((Besides, Fialys's wings are useless for flight. She can only get about a foot or two off the ground. Their main purpose is warmth. :D And light. -nodnod-)) |

Dravius skulked about in the trees, stopping every few branches to yawn and shiver. No light seemed to reach this dreary boy, and even the white on his clothing seemed menacing and dark. Spotting a bright flickering light, he clambered through the trees, coming to a stop right above Fialys, and tilting his head at the phoenix warming her. Curious, he crept farther out on the branch, so interested he did not hear the wood protesting until a loud crack sent him tumbling into a heap in front of Fialys.

Fialys let out a squeal and stumbled backwards, tripping over a rock to land right on her butt. She pouted, muttering something under her breath before glaring at the person who had fallen, red eyes narrowed slightly. "What were you doing in that tree?"

Dravius crambled up, glowing eyes wide. He shook his head franticly, waving his arms in an X motion. He pointed to her phoenix, then shivered in his thin black and white shirt. He held his hands up, palms first, still not opening his thin lips to say a word.

Aurora heard something crack,"What was that?" She asked turning around in her bubble. She squinted her eyes and saw a boy and a girl standing over some type of fire bird but couldn't see what kind of bird it was,"Who are they?" Aurora asked pointing at them. She grabbed her icicle and popped a hole in the bubble. She walked out of the bubble and ran over to Dravius and Fialys,"Warm..." She said getting closer to the fire. She took a step back, she hated hot things! She gave them her best smile,"Hi I am Aurora...Are you some other experiments?" She asked.

Fialys blinked, cocking her head to the side before looking back at her phoenix. When it finally dawned on her she huffed softly, looking back the phoenix again to signal that it could go warm the boy. She flared out her wings and wrapped them around her body, the flaming wings keeping her warm. She looked up as a girl walked up, huffing. "Isn't that question a bit...Oh, I dunno...rhetorical by this point? I have flaming wings, so of course I'm an experiment," she huffed, curling up in her spot on the ground. Stupid skinpy clothes they dressed her in.

Dravius jumped as the flames approached him, and he smiled at Fialys, revealing pointed teeth. With the flame luminating his face, he seemed even darker in contrast with the light. His eyes were deeply shadowed, and his face thin. He nodded in response to Aurora, and crouched in the dirt, to write shakily and almost painfully slowly, What is your name? He tapped the message and pointed to Fialys.

"Fialys Phoenyx," she answered, resting her head on her knees, muttering crossly to herself about how stupid the people who had made them this way were. I mean, dressing her like that? What were they thinking?!

Dravius nodded and wrote, I am Dravius, the darkness. Then he sat down and stared silently at the dancing flames.

Aurora giggled,"Sorry I kind of knew the answer, but I wanted to ask anyways." She backed away from the fire and put a sheild of ice around her. She skin was always cold and she never liked warm things. She let out a little hiss.

Fialys glared at the new girl, obviously not wanting ehr to come any closer. She was cold enough as it is. After a while of her temper growing shorter and shorter as she got colder and colder, Fialys finally gave up and summoned a full-sized phoenix to envelop her within its fiery wings, the fire elemental sighing softly. "I am fire, as you can see," she muttered, content within her warm shield of fire and feathers. ((Want a reference? Check out her picture. :D)) |

Aurora flew backwards covering the pheonix and Fialys in ice. She hid behind a tree looking at the fire as it grew,"Sorry, I don't like fire at all. My name is Aurora...I am ice." She said.

Dravius gulped and opened his mouth, while writing in the dirt, They cut out my tounge. Indeed, if you looked closely, no tounge was to be found, and Dravius closed his mouth and blushed slightly, the color shocking his white face. Then he ran a hand over Aurora's throat, and made an X over his own.

Almost immediately, the ice around ehr and her phoenix melted, flames flaring out around her as se stood with a growl, steam hissing as the sheer heat of her flames made the water that had been left on her evaporate. Her phoenix let out a shrill cry, flaring out its wings. "I. Do. Not. Like. The Cold," she snarled, even her red eyes burning. |

Dravius hopped up, and gently pressed his hands on Fiayls. His hands were very warm, even though they looked as if they could be made of wax, hard and cold. He bit his lip, until a bead of black blood welled on the surface.

Fialys gradually calmed down, though the flames that made up her wings were flickering madly. Iff that ice-girl decided to try that again, she swore she would melt her until she was nothing but a puddle.

Rasku swiveled around, now glaring at Fialys, Dravius, and Aurora. 'Which one to tagret? Maybe the weakest looking... No, I have to wait for one to seperate from the others, then strike.' Rasku was planning. He still didn't take a liking to the idea of bringing a fellow 'Experiment' back to his most hated place, but he desired freedom, and the last thing he wanted was for himself to be the prey of another hunter. The deal was he bring back another 'Experiment' and he'd get his freedom. But if he broke the deal and instead ran off, he'd be hunted and killed without question. Rasku didn't want to think about it. He waited patiently behind the tall shrubery, his mind still not set on what to do.
