that it could have belonged to a eagle or something, meaning that he would protect the clan from some danger, but he wasnt sure. What if it meant Cougarfeather? What color was the feather? was it tipped with Red like the she-cat's muzzl, tail and paws? What if it was Oakfeather? the tree had been and Oak hadnt it? What if it meant Limefeather? he pushed the throught from his mind instantly, but his thoughts still kept racing.

((snoweh has a plan to 'take care of Birdfall.' >:D he will fall in love with Dreamsplash and do anything that the cunning, posessed side of the pretty little she-cat tells him too. So Adderstrike will recieve a sign from his deceased mother, Wolfcurse. she will take him to the edge of the Dark Forest, where he will see Dreamsplash's dream. It will be one where she goes in as the real her(cute, innocent, and scared) but when Tigerstar sees Adderstrike, he will get mad and his spirit will go inside of Dreamsplash, posessing her and making her the evil Dreamsplash again. Then, they will wake up, and...... know what? you are going to have to wait and see >:D))

Sablepaw snorted, pouncing on his stomach like she would do to a mouse. "Uh huh," she said, snorting at him. "I'll believe that when hedgehogs fly."

Snakepaw, startled at first that she was actually playing with him, smiled. He hissed playfully, puffing out his nursery-soft black fur. His golden tail tip flickered back and forth. He made it look like he was going to pounce onto her back, but he fainted to the right and tackled her from the side, sending them both rolling into the dust. 

A laugh escaped him, happiness bubbling up in his chest. He pinned Wishpaw underneath him, struggling to pin the larger she-cat under his tiny weight. "Got you," he meowed, chuckling a little again.

Lionpaw shrugged, letting her eyes settle on the forest as well. "Nothing is hidable," she said confidently. "Eventually someone will find out, no matter the situation. I figured you'd figure it out soon, if you hadn't already heard." She added with a faint smile. "We weren't exactly quiet."

Limefeather shrugged, trying to sound neutral. But her fur stood on end just looking at him, and mistrust made her paws prickle. "An adder is a snake," she murmured. "It could mean Snakepaw as well. As for the feather, that could mean numerous things. We'll have to wait and see." She closed her eyes and tried to calm herself down.

{ We need Snakepaw to do something evil. Or, like, get Wishpaw/Dreamsplash in a situation so he can save them <3 And piss off Tigerstar }

Feralwind laughed, "how do you know they dont? theres a lot of things they do that we dont know about!" he teased, flicking her ear with his tail, "now leave my belly alone!"

Wishpaw laughed, "oh you would like to think that wouldnt you?" she said, pushing Snakepaw away with her powerful back legs. She rolled to her feet and spun so she was facing him. She puffed out her fur so she was nearly three times his size.

Moonsong chuckled, "yeah, it was a little loud, but i was with Wolfstar, and I dont think he heard you. He didnt hear you guys fighting the fox, but I did. Somewhat." she said with a shrug.((hehe fail))

Adderstrike nodded, "I would like to hope it wasnt Snakepaw, the poor apprentice has so few friends, except Wishpaw it seems." he said, watching Wishpaw and Snakepaw play, "I dont think he even gets along with his sister. He has a bit of a stubborn streak." he glanced at Limefeather out of the corner of his eye, "much like someone I know." he teased lightly.

Sablepaw snorted, batting one of his ears with her paw. "Get up then," she meowed stubbornly. "Let's go hunting or something. I'm bored."

Snakepaw was thrown backwards, pain flaring up in his stomach. "I think you kicked me too hard," he muttered, stumbling onto his feet. "I'm smaller than you, you know." He gave her a dirty look, then hurled himself onto her back.

Lionpaw only nodded, continuing to stare into the forest with a blank look on her face. "So, how're things doing for you and Wolfstar?" she asked flatly, trying to keep her mind away from her own troubles.

Limefeather snorted, giving Adderstrike a dirty look. "I'm not stubborn," she said, chuckling lightly. "I just know better than you do." She watched her son and Wishpaw play for a moment. "Being an apprentice was nice," she mumbled. "A lot less drama and a lot more play time." 

Feralwind rose to hsi feet and yawned, "so demanding for someone so little!" he teased, prodding her with one paw.

"Excuses!" Wishpaw teased, rolling and knocking snakepaw off her back. She et her fur lie flat and sat down, licking her paw and drawing it over her ear.

__

Moonsong shrugged, "I dont know, we just kinda talked mostly."

__

"Oh oyu know more than me? Thanks." he said with a laugh. He tilted his head, "I don't rreally remember much from when I was an apprentice. I didnt have many friends, so I know what its like to be alone, but it was pretty much the same as my warrior life, do a little bit of this, a little bit of that, go with the flow, you know?"

Sablepaw rolled her blind eyes. "I have big expectations," she mewed, blinking a few times. "Now, where do you want to hunt?"

Snakepaw snorted, sitting upright. He started to lick the dirt off of his pelt, keeping tabs on Wishpaw's movements.

Lionpaw nodded. "More progress than I've got," she mumbled.

"I know," limefeather mumbled.

Feralwind thought for a moment, "I dont know about you, but I say we try the forest." he teased.

Wishpaw flexed her claws, "I think I won." she said, licking her chest fur, but watching Snakepaw out of the corner of her eye.

Moonsong tilted her head, "progress?" she asked.((hehe. just making conversation))

Adderstrike nudged Limefeather with his shoulder, "but hey, at least both me and Snakepaw have at least one friend." he said.

Cougarfeather ((im just gonna poof her in XD)) padded up to Wolfstar, "Can I talk to you for a second Wolfstar?" she asked politely.

Sablepaw headbutted him playfully. "I meant WHERE in the forest, mousebrain."

"I think you did," Snakepaw agreed, cleaning behind his ears.

Poppypaw padded out of the apprentice's den, shoving her brother over as she pas sed by. "i think she one too," she said sharply. "you're too small to be any good of a fighter." She ducked into the nursery without another word, leaving Snakepaw to sit there, stung and hurt, in silence.

"I can't even seem to speak to Windpaw," she mumbled, unable to look her mentor in the eyes. lionpaw sighed. "I wouldn't know what to say."

Limefeather nosed him playfully. "And who would that be?" she teased.

Wolfstar blinked, turning his head towards her. "yes, cougarfeather?" he meowed slowly.

Oakfeather yawned, wincing when he moved his paw. "Ow," he grunted, trying to get onto his feet. he was bored like mad, and wanted to do some hunting despite his injuries.
