Clay nearly squealed when he picked her up, something she was not expecting. With a half hearted attempt to get down, the girl eventually just let him carry her, a smile rushing on her face as soon as she saw the lake. HER lake. The water was clear, tinted a soft blue. You could see almost every little fish and every little rock in there. It was perfect to Clay.

Shawn nodded and smiled at her. "Let's go," He said with a small laugh, headed towards the door. He stopped before he reached it. Shawn grabbed Lenny and held him as he walked towards the street, slowly, as he waited for Sierra.

"You drivin'?" Shawn asked her, raising an eyebrow. "I didn't bring his Booster..." He added, looking down at his son. He wasn't big enough to not have a booster seat yet.

Clay did not hesitate. As soon as she hit the ground she was shimmying out of her shorts, pulling her tank top over her head. She sat there, kicking off her flip flops in her bikini. Without even glancing Ryan's way, Clay shot off towards the lake, diving in once she got deep enough. "Come on in!" She called towards the shore, wiping the water away from her face. "The water's great!!"

Clay smiled slyly then shot out of the water, tackling Ryan in the shallow lake, laughing the entire time.

Shawn smiled as he felt their hands entwined. "How far is the store?" He said after a moment of comfortable silence.

Shawn nodded softly, wondering if she could take the combination of heat and morning sickness. But she looked alright at the moment, so he wasn't too concerned.

Clay grinned at him. "Pretty Boy, it's ALWAYS like that," She said, snapping her teeth together as if to be 'threatening', though it was a joke.

Shawn nearly dropped Lenny when he heard Sierra scream. He was not expecting that. A sigh of relief came out his lips afterwards. "It's just a spider, it won't hurt you." He whispered into her ear, wrapping his arm around her waist. "And if it tries to, I'll protect you."
