Whisper glares at Treaty all the way to camp. As they brush through the undergrowth, she begins to relax a little. She takes a deep breath, and when Treaty catches her eye, she tries her hardest to look welcoming.
Treaty looks at Whisper. She stares with no interest in her at all. Then she stares quietly in front of her. She is mostly silent. She then looks at her again. Her eyes are now apoligizing. " I'm sorry. We started off bad. I was just being stupid..." She mumbles, now look at her paws.
Wolf listens to Treaty and Whisper talk to each other quietly. He jumps up onto a boulder and settles down in the sun. He listens to the birds sing and the rustles of prey in the bushes.
Treaty is now looking at wolf laying on the boulder. His fur is shiny, and so is whisper's, but hers is filthy. " I'll be right back... " She says. She heads down to the river to clean her pelt and look as clean as the pack wolves.
Whisper watches Treaty leave, and pads over to Wolf. "Is this the right choice?" She asks him. Wolf looks deep into Whisper's eyes, and sighs, "I don't know." Whisper lies down beside him, and together they wait for Treaty.
Treaty finishes bathing and walks back to the wolves. " Im back! Lets go! " She says cheerfully. She stares at the two wolves... they look like they are not sure of something.
