Oakfeather said slyly, making his point obvious, "Couldn't you replace that feeling with your own kits? You have to let her go some time or other."

THIS SONG IS STUCK IN MY HEAD!!! You and Me  by Lifehouse. thats what Adderstrike is going to realise. His life means nothing without Limefeather, he doesnt know what to do, and nobody else matters. He likes every little thing about Limefeather. And when hes with her, its like nobody else exists. He cant admit it to her, but he cant let her go. And he realises that hes wasted so much time lying to himself about what he feels XD))

"Moonsong, Me, Cougarfeather, and Oakfeather. Cougarfeatehr just doesnt want to let you go. Shes always been afraid to let go." he said.

Cougarfeatehr raised one eyebrow, "well, in order to have kits, you need a mate." she said, pointing out that they werent officialy mates.

Oakfeather stood up, puffing out his fur. "Well, in order to be someone's mate," he purred, winking at her, "That cat has to be okay with it."

Sablepaw snorted. "She's always had some sort of paternal feeling towards me." 

Cougarfeather flicked his ear with her tail, "well maybe some cats are to mousebrained to realise that she has been okay with it for a while."

Feralwind laughed, "yeah shes like that to her sister too."

Oakfeather smiled, flicking his ears. "Maybe some cats know where a secluded, abandoned fox hole is, where no other cat will find them."

Sablepaw smirked. "you'd think she'd find a mate, and have kits of her own," she said, feeling a little awkward saying this. She, too, had a weird longing for kits of her own, but that was probably because she'd never had a real family; her parents had left the forest long ago. 

Feralwind chuckled, "you never know, maybe she already has found a mate." he said with a shrug,

"Oh do they?" Cougarfeather purred, "well maybe some other cats would like to be shown this fox hole."

Sablepaw listened as her mentor and Oakfeather left the camp, leaving her and Feralwind alone in the darkness. "I think she might have done just that," she purred.

"no," she said quietly, "I'm not usually tired at night. I'm more of a nap-during-the-day cat." She chuckled. "Aren't you tired?"

Feralwind laughed, "A little. he said with a yawn, "I must be getting old, my first apprentice just became a warrior!" he said, glancing over at Wishcomet.

"You're not old," Sablepaw purred. "You're not that much older than I am, you know."

Feralwind shrugged, " oh well."
