OOC: *Is too impatient for Shaste* Kate: OMG, I don't want to be so 'impossible things happen' so I don't know if she should go to the beach. No normal person would, but how else would they talk to eachother on the last day? So, if you think it's 'too much' ignore that part in my post, and let me know :D I'll make her get a job for part of her grounding instead xD Maybe at..a cafe... *Hint Hint* OMG <3 Page four! :D BIC: Waking up to the sun's rays shining in through her bedroom window- even though it was snowing - Nikki unwillingly got up from her sleeping position. Last night was kind of blurry, but she remembered some at the moment. Like, when her parents came in to see her on the ground - and more importantly, not at Jenna's house, like she said she was - they immediately put the facts together. And, quickly grounded her for roughly 3 months. No parties - which she was rarely invited to, and now she realized it was because of Lizzy's embarressment when around her. No friends - which wouldn't be a problem. She planned on talking to Jenna and Lizzy about what happened at the concert, but she didn't have the guts to. No phone, and lastly, she was supposed to take her little brother, Josh, where ever he wanted to go. She guessed that last one was so that her parents had more free time, and she had less. Still a bit groggy from her sleep, she got out of bed, and walked out of her bedroom, heading downstairs for breakfast. As she was walking out, she realized she was still wearing Sidney's jacket. Then she remembered how when her parents left after grounding her, she cried - from guilt. Not having a temper tantrum about the grounding. - in the jacket before falling to sleep. Something about the scent comforted her last night. She smirked when she realized it was because it was Sidney's. She shrugged it off, and set it on her desk chair, then went downstairs. As she walked into the kitchen, her mother was making Nikki's and Josh's favorite. Scrambled eggs and bacon. Her mother smiled at her, and that's when she knew that all was forgiven. How could it not, with a mother like hers? Josh ran in to the kitchen right after Nikki and slammed into her, without apologizing. "Hey!" Nikki grumbled angrily while walking to her usual seat to eat and rubbing the spot on her arm that he ran in to. "Watch where you going then." He said while sticking his tongue out. Before Nikki could respond in the same immature manner, their mother glared at the two while giving them plates. "Stop bugging eachother and apologize, now." There was no need for her to yell. Her firm voice was much more frightening. "Sorry..." The siblings grumbled before eating. ~ After breakfast, Nikki quickly ran back into her room, like she was supposed to. She felt as though she deserved the punishment. The guilt that was killing her the whole time during the concert said it all. When she closed her door, she quickly picked up Sidney's jacket and smiled at the thoughts of last night while sitting on her bed. That's when Josh came in. "So, mom said you get to take me anywhere I want." He said, while barging in to her room without knocking. "Yeah, so what? And, you should really learn to knock. What if I was getting dressed?" She asked, trying to act nonchalant while hiding the jacket. She didn't need him telling mom the details about last night. Josh ignored his sister, and said, "Well, I have somewhere I want to be now. A couple of my friends are going to the beach and we-" Nikki interrupted. "The beach?! While it's snowing? Are you crazy!" Josh didn't seem fazed. "No. But, I do want to go. And your taking me." And with that, Josh left the room. Leaving her with her jacket and her jaw that was half way near the ground from shock by now.

((The beach works <3 I was kinda waiting for Shaste, but I can't resist.)) Storm skillfully snapped a shot of the narrow slit of a sun poking its way through the thinning clouds. He took a photo of the waves, the sand dunes (More like snow dunes, at this point), the endless stretch whitened sand, and whatever else appealed to him. But then he got to thinking. Why not do something snow- related? He wouldn't likely get another chance to play in the white stuff, not for a long time, anywho. He'd always wanted to build an igloo, after all, and a snowman seemed a fun activity as well. So he was going to do just that. Camera warming itself in a pocket, the boy glared about the empty zone. He couldn't build his frosty home in the classic way, by shaping the square blocks and stacking them, not without a mold anyway. So he decided he'd create a mound of snow, pack it down tight, and dig the insides out. Piling up the snow took quite some time, and it was a wonder he'd found an old metal bowl to scoop the frozen substance with. Gloved hands pushed gently on the impressive mountain of frost, adding strength and stability. And with his metal dish, Sid scooped away at the insides of his make- shift igloo, leaving a wide- open interior and slim door. It actually turned out well, enough space for approximately four people to fit inside. The singer excitedly crawled inside, testing out the space for a few minutes. It was chilly, obviously, but at least in here the wind couldn't find you. And now, he needed a snowman to sit beside his winter home. He rolled three oversized snowballs, stacking them in size order. Instead of your typical plump build, he slimmed the segments down to resemble himself. It was even his near exact height. Now he needed hair, and a face. After much searching, Storm managed to scrounge up a handful of dark peebles, a few damp sticks, and a clump of pine needles, which had blackened in the harsh weather. He also salvaged a large band of black material, which was torn and tattered. He brought this all back to his snow friend, thinking over how he'd decorate him. He ended up using the pebbles for the facial features, artistically lining the pine needles up for hair, which he styled similar to his own. The black material was wrapped around the body to resemble clothing, the sticks used as arms. The singer took a step back, surveying his work. It was like a twin, only made of winter magic. Satisfied, Sid eascaped the brutal weather into his new home, his snow twin sadly unable to come with. Instead, he guarded the entrance, big dark eyes staring forward, pine needle hair swaying in the dying gusts.

OOC: Haha! Shaste come quick! D: -And don't forget our other rp, Shaste...My heart stopped beating when I saw it at the end of the second pg!- *Dies* BIC: "Let's go Nikki, Richard is waiting at the beach already!" With a irritable sigh, Nikki grabbed her coat - she would have grabbed Sidney's, but she didn't want to risk anyone asking where she got it, or anyone remembering seeing Sidney wear it. She didn't want to handle those types of questions. - and buttoned it to the top, with numerous amounts of layers underneath. She didn't feel like freezing to death like she almost did last night. "Alright, I'm coming..." She grumbled before putting her boots on and grabbing her keys. She chose not to wear a hat. The breeze always felt good when your hair was flying with it - at least, that was her opinion. But, just in case, she brought ear muffs, put them in her pocket, and then ran out to the car where the impatient Josh was waiting. "You should have wore more layers, your going to freeze." She said in a motherly tone, before starting the car and going off to the beach. Josh rolled his eyes, and said, "Your not my mom, Nikki." Nikki chose not to respond. She had to be the mature one, right? Sadly, that was the truth. ~ When they got to the beach, Josh jumped out of the car before it was even at a full stop. Nikki secretly hoped that he would fall down for being so stupid, but unfortunately he landed gracefully, and was just fine. After pulling the keys out of the ignition, Nikki also got out of the car, and locked it before walking to the boys who were already half way to the beach. "Be careful!" She screamed for them to hear as she reached the beach while jogging to catch up. But she guessed they didn't hear - or just didn't feel like responding. With her signature irritable sigh, she walked over to Josh when she caught up to them, and put the ear muffs that were in her pocket over his ears. She didn't need to get him sick. She ignored his eyes that were rolling a lot lately, and sat down on the snow, keeping a close eye on them. For a while, she just sat, doing nothing except watching the boys have a snowball fight, enjoying the breeze tingling her skin and flowing through her vibrant red hair, when she noticed not too far away, a snowman. It looked as though who ever made it, made the snowman the gaurd of a farely good igloo. Thinking no one was in it, she got up from where she had been sitting, and walked toward it. Suddenly realizing someone could still be inside, she walked back to where she was sitting, and acted as though she never got up. The last thing she needed was to meet someone new. She wasn't the best at it. Soon, the boys noticed where Nikki was looking - mostly Richard, who had a insane crush on her - and chose to go see for the themselves the inside. She realized that when she heard Richard say "Cmon, let's check it out!" She watched as they ran too it, all wide eyed at who ever it was they saw inside the igloo. "I know you from somwhere..." Josh thought for a moment while looking at Sidney. "Oh yeah! My sister, Nikki, has a poster of you! I don't understand why she stares at it all the time... She saw your concert yesterday, but I doubt you remember her." He said the last part in a disgusted type voice. Sadly, Nikki couldn't hear what was going on, and just in case it was some freak homeless person in there, she got up to check it out. She walked over to the boys, and went on her knees to see who was inside. Her rubyish eyes widened and her face - though, the weather was cold - rose some degrees.
"Shouldn't you be with the band? Getting ready to leave?" She asked, not in a rude way though. She tried her best to hide her shock. Josh's eyebrows furrowed, not understanding why she was so forward, as if they've talked before.

((See you later, Shaste <3)) Storm could hear the commotion outside, though whatever it was didn't interest him. He simply sighed, yearning for a divinely- sweet latte. Especially in this weather. How wonderful it would feel to sip the cream off the top of the warm beverage whilst huddled in the shelter of his frigid foretress. It may not be important, but there was a story behind his love for lattes. Sid seemed to bask in the memory of his very first sip of his very favorite treat. Seeing his parents drink their black coffee as a child, he always assumed it tasted even more heavenly than the ginger snap cookies eaten first- thing on Christmas, which was a tradition in their family. He snuck a cup of the oily black liquid one morning, hastily slurping it down. And about as fast as it was in his mouth, it was on the floor. Thank goodness he'd the time to clean it up before caught, swearing himself off the stuff for life. He was about twelve when his mother offered him a vanilla latte, having dragged him along to her favorite cafe. Knowing it contained coffee, he was very reluctant to reply with an unenthusiastic 'Alright'. This was debatably the best choice he'd ever made, for it only took one sip to declare the steaming beverage the best thing he'd ever tasted. Next to Christmas ginger snaps, of course. (This is what I do as filler, I make up little past stories that interest only me, and can be a bother to read XD) Oh wait! Speaking of Christmas and whatnot, today was Christmas Eve, wasn't it? He'd need to find some ginger snaps to share with the band tomorrow... This was about when Sid's train of though crashed, a pair of younger boys inruding on his home. That darn guard snowman wasn't doing so good with his job. He wasn't suprised by the fact that one of the two had recognized him. But the name 'Nikki' did suprise him. He grinned secretly, despite the fact that the boy seemed somewhat angry with him for whatever reason. He did indeed remember her, quite fondly. And what luck! Not several moments later and the bold- haired girl herself made an appearance. His magenta- enhanced eyes showing a welcoming gaze, he seemed to consider her questions. "The bus could easily get stuck with the snow so deep on the road. And the plows seemed to be extinct, so the manager told us there'd be a delay. Its nice to have a break, though."

OOC: *Dies* Awh, Shaste </3 And, I'll check it out! <3 Kate: Omg, I've noticed that. But, that's a good thing <3 BIC: Throughout the conversation, Josh was trying to think how it was possible that they could be so friendly. He expected his sister to at least scream, or ask for an autograph or...Something. He knew, even though her face was red from the cold, that she was blushing. He always saw that look in her eyes, when she watched Storm on the t.v. or stared at the picture on her wall. He always thought that she was a stalker. Nikki smiled and absentmindedly rubbed her hands. She was wearing gloves but they weren't doing their job at warming her. "I bet it is." She said at his last comment. After a moment, Josh said, "Alright. Well...Why don't we get back to our snowball fight?" while walking back to where they were, acting as though no famous singer was around. All his other friends came, except for Richard, who was glaring at Storm. Then ran off with the rest off with the other boys, and asked loudly enough for Sidney and herself to hear, "Shouldn't we be watching them? Isn't she like...all in love with him or something?" Oh dumb stupid Richard! She thought to herself, while feeling her face warm up. Embarressedly, she started getting up while saying, "Well I'll leave you alone now..." Before gladly walking back to where she was sitting. I'm going to kill that Richard before todays over with... She thought, with a glare down Richards way. He smiled, knowing he did his job to get the two away from each other, and satisfyingly went back to the game with the other boys.

((Sorry, I was busy at my dad's house.)) Storm was content with his new friend nearby. But her younger company seemed at bit on the annoying side. Not that he'd say that out loud. It made the singer feel relieved when they all scattered, off to their little games and whatnot. His attention turned to Nikki for a split second before Richard's comment hit his ears, though it didn't much bring suprise to Sid. A lot of girls became infatuated by him, after all, and it was typically just a phase. What did make him a bit uncomfortable was the segment about keeping watch over the pair. What did those boys expect them to do in there? Even the smallest of actions could ruin his reputation if word spread, and he wasn't about to let that happen. Not like he'd try anything to begin with. Storm's heart sank a level when she walked off red- faced, though the singer had assumed it was due to the bitter weather. He was leaving tomorrow. Probably for good, and he couldn't just spend his last day alone. Not to mention the coming day was Christmas, and it was a time for togetherness and giving. So he decided to submerge himself in the frosty breeze, exiting the tranquil air of his igloo. Confidently he approached Nikki, sporting a broad and welcoming grin. He glared about for an activity for the two of them to partake in, though the beach was pretty much an empty wasteland this time of the year. And by the looks of it, she was basically here to baby sit these boys, who looked as if they were hardly teenagers. This meant that they most likely couldn't go anywhere else. He just didn't see anything interesting, even after peering about for a few minutes. He thought she might have something in mind. Finally, he uttered the sentence; "So, did you want to do something before I have to leave?"

OOC: Sorry about this majorly fail post. I wasn't even thinking about Nikki's personality as I wrote it haha. I just came back from a base ball game and I am SOOOO tired D: Like, I'm falling asleep writing this. BIC: Nikki couldn't even explain how surprised she was to see Sidney come beside her. What was a famous singer - tugging heart strings of every girl around - doing with a girl like her? Once she found the guts, she just might ask him what was the catch to all this. She still guessed it was just for the publicity. Trying to suppress the grin spreading on her face as well, she thoughtfully said, "Hm..." She stared at her brother and his stupid friends. She was still having hate thoughts about Richard. Funeral maybe some time in January? She thought to herself in a chuckle she tried to hide. Then said, "What was this 'something' you had in mind?" She asked, before pointed to the boys lazily. "I have to watch them though..." She rolled her eyes, and looked back at him with a grin again. "Its kind of your fault. I'm grounded because I lied to my parents about going to your concert last night. They thought I was at my friends house. I accidently woke them up though, after you left my house, when I tripped over the ladder I used to climb through my window..." She laughed at herself quietly, at how horrible she played the trick off. She wasn't feeling embarressed at telling him something a bit more personal. He told her his real name, which any interviewer would kill to hear. Why not tell him something?

((It's alright, your post is as good as ever <3 You play baseball? Or were you watching it?)) What was the 'something' he had in mind? Well, going to grab a latte was out. As was going to buy some bakery- fresh ginger snaps. Mm... Ginger snaps. Sidney licked his bottom lip with the thought. But his attention was drawn back when she'd stated it was partially his fault. She'd used a ladder to sneak into her house? After she lied to her parents? This proved she was definitely and undeniably a true fan of his, which made him overjoyed. But the fact that her parents didn't seem to approve of her seeing his concert made the sensitive singer a bit upset. A lot of parents had that prejudice side, though. Did they actually think that he was the bad boy type? If any member of the band fit that stereotype it was probably Skunk, and that was a stretch. Pushing that aside, he shifted his glare to a frosted- over pond, just large enough to pass as a vacation destination for ducks in the warmer season. Without a word, he paced up to the edge of the iced water, tapping a boot to it. Several more taps that transformed into stomps, and he deemed it safe, shakily settling his entire weight on it. It was rather freightening, as the honest Storm would admit. But once he was on the jitters wore off, the boy proud of himself for actually taking a risk. Not the best skater, he started off gliding clumsily about, stumbling and tumbling over his own feet. He practiced in the time he waited for Nikki to realize where he'd gone, managing to utilize the hardened rubber sole of his boot for balance and turning. It was hard to ice skate without the proper footwear, but it was fun nonetheless. He just hoped Nikki would feel the same.

OOC: LOL, no, I watched it :D But base ball is fun to play during gym... :D And, omg this is cuuuuuuute <3 BIC: Without hearing a word from him, he walked away. She didn't even have enough guts to ask where he was going. Why didn't he respond to her? Did she say something offensive? She rolled her eyes, and waited a couple moments to see if he would pop back out again. But that never happened. Finally, she got up from her position and started walking toward the direction that he disappeared too. "Sidney?" She asked, but didn't need him to answer. She smiled at seeing him not to far, and ran down the the pond, but hesitated putting her foot on the ice. "Is the ice thick enough?" She asked, taking her foot away and backing up one step so she wouldn't slip. It was holding Sidney perfectly of course, but for how long? And, who said it wouldn't crack open the second another body weighed down on the ice? "I guess we can try..." She mumbled to herself before walking forward and putting both feet - very carefully - on the ice. The second she did, the ice became to slippery and she fell back. Interestingly enough, she wasn't embarressed that Sidney saw. Instead, she found herself laughing at herself not an ounce of shame.

((I dislike sports. I'm really bad at physical activities. Hm... Mediacom needs to fix their commercials. The words don't match the actor's mouth XD Oh, yeah, and did you mean to send me Tu? If so, what for? And thanks <3)) Sidney made his smile no secret when Nikki decided to join him on the ice. He thought she might back out at first, as tentative as she seemed. But he too had been hesitant, which wasn't a bad thing. Just pointed out that they were cautious people. His eyes reflected of concern when his friend fell down. When he saw she was alright, though, his ex pression seemed to lighten, and he couldn't resist a soft chuckle. Even still, he had to help her up. It was the right thing to do, after all. Smoothly, he slid over to the fallen girl, placing his gloved hand on her own and giving a slight lift. He had to try hard to maintain his own balance, being a bit short of graceful on slippery surfaces. But the small amount of practice on ice had allowed him to develop a decent technique of manuevering. Still clasping her hand, Storm led Nikki in a slow circle around the perimeter of the pond. He let go when he'd assumed she'd gotten the hang of it, his mind drifting to the thought of Christmas. He'd bought presents for the band, and now was considering a gift for his new friend. Of course, he'd be leaving early tomorrow, so he'd have to find a way to give her the present before they departed. Not wanting to seem overly reserved, his magenta- tinted eyes met a pair of crimson ones. "You have any plans for Christmas?" He considered the chance that she celebrated a different holiday.

OOC: What's Mediacom? o__o And, I'm not the best with sports either. But, I find it fun anyway :D I always give TU to people. Sorry for the randomness D: haha. BIC: While finding her composure from laughing at herself, she willingly took his hand to gently lift her up. Her mind blanked on who he really was for a moment. Right now, all she saw was a new friend. A really cute one, at that. She was a bit frightened at first, when he let go of her hand, but she got the hang of it none the less. After finally gliding around gracefully with him, she got the chance to enjoy the scene. Nikki was just now realizing how beautiful it all was. The snow lay where the sand used to be, looking like crystals as the suns rays glared down at them to make them shimmer. Even the pond was perfectly smooth, no trace of lines from any ice skater who decided to skate around. That wasn't what made the scene beautiful though. What made it beautiful was the guy who didn't even seem like a famous person at times. The guy who seemed just as normal as her. The guy that she stared at for long moments each day on her wall. The guy that got her to do stupid things - without even trying - like skating on ice that could break at any moment. The guy that made her forget she was babysitting. (omg, cheesayyyy meee <3) She slowed down so she wouldn't lose concentration of her skating as she looked up at Sidney. "Actually yes. My parents are thinking about maybe visiting my family in Australia. Were still not sure about it, with the money were lacking and all, but I hope we find a way. We haven't visited since the summer..." She shrugged, as she started quickening her feet on the ice. The thought about Australia didn't make her upset, missing all her family. It actually made her more excited to get down there. She loved the beach, their beach house, the surfing. She smirked at the memories, before looking up at him and asking, "Do you have any plans of your own? Or...Do you just go on with the tour?" How horrible that must be, to go on with a tour during Christmas... She thought to herself.

((Mediacom is a Tv/ Internet provider here on the east coast of the U.S where I live. And no, it's ok ^.^ I enjoy little gifts like that <3)) The gusts that drifted off the ocean were oh so chilling, and yet gentle and refreshing. When Sidney blinked, he nearly saw the Hawaiian coasts on the back of his eyelids. Oh the memories! The fresh coconuts and their light contents of 'milk', the lax surfers looking for that perfect wave, and the gorgeous Hula Dancers with their long grass skirts caught in the pacific breeze. He had nothing to go back to, though. If he were to return home there'd be room for only disappointment, and the thought of what once was. The old memories of sadness, and the white walls of the hospital where his parents took their last breaths could be faintly seen in the singer's troubled eyes. Glancing to Nikki relieved the pain, though. Or at least pushed it away for the time being. He forced a smile, listening to her plans on visiting Australia. Maybe the band would tour there someday. Too bad Storm was afraid of kangaroos and sharks. In fact, he was afraid of almost all ocean creatures. "So you're from Australia? Well, I hope you get to visit your family." At that moment, Storm thought her to be a very lucky person. Yes, he himself was famous and rather wealthy. But he'd give it all to have a family still in tact. The band was pretty much all he had. Quite a colorful bunch of characters they were, and he'd come to love each of them despite their quirks. But it just wasn't the same as a real family. "Plans? That's a good one... The band and I will all be cooped up on the tour bus for the entire day. Of course, I'll have to make some ginger snaps. And there'll be gifts for everyone." He tried to see the positives.

OOC: Ohh, I think I'm on the East too D: o___o so I should've known that... And, sorry for this fail. I'm horrible at making things happen so I had a random writers block... O___o BIC: Nikki smiled in Sidney's direction, and said, "Yes. I'm from there." For a moment, she pondered on his next sentence. How horrible that must be! While everyone else was enjoying their family, celebrating Christmas, and getting gifts, the band that everyone desired to be like was stuck in a bus. Of course, they had each other, but was that enough for a them? She felt a pang of empathy for the singer she was next too. "You don't do anything ... special for holidays?" She asked, slowing down again. She could hear her brother and his stupid friends still playing. While mentally hoping that they wouldn't want to go home any time soon, she produced a soft laugh. "Ginger snaps? What's that?" Just now realizing she might have been asking to many questions, she waited on his answer without saying any more.

((I assumed you were in some other country or something XD But I'm here in Delaware myself, commonly known as 'Delawhere?' The toursists know exactly 'where', though D; Apparently beaches are a big thing to people who don't live near the ocean. Don't feel bad ^.^ I've got the block myself now. It seems to be contagious.)) Sidney's speed decreased to match his friend's. "When we're not on tour it's a different story. But most of our tours are during the Autumn and Winter, so we typically only catch Easter and Independence Day. We atleast get an amazing fireworks show for that. Thank goodness they're legal where the studio is." He paused, drifting partially into memory. "Flare absolutely loves fireworks, ironically." A grin spread across his pale face, and then he considered an explanation for the next question. "Ginger snaps-" He started "Are like gingerbread men, only not in the fancy shape. They're the best little cookies I've ever tasted, and they really give chocolate chip a run for their money. If we weren't leaving early tomorrow, I'd bring you some." Somber undertones glinted in his flashy eyes. "Speaking of that, it's probably about time I got back home- er- to the bus." Before parting on his own way, however, he loosely encircled Nikki in a hug, holding it for about three seconds before backing off and gliding to the edge of the pond. On the snowy landscape, he turned to wave a heavy- hearted 'Good- Bye', pacing slowly in the direction of the bus. Yes, he wanted to stay for longer. But he had to have commitment to the band. After all, they'd been there for him through everything. Yet still, no girl had ever made him feel anything but claustrophobic. Until now.

OOC: I'm in Marryyy Landdd <3 Hahah. So were sorta kinda close? Hahah :D BIC: "Well, it's good that you at least get to spend some holidays off the tour." She said, looking at the positive side. She still felt more feelings of empathy for him, and was tempted to ask what she could do to at least make his Christmas some-what better, but what could be done? She wasn't good at picking out gifts, anyways. After the explaination on what Ginger Snaps were, Nikki smiled, "I guess I'll have to try them sometime." His next subject made her heart drop to her stomach. "Right, you have to go." She said quietly, as he brought up going back to the bus. Why was she feeling so bad? At least she got to spend this much time with Sidney. Any girl would kill for 2 days of that. But, she wasn't satisfied with just two days. "Bye." She whispered before the two hugged. It was the best hug - and the most dissappointing - hug that she had ever had. And, of course, the most blissful 3 seconds of her life. She returned a lazy wave to him as she watched him walk away, all of a sudden forgetting where she was. And, what she was supposed to be doing. After a couple circles around the pond, while feeling very lonely all of a sudden, she finally remembered she had to watch Josh. But, with her disappointment, she just wanted to go home. "Josh!" She screamed. Feeling all of a sudden angry. She started to run, not realizing she was still on the pond, and fell flat on her face. This time, she didn't laugh. She rolled her eyes with a irritated sigh and got herself up, walking more slowly off the pond and to her brother. She was going to feel the bruising tomarrow from those two falls, she could already feel it. "Josh, Richard, Ian!" She screamed as she started to run again when her feet hit the snow. When she saw them, she motioned them to come over. Their faces were red, and their bodies were covered in snow. They made 5 snowman and used them as an 'army' to help make the snowball fight more fun. "Time to go home. " She said to Josh. She wasn't told to take the other brats home. After much whining and 'Pleeease let Richard come over?', Josh finally got the idea that Nikki wasn't in the mood to deal with it. Out of charactar, she immediately lashed out on him for being so immature and forced him to start walking with her. He did a wave with a confused look on his face for her behavior and started for the car. When they came to the parking lot, Sidney was no where in sight. That was reasonable since she left the pond 5 minutes after he did. "What's wrong with you?" Josh asked before getting in the passenger side of the car. Nikki refused to answer - or say anything, for that matter on the way home.

((My mom's side of the family lives in Maryland, and she was born there. I myself was born in Joiysey, which gives me the right to pronounce it as such. You wouldn't happen to live on the Delmarva Peninsula, would you? Oh, and I noticed you like to change your avatar frequently <3)) The walk back to the bus grueling, the singer struggling to trudge through the foot- and- a- half deep snow. But the thought of parting ways from Nikki caused more pain and agony. Perhaps he was over- reacting, though, as she was just another fan of his, right? Wrong. The only thing that took his mind off of her was the first blast of heat that hit him when he entered the coziness of the tour bus, his bandmates welcoming him back. Dodger had already prepared a steaming pot of chicken noodle, the perfect pre- holiday meal. He called the dish his 'specialty', and he had good reason to. Anyone who had a more divine soup than that of this bassist probably held the ti tle of 'Five- Star Chef'. It was just that good. Everyone was satisfied after the scrumptious meal, Storm and Skunk now settled privately in the back room, nestled on the couch Dodger had claimed for his own. Apparently Skunk had pieced the puzzle together, relating Sid's recent outings to that girl he'd met. "So you really like her, hm?" This particular guitarist could easily make anyone uncomfortable, with his second- nature smirks and dark chuckles. He didn't mean to be that way. It was just who he was. "Not like that, I mean, I don't think it's like that... I just don't know, Skunk. Heh..." Cheeks flushed, he probably seemed more flustered than ever. He wasn't the best at deciphering emotions, his own no exception. "She's just your type-" He started, a sly glint working into his grassy eyes "You know, with the flashy red features and all. You'd make a perfect couple." He winked in an almost eerie way, the way only Skunk could. By this time, a certain singer was as red as a bouquet of crimson roses. He shook his head to deny everything, but matters were made worse when the nosey pair of Flare and Dodger barged in, seeming to have overheard everything. "Oh, how cute! Little Storm is in love." Dodger tilted his head and clasped his hands together, his smile so wide it was near menacing. Flare narrowed his deep chocolate eyes. "How could he get a girl when he dresses like a nanny?" Sid's glare shifted to his brown overcoat, also noticing his woolen scarf. What he said may have been true, but only the overly blunt drummer would have pointed it out. "I think there's a misunderstanding..." He knew any attempts to calm the members would be futile, but it was worth a try. "Oh, hush!" The blondie put a finger to the singer's lips. "Don't try to suppress your feelings. We all know you've been hit with cupid's arrow." The bassist giggled in an undescribable fashion. "Too bad Valentine's Day is still a couple months away." "Maybe it's not a bad thing." A maroon haired drummer butted in. "Knowing him, he'd come to her doorstep offering a mocha latte and some purple contacts." The two members broke into a cackle. Skunk finally came to Sidney's defense, as any big brother figure should. "Leave him alone guys, he's had enough." Ferocious emerald eyes were enough to scare the unwelcomed pair off. His gaze softened as he returned his attention to the singer. "If you ever need someone to talk to, I'm here." A friendly grin was exchanged.
I\'m back.
