Why you ran away:

The night was cold and the room was breathless. The man had been their for a while now. He was her moms friend but after her death he staied and abused Spirit. Spirit had always took the blame from him. She was curled up on the couch with the TV on. "What did I tell you!" The man said. "Know TV while I'm trying to think!" he growled again. He walked up to her and took the remote and slammed it up against her head. Spirit bolled up and started crying. She had had enough. She stood up and slapped him on the face. It then turned into a bloody fight. The man went to the kitchen and pulled out a knife from a drawer. He came up to her and helled her still and cut her rists. She screamed in pain. Their was where he had cut her so many times befor. The man walked away like nothing had happened. Spirit ran to Braxton and cried. "We have to get out of here." Braxton said. Braxton packed his and her bags and walked away from the man and the house never to return.

Spirit was still crying. They wernt far becuse they had just left. She huged Braxton and collapsed to the ground after she let go. She was still hurt by the brusses and cuts the man had given her.

Braxton gave her a hugg back and held onto her. He let go to find she would only collaps. He droped the bags and picked her up. "It'll be ok, We're safe now." He said.

Spirit tried to stop crying but couldent she was weaker than she thought she was. She looked up to Braxton. "Why did he have to take eyery thing out on me?"

Braxton listened to her but shook his head. "Becuse people dont understand how fragile you are." he said.

"It looks really bad" Braxton said lookeing at her rists. He went to the bench and lied her down.

Spirit wached the grils every move and stolen the attempt to sit back up. She looked at her rists and looked back to the girl. "I've had stiches befor a lot of times. But never in my rists becuse i could never beable to drove. Every time he slitted my rists open he would slit Braxtons to so we couldent go know where." she said.

A smile crossed her face. It hasent been in years that she had. "Thank you"

Braxton nodded and wached Cheyenne carefully making sure she dosent hurt Spirit.

Spirit looked to her "Yes" she said. She looked to Braxton then to Ryan.

Spirit smiled and looked over tand Chey.

Braxton smiled amd let her go making sure she could stand.
