Far in the future, the church has taken over. The church has become corrupted to the point where it believes that any species that is classified as 'supernatural' is to be killed- sent to hell. This all started a few months after the rise of the vampires. The creatures came out of hiding- the majority of them being hostile, and killed many, many humans and lots of livestock.
The humans got tired of their own kind being mindlessly slaughtered, so they went to the church- which had taken over, but not yet began training Sla[injection]yers.
So, the church took volunteers for a while, and came up with tactics to stop the vampires. However, due to the time of crisis, the world was unable to advance- the technology and architecture was stagnant.
And, as the vampires were killed, and their population decreased, the humans slowly began to take control back. But now, the vampires are rising again, and the church was running low on volunteers.
So they took children from orphanages and trained them to stay in tip-top shape, and to be ruthless killers, only valuing the human race. They are virtually brainwashed. Human societies are now fenced in, and the churches virtually run the cities. However, there are villages in remote areas that are self-sustaining, and have plenty of people with guns, ready to defend their homes.

My character-
Name: Rosselyn "Ross" Storm Age: Seventeen, nearing eighteen. Gender: Female Personality: She's quiet at first, but she is quite fiery, really. As stubborn as an ox, she's not easily swayed. She has a tendency to brush things off, but she's really quite sensitive. She's terrified of thunder storms, and will start shaking when one occurs. She hates seeming weak, because she isn't, but she has moments where she can't do anything, and those frustrate her. She doesn't cry often, but when she does, it's very serious. Either that, or all of those years of violence finally got to her. She often almost cries, but she holds it back with a single choked sob. Appearance: Standing at a rather short 5'1", Rosselyn is often picked on for being short. However, people soon learn that she is not to be messed with. Her hair- along with her eyebrows and eyelashes- is a snowy white color, given that she's an albino. Also, given that she's an albino, her eyes are a dark crimson color that would remind one of blood. Her skin is creamy pale, also due to her albinism, and a tendency to avoid the sun, due to it scorching her skin. Her hair is long and wavy, traveling down to her mid-back. She has an athletic build, due to ruthless training as a Slayer. History: She was taken from an orphanage at age 6, and trained to kill vampires ever since. Other: Nope.

Name; Allioe Vastlat Age: 19 [true age, atleast 216 years old] Gender: Male Personality: Allioe likes to go by the nick name Death, he has earned it by many other vampires, by killing his own kind. He's a buz kill and a show off. He's always hated everything eles but himself, and girls. He's never really had a true girlfriend over his years of undead, he'll only trust a girl when they've been to gather for son long, or when he really likes her. He has random silent moments a lot, but can be a talker. He quiet the protector, he can put up a fight any day, any time, any where, or, that's what he always says... He's never gotten so close to anyone that they'd know all his secrets, or even dare to know he's a vampire. He's only held conservations with other vampire's or with human beings, before he killed them... Appearince: He's a tall slim figure, with blue eyes and a white mix of blond hair. Rosselyn disliked the sun, like the majority of the vampire population. Though they'd become immune to the sunlight, the majority of them still hated the sun.
She had waited all day to go out on a hunt for a vampire, and she knew that she had to be attractive- it was said among the human community that vampires believed that more beautiful people had more appetizing blood. She wasn't sure if it was true or not, seeing as how she'd never held a stable conversation with a vampire. The majority of her words towards those of the vampiric race involved threats, battle cries, and/or cries of pain.
She'd never been bit, though, luckily. She'd met lots of people who had been bitten, but not changed. But they said that it wasn't a good experience while you were hunting. But then there were those who purposefully got bitten by vampires, claiming that it gave them a sort of 'high' or some sick crap like that.
Ross didn't know which side to believe, but she knew that she wasn't going to go and search for someone to bite her. No.
Now that the sun was down, and the moon had come out to play, it was Rosselyn's time to hunt.
Her garb consisted of a fitted v-neck shirt that left her neck fully exposed, her hair down, so that her smell could drift easier, and short shorts that showed off a lot of skin. The more skin that was showing, the stronger a smell that a human put off. She'd heard that from a certain male vampire she'd killed long ago. He'd had the guts to try and rush her even when she exposed her weapons- a pair of red-metal pistols that had a very sensitive trigger.
Needless to say, he'd died rather quickly.
After smoothing down her shirt, Rosselyn tried to ignore the semi-humid air, and pranced around the streets, her weapons skillfully hidden. She merely looked like an innocent girl. And she was very easy to spot in the night, with her porcelain skin, and her white hair. Along with her piercing red eyes.

OoC:// Sorry I haven't posted, I've been doing a few other things. BIC:// Allioe roamed through the street's, in look for a good meal. After feasting on a full grown Doberman, he was in search for something slightly bigger, a human. He roamed the streets searching, but all he could find were the dead corps of left over animals and humans. As soon as he finally smelled the air, he smelt something out of the usual, a live human. Usually their wouldn't be any here, they'd all be dead, but this one seemed alive. He then followed the sent and found a beautiful young girl. He smirked and walked up behind her. "Hello their." he whispered in her ear.

Rosselyn was a trained vampire hunter, her ears straining to hear the footsteps of the very monsters she hunted. She wasn't expecting one to sneak up on her.
Her white hair flung out behind her, likely hitting the person's face who had whispered in her ear. There was no doubt that this was a vamp. She had every intention to grab her knife, or gun, or any weapon she had hidden on her body, and kill her pursuer. But instead, she decided to wait to see a moment of weakness in the predator.
She faked a blush. She needed to play along with his little game, make him think she was no threat. She looked like an innocent little angel, with her white hair- save her red eyes. Those were a bit too creepy for an angel, though they still were large and innocent-looking.
"H-hi." Her voice was quiet, and she hoped he wouldn't see through her facade of innocence.
"I... I was just looking around to try and find my dog. Have you seen him?"

He smiled and shrugged. "What type of dog was he?" He slurred his words, acting a bit like a drunken man. He crossed his arms and raised an eye brow, waiting for her reply. He rubbed his arm and reached out to put a hand on her shoulder, and decided not too, in case she was a little hunter, like most of them he had killed about a week earlier.. "If the dog was a male doberman, I can show you where he wa-is." he slurred again, and hesatate the last words, is. He was hiding the fact, he had possibly killed her dog, but he had no care for it, after all, a vampire has to eat. "Are you going to any certain place? Do you have any where to stay? If not, I can let you stay at my house?" he questioned, planning his little attack in his mind, if she'd reply yes to his offer.

So it seemed that the vampire in fact had seen a dog. Of course, she wasn't sure at this point even if the man was a vampire. He was acting awful funny now. Either he was really drunk, or pretending to be drunk. Which one he was, she wasn't sure.
And then he asked her if she had a place to stay.
That raised her suspicions about him being a vampire, but she wasn't really sure. The deal hadn't been sealed yet.
One of the rules of being a Slayer was that you had to make sure that your target was a vampire, seeing as how many humans had been killed by Slayers for the people thought they were vampires.
"My dog wasn't a doberman, but I don't have a place to stay. With all of the vampires running around, I knew it wouldn't be smart to go out at night, but I had to find my dog..." She was worthy of a grammy award for best actress.

It's be better that way, so you wouldn't get yourself hurt, nor would these vampire's." he slurred and decided to rest his hand on her shoulder. "Come on." he said and began to walk off, not waiting for the reply. He crossed his arms again and looked back at her, making sure she was okay. "Are you comin'? Or are you gonna stay just to be a feast for the o-vampires?" he slurred. His eyes glanced around, and he sensed more vampires were coming. "We have to get out of here, and quick." he slurred and ran too her and grabbed her wrist and began to jog to his apartment.

Rosselyn wasn't surprised as he offered her his place to stay at. She wouldn't mind watching over him for a night, seeing as how she currently thought he was human. And perhaps he would help the church out later on. The church had a way of sort of blackmailing people in order to get what they wanted.
If only they knew how pure the church once was, many years ago.
Rosselyn wasn't a grabby person, so, as she felt her hand being seized, she fought the urge to grab the knife hidden well in her pocket and slice at him- human or not. It was not that she didn't enjoy physical contact. It was that she was not used to it. And this man was quite the touchy-feely type.
She easily kept his pace as he ran, playing along with him, and hoping that he would soon calm down. The number of humans was low, and this man was drunk- not a good thing for a human to be in a vampire-infested world.

He stumbled the rest of the way, finally too his apartment.. He took his key's from his back pocket and shoved one into the door and twisted it around. He unlocked it and shoved open the door. "H-Home swee-sweet home.." he chuckled and walked in and fell onto the couch. He wasn't the best actor, but he could certanily fool people.. "Want anything to drink?" He asked, glad he gotten her out before any other's of his kind could get the fingers on her..

Rosselyn probably would've made it faster to his apartment if she ran alone, seeing as how this man was stumbling, but she didn't want to leave him behind. If he was a human, which by this point, she was almost fully sure that he was, she didn't want him to get killed out there alone.
As he collapsed onto the couch, she stayed as close to the doorway as possible, still being cautious- it was in her nature not to let her guard down.
Or accept food or drink from strangers.
"No thankyou." She answered simply to his question about something to drink. "Do you want something to drink? In your..." She put it lightly. "In your current state I doubt you would be able to make your way to the kitchen without tripping. If you tell me where the kitchen is, I'll get something for you if you want it."

"NO.... No, I'm- I'm uh.... I'm fine....." He slurred and stood up. "Are you sure you don't want anything?" He asked 'I have some water.. I don't ever drink it though..." He chuckled. He rested a hand on the wall and kicked his foot around. "You look tired, you should get some rest, I'll guard the place..." he slurred as his eyes shifted around, looking around the room. It was a neat little place he had.. It wasn't a dump like every other place in the whole city.... He was a bit worried she'd know what h was by him just asking that question... Mabey it was time for him to shut up.
