Valerie walked down one of the corridors. She was concerned that she wouldn't fit in this year, Everyone seems so 'Dooms Day" like and most of them wore dark colours. Her Orange hair fluttered around her as she walked down the corridor and stopped to stare at a wall stating 'Go Back now, Ghosts Here!" she laughed unsure, Ghost didn't exist, must be for effect, she shrugged, almost skipping down the hall again.
All the other students had sneered at her as she walked in, it wasn't her fault she was so bubbly. and that she happened to be studying here for the year. it was just coincidence that she was staying at the opposite place to what she looked like.
oh how she hoped to find someone to talk to soon, or she was going to explode. |

Avius walked up to the doorway, and likely would have moved a hell of a lot faster had he not seen what he had seen. There, staring through the window, appeared to be some kind of... Person. He couldn't see clearly- he mustn't have been able to see clearly- since it appeared to have no eyes. Oh jeeze. He was losing control of his imagination. Shaking his head, he hurried up to the door, intent on ignoring what he'd seen. He stood next to the only other guy there who seemed to have any idea where he was going, and glanced in the doorway too. Probably should be checking for traps right about now. Still, if there were traps, it was hardly as if they'd be obvious.
''Don't worry, dude, I'll go in first and set off any traps.'' He didn't really expect there to be any, but this gave him a chance to retain his dignity after having a swearing contest with a gate. So, holding his head up high, he strolled into the darkness of the manor, albeit a little unsure of his footing. The floor felt less stable in some places, and he wondered just how safe this place was, exactly.

Well now. I should... Probably put something intelligent here. At some point. Eventually.

Reubin cautiously walked down the staircase and saw the group roaming in the foyer of the manor. He was still visible, so the first thing that came into his mind is to duck down, hoping that no one would notice him. He fell with a thud on the rough surface.Damn it. How do I turn invisible again? , he thought. Reubin faded hastily but it was too late. A lady with black hair turned in his direction, her eyes wild with fright. ~ Ari heard a noise coming from the stairs. She scanned them and spotted something disappearing before her very eyes until she thought she was staring into nothingness. "Did-did anyone see that? Or was I just hallucinating? There was this thing that disappeared. Maybe it was just my imagination, but I'm not sure." But something was there. Ari simply thought that it was her mind playing tricks on her. It wasn't the time to consider the existence of ghosts. Maybe it was just the light. After all, it was quite sunny outside. No. It couldn't be.
[ By the way, the person that spotted Reubin was Ari, in case you couldn't make the connection. o3o ]

Roy strayed into the entrance room thing (gosh, he really needed to ask someone what it was actually called) and caught a glance of Reubin's head. A girl said something indicating that she had seen him before he disappeared. Woops; that probably wasn't very good.
The ghost wondered if he should be feeling excited or something like that. He couldn't remember seeing so many humans in the house since he had died. Roy couldn't help but feel a small pang of dread. With so many people around, wouldn't the master notice? Roy remembered what happened to Reubin and Sockets when they entered the house. Would these humans end up the same?

Sockets stared at the humans as they entered, unable to suppress a soft, ghostly wail that echoed through the old house, his eyeless sockets focused onto the group as he moved further back into the shadows. He did feel a faint glimmer of hope, but his despair at the possibility of these kids becoming like him outweighed it. He moved to go up the stairs once again, seeming to almost float up each step. He hadn't held on to his body when he died like the others had, so he was more like one of those stereotypical floating ghosts than anything else. His death had been horrible for a boy like him, who had come over quite innocently and had just begun to reach towards his prime.

Felix stepped into the musty darkness, bl[injection]inking heavily as his vision adjusted to it. He thought he caught a glimmer of movement, but dismissed it instantly and took a couple of hesitant steps further in. A floorboard creaked softly under one of his feet, sending goosebumps down his spine.
Don't be stupid, Felix. He told himself, shaking his head and replacing his furrowed brow with a slight smile. Rather than concentrating on all the negative things he switched his mind around to look at the slightly more positive side of things.
"What sort of traps would there be in a place like this?" He asked, scanning the room quickly whilst he kept one eye on the others; he did not want to be left behind. Even if it was just a creepy house.
Hopefully there isn't any traps here. Or at least ones that are easy to get rid of... Felix thought, rubbing a hand over his face at the thought of all the work of getting rid of traps.

There couldn't really be a ghost or whatever here, and this isn't really a haunted house. Just a messy old manor that no one cares for any more, Ari told herself. She glanced back at the creaky flight of stairs. Nothing. Just a fine la.yer of dust and- wait. There was an area that wasn't covered in dust. It was in a shape of something crouching down. Ari bl.inked and looked away. That wasn't really there. She felt chilly as something- or someone- made the stairs creak and groan. Ari looked at the stairs and saw nothing, as always. - Reubin knew that the girl saw her. Now what? He went up the stairs- carefully this time- and went back to the nursery. At least they wouldn't notice him there. [ pftfhthtrf really short ]
