(( *pokes Nightmare* o-O Need a tissue?)) Kai'ela walked along the streets of Adagu City. Pale morning light filtered through and between the many run-down sky scrapers. Hints of crimson dyed the sky above her, hinting at a brilliant dawn. She sighed as she looked at her paws. Such beautiful, terrible beauty. As she glanced up in time to see two sihouettes on top of one of the sky scrapers, Kai'ela tripped. She groaned as she scrambled to upright herself. gathering up her sack and her map. When she looked back, the silhoettes were gone. Maybe I'm seeing things, Kai though to herself. The life of an explorer is a lonely one if anything. Pushing back her melancholy, she darted into a run-down shop to search for treasurs. Pawing through the dusty books, she pulled out volumes filled with folklore myths--they would make an interesting collector's item. Humans are such odd creatures, Kai thought again, though she had only seen a few, and even then it had been from a distance. They have not one planet, but four, and they are filled with beautiful treasures. She paused her thought for a moment, sighing. And yet they leave them for one planet, even though it means leaving their most beloved discovery yet. Kai'ela wrinkled her nose in disguest now. They are corrupted creatures. ~*~ Kurai woke to insistent buzzing of an insect close to his ear. He opened his gloweing yellow eyes into slits to stare at the sly before swatting it away with a decaying claw. His bright amber eyes cast a dim light over his den made --not on, but into -- the Trash Isthmus. The bright, colorful trinkets that surrounded him on his walls glittered in the early morning light. Dawn was just beginning to fade from the horizon when Kurai stalked out of his dark home. His black pelt shone with an surprising health, considering he was an Ebilia. The annoying flies were more plentiful out here, but the sunlight warmed his skin and fur. He snapped at a few before padding further out. He growled to himself as his stomach rumbled, then set out to find a meal.

((Okay, so I need to leave in less than an hour, and I have some other stuff offline to do before I leave, so I'll be logging off shortly. Before I go, though, I'll just post some stuff for the purpose of this thread. Kapeesh? Bumps Just a bump or two a week should keep this from moving too far back. Try not to spam it up too much with bumps, okay? Posting Only two to three more per person, alright? Try not too have too much happen while I'm gone, pleae. <3 Alternate Thread(s) I'm okay if there's an alternate thread with this same plot, as long as not too many new people join it, and credit for the original plot is given to me. <3 So, bye everyone! I'll see you in three weeks! <3 ~Lola ))

I snuck on again)) Dusk sat with her pale, naked legs cross-legged with one foot pressing against her other foot making her lower body resemble the wings of a butterfly. The breeze swept over her as she sat in the tiny dingy, meditating. 2 creatu sat around her and one swam in circles around the small boat in circles. Dusk's black hair crossed her open eyes, but Dusk did nothing for the hair did not do anything. She could see nothing throguh her purple eyes. Beautiful as they were, she was blind. As the hours flew by, Dusk slowly emerged from her quiet trance and stretched her legs, hearing the bones crack slightly as she moved them out and in to get the numb feeling out of them. She stretched her arms over her head and stood up. The boat she was sitting in was anc*censored*d to the bottomo of the sea floor with a large rock, not a proper anchor. Their boat was floating near the mysterious whirlpool on the deserted planet of Atquati. A note fluttered on the side of the boat, threatning to jump overboard. She snatched it just as it started to fly off. He nimble fingers slid over the wood of the dingy and she placed the paper in a hidden compartment on the oak bark that made up the boat. She slid the section closed as the wind picked up. She wondered absent mindedly if any humans has stayed. she rubbed the marks on her back--the silver ebilia next to her had told her what they looked like.-- and sighed. Nobody would want to even go near her. She was cursed... ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- The silver ebilia to the right of Dusk was quietly examining her pointy nails, wondering, for a moment, how many swipes it would take to kill another one of those annoying creatus humans called Meikos. She put down her claw and looked at her side. Nope, there was still fur where her bones should be showing. She looked around the boat and realized suddenly how small it was. If she stretched herself, her legs would hang over the side of the boat. She sighed. It wasn't exactly a boat, it was more of a round wood float thing. It was able to hold Feyth and Firenei and even Magei if he wasn't a water breathing fish. She lay her head down on her paws and furled her her wings around her body. G'night. She said, although it was early morning... -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Firenei spireled around the boat with dizzying speed. "Feyth! watch this!" She called. Firenei zoomed into the sky and floated in front of the sun's rays, casting a meragon shadow on the boat. Feyth glared at her and wondered if she would ever stop talknig. Firenei shot towards the boat and pulled up at the last moment, causing Feyth to grab her throat and pull her down to eye level. Shut.Up. Feyth said through gritted teeth. Firenei, afraid fo the large silver beast, crawled to the side of the boat and did just that. She stayed quiet. She listened to Feyth's slow breathing and her eyelids fluttered, closing over her eyes. She yawned, showing rows of herbivirous teeth and fell asleep. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Magei swam small circles around the boat, watching for any creatu that might try and take a bite out of his friends. He wondered, his mind wandering, why he was the only man in this group. He shook the thought out of his fishy head. It didn't matter, as long as he was with Dusk, he felt safe. He lept over the boat, spraying water in a great ark over the group, earning a glare from Feyth who still hadn't managed to go to sleep. He tucked his fins and entered the watre so gracefully that the water only rippled and no water was thrown awry...

OOC: Tissues are much appreciated... -sniffle- I'll try very hard not to spam this with bumps. But sometimes I get a bit perplexed if a roleplay I'm in get's to page 3 or 4. I'll restrain as much as possible. O.O I'ma' gonna start an alternate roleplay, then. Don't worry, I won't take any credit at all. @_@ That would be mean of me.

"A...A...Ah.... Ah-Choo!" Kai'ela sneezed, the breath rushing out of her lungs. She took a few shaky gasps before daring to open her eyes. Her sneeze had disrupted the dust that coated the store's goods, and now it was whirling about, intent on suffocating her. Her breath coming fast now as she fought down panic, Kai grabbed her sack in her ebony jaws and raced out through the slanted doorway. Once she was outside, Kai'ela allowed herself a breathless, shaky laugh. It was only dust, after all. What was there to fear? She shook herself to free the last of it, though, not wanting her alergies to creep up on her when she was exploring such a beautiful place. Curiousity got the best of her as she looked up to the tall buildings. Any silhouettes who had been there were long gone now. Late morning sunshine had replaced the crimson fury of dawn. It warmed the ground wherever she stepped, and for once Kai'ela was content to just walk. ~ Kurai twitched his ears, listening intently. A slight breeze stirred the abundance of old wrappers and decaying tins, making it hard for him to hear anything that might resemble prey. The flies were still thick, but at least some of the bright sunshine had chased a few away. He shivered as they landed on him. Trying his best to ignore them as his stomach rumbled again, he shook himself off and settled into a crouch. Minutes ticked by, with only the stirring of trashreaching his ears. Buzz. Buzz. Buzzzz. Kurai leapt up with an indignant yowl. The flies flew off of him in a great buzzing cloud. Infuriated, the Ebilia trotted off. A few minutes later, he dug his nose into an old box of who-knows-what. It smelled faintly like turkey, but he wasn't sure. His stomach wouldn't allow rejection, though, so he ate it anyways. Finally satisfied, he licked his jaws and made his way to the exit of the Trash "Isthmus--the flies were too much for him. If he wanted to returrn someday, then he could. But for now, Kurai was gone.

"HELP!" Dusk screeched in terror as the boat spun in the whirlpool, knocking the creatu and Dusk into the swirling pool of death. She screamed as her head went under water and she scrambled to makeshift a life raft from her clothes, not an easy feat when you can't see. "HEL-" She was cut off as the whirlpool sucked her into it. "FEY-" She gurlgled, struggling to stay above water. She screamed as loud as she possibly could and let the water carry her away. When she woke up, she was on Relcore. She didn't have time to wonder why she was on Relcore for Feyth was trying to drag her up a hill. "Help..." She muttered, not realizing where Feyth was taking her... ((Writer's block...))
