Name- Hitomi Mizuki Yena (Hitomi)

Gender- Female

Age- 15

Personality- Hitomi is almost painfully quiet. She rarely says anything and sometimes seems to blend into the background, but thinks things through carefully. Being alone has taught her to be cautious, so she avoids most people, prefering to observe them from the shadows. When she finds someone who talks to her, however, she trusts them completely and would do anything for them. Hitomi is very intelligent, as she loves to study, read, and exercise her brains. She loves the feeling books give her, of being safe in a place where no one can hurt her. However, sometimes she feels desprate for a real person-anyone- to talk to her and acknowlege she exists. During these times, she sometimes thinks about approaching someone and talking to them. However, she has been hurt whenever she tries to do that, so she doesn't anymore. When she reads her books, she feels like she almost believes in another world beyond hers, but the struggle of daily life usually crushes these feelings.

History- Hitomi grew up in poverty with her mother in the beginning. She never knew her father, as he disapeared before he even knew she existed. Her mother tried to give her the best life possible, although they had no money and sometimes nowhere to live. However, when Hitomi was 3, her mother tried to steal some food from a vendor near the sea. As the vendor was chasing her, her mother fell off a cliff and broke her neck. Hitomi now has only shadowy memories of her mother and her love for her. After her mother died, Hitomi lived on the streets. She had to steal to survive and grew quick and nimble, able to outrun the shopkeepers. When she was 5, she approached a stranger who seemed friendly. He took her in and gave her food. However, he showed himself to be a hard, cruel man who took children in, then made them steal and work to keep him in comfort. She worked for him untill she was 7, then she escaped. After that, whenever she approached someone, they misused her. The last time was when she was 13, and a couple took her in, only to try to sell her as a slave to other people. After that, she hasn't dared to approach anyone.

Weaknesses/Flaws- Hitomi is not physically strong-in fact, because of her small size, she is weaker than most people. She is also too trusting- if you are kind to her, she never dreams that you will betray her. She is very cautious, always seeming to think something bad will happen. Lastly, Hitomi is afraid of violence- if she sees something violent she often will retreat into herself for a while

Talents/Strengths- Hitomi is very fast and nimble as a result of having to steal to survive. She is also extremely intelligent. She thinks things through and doesn't rush into them. Although she is very shy, if someone is going to hurt someone she trusts, she will protect them no matter what-she doesn't want them to die like her mom did. Lastly, she is tough- although she does not have much physical strength, she is resilent and recovers quickly from physical injuries.

Likes- books, feeling safe, gazing the stars

Dislikes- She dislikes people being hurt, in any way. She fears people betraying her. She is scared by bleakness-anything devoid of color, light, or hope

Weapons/Defenses- Hitomi is very fast and agile. (Umm..if I have Dream, what powers does she have?)

Accesories- Hitomi has a small barrette, which she wears on the right side of her hair. She found it on the ground one day, and it attracted her somehow. It has a wolf on it, in all the colors of the rainbow, running.

Clothing- Hitomi wears the clothes shown in the picture below. Her hair, which is always braided, is tied with 2 ribbons, both a faded blue. She wears a white blouse with a blue bow on the front, and blue trimming, also bleached in color. In fact, the clothes she is wearing always seem to almost fade, making her seem even more quiet and fragile than she is. The only thing, besides her barrete, wihich has color, is a small blanket- the same blanket Hitomi's mother wrapped around 2 year old Hitomi before she left for the last. Hitomi usually wears it wrapped around her waist as a kind of sash. It shimmers in all the colors of the rainbow
