((XD now its workin again ironically. did you get the rMail i sent? I got in an argument with faith, cuz i tried to explain that, she knew BEFORE she started dating Dereck that i was into him. and that the feelings arent just going to disappear, but I will lay off enough as long as the two of them are together. but i told her straight up, as soon as hes back on the market, im going after him, whether she likes it or not. then a bunch of harsh words were tossed around XD so i hung up))

"well then don't waste any time." Adderstrike said. He watched her slightly cautious as she got closer.

Moonsong purred louder, "Really! Thats so great Sabletail!" she purred happily.

{ She knew you liked him when she started to date him? o: That's just cold. I had somebody pull that on me; it hurts.

"I try not to," she said, blinking at him. Limefeather sat down in front of him so their noses were only an inch or two away.

"It is. But I'm so worried about so many things." Sabletail explained. "I don't know when I should move into the nursery. I don't want to wait too long, I don't want to go too soon. Plus, I've never really thought about having kits. I'm kinda scared." 

((XD well, its not like Dereck is theonly guy i've had my eyes on, so im bakc and better than ever. I may not be the prettiest, but in my small town, guys want what they can't have, and I'm just that ;D XD JKJK im not like that!!!....i mean too good for the guys XD))

Adderstrike smirked for an instant, "but even as you say you try not, there goes another few seconds." he teased.

"Can you keep a secret?" Moonsong said quietly. SHe knew it wouldnt be fair of her to tell Sabletail she too was expecting kits, but not allowing Wolfstar to tell Oakfeather, but for an instant, she didnt care.

"Of course," Sabletail meowed, curling her tail around her paws as she sat down.

"I wouldn't say it's wasted," limefeather breather, unfazed, as she gazed at him. "Not with you around." 

{ bump. 

We lost all our cats again. xDD }

"well," Moonsong said, sucking in a deep breath, "you not the only one terrified about haveing her kits. I haven't told anyone yet, but I'm expecting kits too. And the thought scares me to death." She said with a soft chuckle.

Adderstrike blinked in suprise, "Limefeather," he began, "I-I'm sorry. About everything. Especially Finchtail." he looked down, "you deserved better than that. You deserve better than me.." he trailed off.

"You're older than me though," she squeaked nervously. "I'm more at risk of something going wrong or something." She frowned, flicking her ears. "Feralwind seemed pleased, but still..."

Limefeather let her tail tip rest on mouth, like she was shushing him. "Don't apologize," she meowed, blinking at him. "There's nothing to apologize for."

Adderstrike turned his head away from Limefeather, "don't act like there isnt, we both know that there is. We both know I screwed up big time." he muttered.

Moonsong rested her tail on Sabletail's shoulders, "your a full grown she-cat. YOu have nothing to worry about, You will be fine okay?" she purred.

"It takes two to argue," Limefeather said confidently. "That makes us even."

"I hope," Sabletail mewed quietly. She blinked a few times, then frowned. "So, what now? Are we supposed to tell Wolfstar when a queen is expecting kits, or what? I'm quite new to this."

Adderstrike chuckled, "just because you refuse to argue, doesn't make us even." he pointed out.

Moonsong laughed, "you expect me to know? Wolfstar is my mate so I had to tell him, but I don't think you should have to tell him, if you dont want to. Its kind of up to you." she said.

Feralwind dropped back a little bit and fell into step beside Sabletail. THe longer he walked, the less his muscles hurt.

"hi there" Dreamsplash purred when Sabletail joined them.

Cougarfeather sat down beside Oakfeather, leaning on him slightly, "don't you just wish the weather would stay like this forever?" she purred.

Windrush lay down beside Lionfur, "hey there beautiful." he purred, "how was patrol?"

Wishcomet purred, "hi there Snakepaw, whats up?" she asked.

Adderstrike chuckled, "well, then let's hope you like me for more than my intelligence." he said with a smile.

 Moonsong lay in a shady patch to try and cool off. Black fur didnt mix well with sunlight, she felt lik she was on fire.

"Hey there," Sabletail purred, tail curling with happiness. She smiled at Feralwind. "Feeling better?" she asked him.

"Yeah," Oakfeather purred. "There's no finer weather." He purred, rubbing his head against her affectionately.

Lionfur chuckled, pressing against him. "Patrol was okay; I had a nice conversation with Wishcomet." She sighed, closing her eyes in contentment. "I think I'm just starting to fit in here."

"I can't find my mentor. I think Adderstrike may have run off again to wherever it is he goes." Snakepaw meowed. "Wanna go out hunting with me?"

Limefeather rolled her eyes, then stared at him for a moment. "Has anyone ever told you how handsome you look when you smile?" she said, purring. "Maybe you should smile more often."

Poppypaw devoured her rabbit, then glanced at Moonsong. "Maybe you should go in the warrior den," she said, voice raspy from not being used. "It must be cooler in there." 

Moonsong twitched her ears in suprise from hearing Poppypaw's voice, "thats actually a good idea." she purred, "thanks Poppypaw." she said, rising to her feet, "would you like to join me and talk a little bit?" she asked.

Adderstrike laughed, "no, I don't believe anyone has, and I will not make myself smile more, it's wierd." he said.

__

Wishcomet chucked, "sure, lets go, we might even find Adderstike while we are hunting." she purred.

__

Windrush laughed, "you've always fit in here, from the day Moonsong brought you back with her." he said.

__

"A little." Feralwind said, "the more I walk the better it gets."

Cougarfeather yawned and gave him a sleepy smile, "the only bad part is it makes me sleepy." she said.

Once Moonsong had made it to her nest in the warriors den, she lay down with a contented sigh, "what did Birdfall look like?" she asked abruptly, closing her sightless violet eyes, "I can't remember.

"I know." Adderstrike purred, "and thats why smiling is wierd for me." he pointed out.

__

"well then lets do some exploring of our own." Wishcomet purred, bounding out of camp.

__

Windrush shrugged, "Moonsong and Cougarfeather accepted out when you helped with the first fox attack. Then Oakfeather with the second one. And I accepted you the moment you walked into camp, as did Wolfstar." he purred.

__

Feralwind felt his face grow warm, then he glanced up at Dreamsplash, "are we heading back to camp soon?" he asked.

Dreamsplash shrugged, "I have some herbs to go gather, you two can head back whenever Feralwind decides hes had enough." she said, padding though the undergrowth toward where she gathered burdoc root.

COugarfeather raised one eyebrow as she looked at him, "don't tempt me." she said.

Moonsong nodded her head, she knew Poppypaw rembmered exactly what Birdfall looked like, but didnt press the matter, "I was one of the cats that fought the dogs, and one of my biggest regrets was I didnt get there fast enough. I stopped to get some help, and if I hadent, I could have saved him." she said, her voice starting to flood with emotion, "I feel like its my fault he died." she said.

Adderstrike rolled his eyes, "go on patrol, hunt, train, do it all over again, when are we supposed to have fun?" he asked.

__

Windrush thought for a moment, "the first thing I thought was, 'Why is a rouge wearing a collar' I think." he said.

__

Wishcomet shrugged, "wherever we feel like." she purred.

__

Feralwind looked over at Sabletail, "so where do you want to go?" he asked.

__

Cougarfeather nudged him wtih her shoulder, "hey! I'm your deputy! aarent you supposed to be nice to me?" she asked.

"Can we stop talking about this?" Poppypaw said roughly, standing back up. She was starting to get a pounding headache. "I really, really don't want to discuss this."

"Depends what you mean by fun," Limefeather teased.

"That's it?" Lionfur teased, rolling her eyes. "Wow. How elaborate your thinking is!" She snuggled closer to him. "I know what my first thought of you was."

"I heard there's a place not far from here with a big red twoleg nest," Snakepaw purred. "With big, black and white animals. I think their caled cows."

"Up to you," Sabletail meowed, smiling. "I don't really care."

~

"I am being nice," Oakfeather said, wearing a look of false innocence. He laughed. 

Cougarfeather rolled her eyes, "uh huh. sure."

__

Wishcomet smiled brightly, "I heard they are bigger than the twolegs." she said with a daring look in her eyes.

__

Windrush chuckled softly, "and what was that?" he asked.

__

Adderstrike rolled his eyes, "you are one stange little she-cat." he said, shaking his head.

__

Moonsong sighed, "I just wanted you to know how sorry I am, and to tell you that he would want you to get better, and not be miserable your whole life. Nobody would wish that on anyone else."

__

Feralwind laughed, "well, it it were up to me, we would head back to camp and I would go to sleep." he said.
