"Nope" Gwen smiled "no boyfriend either" she laughed. "We're here" she said and stopped walking as she motioned to the store, the light still on inside a small plump woman standing behind the counter inside looking a bit bored.

A wide grin spread across Aris's face. She grabbed Gwen's hand happily and entered the shop, a bell ringing as the door opened. "Ooh, look at this one!" Aris practically squealed as she ran over to one of the cages. "Isn't it adorable?" A black and white kitten was curled up on a soft pink blanket inside the cage. The sign hanging on the cage read: "Oreo. Age 3 months. Female. Spayed. Litterbox trained. Gets along well with people and animals."

Aris laughed. "Alright, alright." She knelt down next to the cage. Oreo yawned, showing white teeth and a pink tongue. Aris reached through the cage to scratch the cat's head. Oreo purred. "Hey kitty," Aris whispered. "How'd you like to come home with us?"

Gwen smiled "much better" she said and walked off into the cat care items. "We're gunna need a litter box, cat food, some toys... hm... do we need at cat bed? Really? There's a perfectly comfy couch at the apartment, and the bed" she thought outloud trying to figure everything they would need to get.

Gwen laughed "the collar is a deffinite. Bell or no bell? The cat nip deal is noted and little Oreo will be sleeping in our bed then" she said. "Oh, er, you don't mind sharing a bed right?" Gwen asked. "I can always move to the couch or inflate the air matress" she laughed.

"I don't mind." Aris shrugged. "I had to share a bed with my cousins whenever other royal families would visit our castle." She smiled. "No bell, I believe. Some cats are nocturnal in nature - if she's one of those cats, the bell would just keep us up at night."

Aris nodded with another small smile and walked down to the other end of the aisle where the collars were. On the way, she started humming "The Last Song I'm Wasting On You" by Evanescence. 'Sparkling grey, They're my own veins, Any more than a whisper, Any sudden movement of my heart...' A bright green collar caught her eye. It had no bell and was the exact same color as Oreo's eyes. "What about this one?" she called to Gwen, holding up the collar.

Gwen looked back over her shoulder ar Aris and the collar she was holding up. "Looks great" she said and turned grab a litter box and litter to got with it, along with cat food. "Wow, my arms suddenly got really full" she laughed looking at the items. "Anything else?" she asked herself with a slight hum.

Aris shook her head, grinning, as she walked back down the aisle. "Here, I'll help," she said. She grabbed the box of litter from Gwen and hoisted it up onto her right shoulder. "Let's go pay for this stuff and take Oreo home."

"Good idea" Gwen smiled walking to the checkout counter. She dropped everything she held on the counter and smiled at the woman there. "All this and the little kitty named Oreo over there" she said pointing back to the cage. The woman nodded and scanned all the items then gave Gwen the total. "One sec" Gwen muttered searching through her walet that she had pulled out a moment before. "Um... uh... oh found it" she laughed and pulled out her black card handing it to the cashier. Once she handed Gwen back the card she grabbed a temporary carier for the kitten and scuttled over to the cage opening it up and returened with the kitten in the box. "Thanks lady" Gwen smiled being sure not to show her fangs.

Aris grinned wildly. She had to restrain herself from jumping for joy in the middle of the store. "Here, I'll get those. You take Oreo." She picked up the bags, bending her right elbow so that the bag with the litter was easier to carry.
