Sola chuckled when her starling pecked at Aki. "I guess we'll get the usual amount of new kids." Sola shrugged. "But I like new students, it's fun to help them around the place." By helping, Sola always meant pointing out directions. Sola may be a nice girl, but she definitely did not extra work, and she had a rather low patience level. It was Maya that was the level-headed girl, at least around Sola.

Bakki-Cho sat down at the Slytherin table, his sister carefully sitting next to him. Makki began to fill her bowl with hot and delightful smelling chowder and beckoned her cup to fill with butter beer. Her brother only filled his cup with a type of aromatheric tea. "I dont see how you can drink that."Makki said as she torn a chunk of bread to eat with her chowder. "Itya ecauseba ouya areya otna efinedra asya Iya amya."he responded with a smile. "Jerk."was all she said as a response to him.

Seated at the Ravenclaw table, Jesca watched idly as the first years lined up nervously before the Sorting Hat, who -as usual- sat on its worn wooden stool. Professor Diviki stood by the hat, parchment scroll in hand as she tapped her wand irritably on her waist. 

'Quiet!' she barked at the first years, causing a few to cower back fearfully.

Jesca made herself smile at the thin girl who had just joined the table. 'Welcome,' she murmured softly, tipping her gla.ss of pumpkin juice at the child. Bored with the affair now, she conectrated on the next boy, who became a slytherin.

Disgusting Slytherins, sly as snakes, she thought acidly.
