Jesca sighed and tilted her head back to look at the ceiling. 'I know....it's just that, I need a job to support myself, since I don't have any parents. The only reason I'm here is because my father was very rich and I was his only child.'

The girl shrugged nonchalantly. 'I just don't want to live off my father's hard earned money. It seems...disrespectful somehow.'

"Aw, is that a baby owl?" Maya asked, extending a hand to pet the bird. "They're so adorable! I haven't seen an owl chick before." Chem looked up, attempting to get a good look on what was sitting on his head. "I guess Chem likes Hawthorn too." Maya grinned when her cat didn't do anything, just twitched an ear.

Sola nodded, understanding. "My father is a muggle, so I guess he doesn't understand. But what he does understand, is that all the females in the family love magic." She smiled. "I'm just glad my father has accepted our magic. He didn't really trust us at first." 

[[Let's just as-sume that the headmaster is a male x.x ]]

"Sorry for what?" Maya asked. "Y'know, you're odd, for a Ravenclaw." Maya was happy to find this guy. He seemed like the crazy, crazy good kind. Maya always as-sumed that there was only one of her, while the rest of the Ravenclaws were wise, studious and smart people. Chem continued to sit still, occasionally twitching his tail.

Jesca grinned. 'You're lucky that way, I guess. My mother nearly disowned me and left our father when she learned his secret. Luckily, she adored me too much to give me up.' Jesca sobered almost immediately at the mention of her mother, shoudlers slumping.

'Of course, she's dead now,' the pale girl said bitterly.

Sola was about to reply to the older girl, but she looked up when Ilian started moving off. She involuntarily raised a hand and tugged his shirt. "You're leaving?" She asked. Fiero hopped off his bowl of berries and also chirped a question, looking back at the falcon.

Maya observed Mores for awhile. He seemed quite interesting, peculiar, if you may. It was rather obvious that he wasn't reading his book. Mores didn't strike her as the studious type, anyway. But he seemed a bit indulged in examining the headmaster, and Maya sighed softly and did what he did, watching the headmaster.

[[I gotta go now x.x Sleepytime. Baibai, Snakey and Feythy! Feythy. Can I call you that? 8D ]]

"Oh." Sola said, dropping her hand and rubbing her arm. Fiero tilted his head to one side, and made another questioning chirp. He fluttered over to Ilian, perching on his other shoulder. He started chirring and chirping to Quill, although whatever her bird said, Sola always had no clue.

Ilian suddenly felt bad. "I guess I will stay though." He said listening to Quill let out some more sounds as he talked to Fiero.

 By this time Violet had forgotten what the brown haired boy had even asked her. It seemed like it had been a long time even though it must have only been a few minutes.

[[Duuude, don't drop out, Dream-chan! D: But if it's school, I understand x.x My teachers love throwing homework at me. My French teacher gave us three different as-signments on one day, and expected it to be done in a day x.x 

Feyth: Fiiiine XD... -small voice- Feythy o3o ]]

"Haha, here!" Sola said, grinning. She slided over another spot to make room for Ilian, since she thought he must have felt squished in between the older girl and Sola. Fiero chirped back to Quill, occasionally rustling a wing. He was hopping all over Ilian's shoulder, enjoying the softness of his uniform. 

Akilina scooted over to make room for quill just as the Headmaster stopped talking asnd dissmissed them to go to their rooms with their prefects...
