PLOT. The people taking history at their university goes to an old, supposedly 'haunted' mansion to see the antiques and other items from the 1600's. They do it every year, except this year is different. When the cla.ss goes to the house, they report seeing weird floating ob[injection]jects and such. Little do they know that ghosts have been haunting this house since the master of the mansion died 100 years ago. The master killed the maids, his children- practically everyone- out of boredom-ness. The manor was cursed 100 years ago- 1912- and now the curse has lifted. Before, the ghosts were kept in a place not in hell, though also not in heaven- somewhere in between. Now they are free, but can only haunt in the creaky old mansion. Of course, the students don't know that. They also don't know that they've been entrusted with an im.portant job- to help these spirits rest in peace. How will they do that?
INFORMATION. You can choose to be 2 different things/people; A living person (which will be the students) and a dead spirit/soul/demon/whatever. If you choose to be a dead ..thing, you can be anything you want that's scary-ish. Clowns, mimes, toy dolls, vampires- It's up to you. This is, however, a small group RP with limited spots. There will be 8 living souls and 6 dead things, so it isn't too crowded. If anyone decides that they don't have the time to post here anymore, then if their character is living, they will mysteriously disappear and die, and if their character is dead, the dead thing shall be banished to the underworld. The slot will also open up, free for anyone to claim. You can kill off your living character voluntarily, but then you'd have to post another form as a dead thing. If you want to, of course. :I You don't have to have 2 characters, but if you want to, I guess you can have two. But if you have doubles of a.. uh- how do I explain this. eg. derpydude has 2 characters- derpina and derp. derpydude's characters are both alive. So derpydude will only take up one slot. Personality: Avius is the kind of person that likes to get things done. He doesn't enjoy talking much, unless it's so that things get done faster. He'll take his time only if he feels there's absolutely positively no need to rush, and very rarely goes along with what anyone else thinks. In fact, he's a rather antagonistic person, usually doing the opposite of what everyone else is doing. Does your chara believe in ghosts/the undead: Yes. Other things: Not that Ty can think of.

Because chibi is the only style that I draw. So imagine her as a 21 year old okay. Anything else is too mainstream. //shot. The image looks crappy because I just took it with my webcam on Photobucket LOL. I wrote so much but one can barely read it. Anyway, this is how Ri looks; Her hair is very dark brown, almost black but not quite. She has olive green eyes, but they look more brown or hazel than green. Ari also has a scar on her left forearm due to a bike accident, yet you can't see it because of the coat she's wearing. Personality: Ari writes with her right hand although she isn't too bad with her left ((random fact)). She's a girl who highly prefers doing things alone, but she's not afraid to ask for help if needed. She is silent almost all of the time and will only talk when her opinion is needed or when asked a question by the professors. Ari's social skills are horrible. She usually mumbles or leave the sentence unfinished. She also talks to herself quite a lot, which leads the others into thinking she's crazy, or has a disability of some sort. Ari spends most of her time reading- especially the adventure and mystery genres, studying in the library or wandering around in the campus. Mostly the latter. She can cook pancakes, but that's pretty much all she can cook.
Most of the time, Ari is seen eating something sweet things, such as Chuppa-Chupps, a box of Pocky or something gummy and chewy. Does your chara believe in ghosts/the undead (yes or no): No. Ari doesn't believe in a god but she still doesn't believe in ghosts or anything supernatural. Other things (if I missed something): I added and moved some things because the personality was incomplete and messy.

Reubin died on his fourteenth birthday, when he was asked by his mother to get some ingredients for his cake. Reubin went over next door (the old manor) and the crazed Master opened the door. Little did Reubin know that he was merely speaking to a ghost, and everyone else there were dead too. Of course, the Master's thoughts weren't quite.. sane. The Master thought Reubin was going over door to door asking for donations. Before you know it, the ghost vanished into thin air and reappeared a second later with an axe. The Master killed Reubin and plucked out his eyeballs as he kept a collection of them to remember the ones he killed. He buried him in the manor's small garden but sewed on buttons as eyes because Reubin looked quite odd without them. Age (remember this is uni so no 16 year old prodigies): Reubin was 14 when he died. Looks (image ref or words): tle="" target="_blank">{here} Reubin has blonde hair and pale skin (blood loss). The red and brown buttons where his eyes should be are the ones the Master hastily sewed on before he was buried. Reubin's suit is deep blue and his neck tie is silvery-grey. He has polished shoes which are jet black and in case you were wondering what in the world those things on his jacket and pants are, they are cuts that the Master made with his axe. The scar near his right eye is where the Master sliced Reubin but missed. Personality: Three words. Dashing, refined, goofball. Reubin grew up from a classy family. He's used to being pampered and treated like a god. Well, what did you think? He didn't exactly excel in his home-tutoring, and usually replaces things he can't find the word for as 'stuff'. He used to spend most of his time reading poems, although they didn't really make sense to him. When Reubin isn't occupied with eating apple pie or drinking lemonade though, he makes fun of his siblings. When he got buried in the manor, he was disappointed to see that none of the other spirits liked his jokes, or fell for his tricks. Reubin now spends his time stalking the hallways of the manor, waiting for a little fun and excitement to come back to his life. Does your chara believe in ghosts/the undead (yes or no): Reubin believed in them before and after he died. Other things (if I missed something): Nope.

cause of death~ He was stabbed multiple times with a butcher's knife in the back. Ultimatly died of blood loss.
age~ He was 18 when he died.
looks~ Roy has sandy brown hair that usually appears greasy and darker than it actually is. His eyes are dark brown that looks black unless you really look at them. Roy tends to look at the ground when he is moving or standing, and he has the habit of not looking someone in the eyes when they talk to him. The area under his eyes is dark, making him look like he hasn't slept in a while.
Roy wears loose brown pants and an equally loose light brown shirt. The back of the shirt is slashed up and you can see large gashes all over his back between the rips. It looks like his back is bleeding, and every once in a while blood will drip onto the ground.
When he is visible, he is slightly see-through, but in the right kind of lighting, he almost looks like he is still alive.
personality~ Before he died, Roy was very happy and playful. He was just about always laughing and joking about one thing or another when he wasn't flirting with one of the maids or chatting to one of the Master's children. Now, though, he is much quieter. He tends to mope about in the hallways when he isn't in the kitchen making fire/attempting to bake pastries.
When he is visible/someone can see him, Roy keeps his back to a wall, or at least attempts to, in fear of scaring the person or getting stabbed in the back (literally).
believes in ghosts?~ When he was alive? No. When he died and came back? Yes.
anything else~ History: Roy's father was the head chef in the mansion, and his mother was unknown. Roy had always wanted to go into medicine, but he was a skilled baker, so his father refused to allow him to go to med. school. Roy only worked part-time in the kitchen, and all of the money he received went straight to his father. He was very friendly with the other workers, as well as the Master's children, and he had been caught more than one time sneaking pastries out of the kitchen to give to the Master's children.
Haunting Places: Roy spends most of his time in the kitchen exhausting himself by moving things around and wandering the hallways. He has been known to wander into the garden and dining room, but he usually doesn't go anywhere else in the mansion unless provoked.

AARGH. I only went and freaking deleted the whole thing. Bear with me on this.
Username: GingerNut Full name: Felix Watts Nickname: Flix Dead or living: Living Cause of death: N/A Age: Twenty Looks (image ref or words): Clickplease; Felix is your typical lad. Fairly tanned skin with not a freckle in sight covers his tall, slim fr[injection]ame. He is slightly muscular, but nowhere near the 'jock' stereotype. His hair is dark brown with caramel-coloured streaks here and there, and sweeps across his forehead. He usually hides most of it with a grey beanie hat. His eyes contrast his hair, being clear blue-green in colour. Personality: Felix is a very happy person. Not in the way that he jumps up and down out of excitement or laughs hysterically every five minutes; he's far too quiet for that. But you will often find him with a smile upon his face, even if there is no reason for it. He simply enjoys his life and the opportunities it throws at him. You wouldn't expect him to be as content as he is, however. He comes from a pretty well off family, and they gave him everything he could need; except a decent family. His parents were barely ever home, and if they were all they did was argue with each other. Felix was left to take care of his little sister, practically being a parent before he was even half way through his teens. He stuck it out though, and moved away as soon as he could, only going back to check his sister was managing. This drastically improved his mood swings, and having his own space made it much harder for him to become depressed or sad, and it still is now he's gotten away from it. He does, however, have a large fear of the pitch black darkness. Does your chara believe in ghosts/the undead (yes or no): Nope, he's very skeptical of them. Age: She looks to be about 6 or 7- somewhere around there Looks: Priscilla has very child-like features; round face, faint freckles that dot her nose, painfully short stature and with an innocent air about her. But she does have surprisingly long eyelashes and a thick scar ringing around her neck, almost making it look as if her head had been stitched onto her body if one looked closely. Priscilla's dark brown hair falls just a bit past her shoulders and would be adorned with braids and flowers or ribbons, things like that. She likes those soft, frilly dresses and lacey stockings. Often times she's seen as a slightly transparent child figure. She can change between completely see through or solid as she pleases but is prone to slip-ups where she'll be walking by someone- believing no one can see her- and will have her hands or face suddenly appear without her knowing. *Priscilla has the ability to manifest herself in her dolls and toys so don't be surprised if you see a walking teddy bear or ventriloquist puppet trailing you Personality: Still very curious despite her violent death at her father's hands. Scilla likes pulling pranks and scaring living people although she means no harm and is actually quite timid if one chooses to come near. At that point she may even retaliate violently, gruesomely even, if she were especially frightened. Appearance:
Alexander used to have beautiful blue eyes and pretty blond hair, but his gruesome death kind of...took all of that away from him. He is no longer who he was in life, and has become quite depressed in death. This has drained him of all of his color, and his eyes had been removed by the master while he was still alive. His hair is now snowy white, his skin a ghastly pale. His eyes are no longer there, and instead are simply empty sockets that portray nothing but the eternal sadness this poor spirit feels. Gender:

Dead (If dead) Cause of death: He'd just been trying to investigate the house when he was somehow let in. The master of the house, though already dead, did not like this one bit and did not hesitate in dragging the poor boy and mutilating him until he died from the shock. Nobody really knows where the tattoo-like eye on his collarbone came from, but Sockets believes it is a way for him to see without eyes to use. Since then he has wandered through the mansion, vocalizing his eternal sadness through the form of his ghastly cries for help that nobody ever answered. Age (remember this is uni so no 16 year old prodigies): He died when he was only sixteen. Personality: Sockets was once a cheery, happy guy and was unfortunately very, very curious. After his encounter with the master he grew to be quite depressed and sad to the point where there are permanent tear-like marks on either side of his eyeless sockets. He's very rarely able to be seen, and when he is you can still see right through him. When not visible, you can often hear his tormented wails echoing through the large manor. He is also not a malicious spirit, he just seeks to be put to rest so his suffering can end and he won't have to cry any more. He seeks release from this hellhole.
