Arilyn was speechless. Having been friends with Vixen since being accepted into the herd, Arilyn valued the other mare’s words. But to hear such confidence and encouragement in Vixen’s words, she couldn’t think of anything but absolute trust. “I would follow you, if the circumstances were different,” Arilyn nickered kindly. She wasn’t about to let Flame slip away from her. Arilyn was determined to get his attention, and show him how to trust in others. And how to settle down, she thought wickedly. Her amber eyes wide, Alell swung her nose around so fast that it bonked into Echo’s. Her ear still tingled from his whisper, and she didn’t know if that was a good or bad thing. Watch yourself Alell, remember what happened last time. “Don’t get so close!” she shrilled, and punctuated it with a quick nip on Echo’s shoulder. Pouting her lips with her ears pinned back, Alell huffed adorably. OoC: I wonder if FoxWolf will reply? And sorry for the delay. I'm out of school now, so I will have a bit more time to Rp. =)

OoC: I don't know. Sorry I haven't been active for some time. No computer on weekdays Dx Vixen munched quietly on, her cool grey eyes resting on her friend. She was glad to know Arilyn would probably get the rank, but now, a slight feeling of envy sprang up in her heart. Angry at herself, she shook it off as she lowered her head for more gras.s. "Oof," Echo squeaked as their noses hit. He laughed and softly nipped her back. Echo's raven eyes traveled around him as he waited impatiently for the rogue mustangs to reply. With a start, he recognized the gesture as that of a strange emotion he had never yet felt before, not that way, anyway.

With a small squeal, Alell arched her neck when Echo nipped her. She liked his easy comfort with her, not getting offended whenever she snapped at him. When are they going to respond? she wondered impatiently. OoC: Should I Rmail her? And sorry for the fail post, but there wasn't much I could do.

Kazumi stood over Kaze just incase before bowing her head at him "i am Kazumi and this is Kaze my son we mean no harm to your herd but we need to rest we have been running for days trying to get away from the humans that caught me and my mate but he faught to keep us safe and ended up dieing just to save us" she said looking down sadly thinking about her dead mate. Kaze looked up at his mum and the stallion before wobbily standing up and walking over to flame tilting his head. ((sorry i havent been on much i had to do my college work))

Alell snorted as she stamped her right fore hoof. Lifting the sock covered hoof again, she stretched it forward to rid the stiffness that had gathered in her muscles. Flaring her nostrils, she caught the faintest hint of human off of Kazumi and Kaze. The little foal was adorable as he wobbled to his hooves. Brave little colt, she thought as he approached Flame. “What do you think,” she asked Echo, nickering softly in his ear. “I think they might bring the humans, but that’s just me.”

OoC: I have to agree. Sparkiey, could you please not post in Capital Lock. It makes it distracting to read, and could you also use punctuation properly. Quotations help other users understand what is dialect compared to thought, or deion. I hope you understand that I am not mad, but merely giving tips that would help everyone in the long run. =) Arilyn paced around the herd nervously. Flame was taking longer than she thought, and, no matter how hard she tried, Arilyn couldn't help but think of bad scenarios. What if the two strangers were bachelors, and they challenged Flame and he lost. Tossing her head, eyes tightly shut; Arilyn knew that this wouldn't happen. Flame is a strong leader, he possess the capable mind for making clear decisions, the youth of his age, and the protective instincts that would make any mare proud. Flicking her tail, Arilyn trotted over to the crest in the hill and looked over the valley. In the distance, she spotted the powerful stance of Flame, two weanlings, who had to be Echo and Alell, and a pair of thin loners, one of which was quite small. A foal? she wondered. “I trust in your choices, Flame.” Arilyn nickered softly to herself. Meanwhile, Alell nibbled on a sliver of gra.ss. Snorting at the flies, she lifted her fiery neck back up to see the foal plopped onto the ground. Tired little boy, she mused. Having run from the wranglers must have worn him out from forelock to hoof. Out of the corner of her amber eyes, Alell peeked at Flame. The tall, strong stallion looked as imp*censored*ive as ever. His earth brown coat glossy with health, Alell didn't know what she would do in his hooves. Flicking her creamy tail back and forth, Alell knew that her patience was wearing thin. Her thin, gangly legs cried to race again, and her heart began to pound at just the thought. With the sun beaming down on her back Alell knew that she would foam with excursion and that only made her more anxious.
