Poppy rolled her eyes at Jake. "I have played basketball since I was 5." She walked to half-court and looked at the hoop. It was far away, but she had done it several times before. She took aim and threw it. It hit the back-board and went straight through. She grinned at Jake. "I bet you didn't know I had that in me."

Jake clenched his teeth. "Nope. Had no idea. But who cares..." Jake ran up behind Poppy and grabbed her by the waist. He carried her over his shoulder like a heavy box or a sack of potatoes. He walked to the ball and picked it up. "Think I can make it while holding you liek this?" Jake walked to half-court.

Jake laughed. "Now your being a dork!" He tossed the ball and it hit the rim. It just barely wen't in. "I made it!!" Jake smiled and walked off the court. "How about you wanabes play some 3 on three. I know your sporty anyways." Jake gave a wink and walked back to the garden. "Sorry you had to go through that."

Jake smiled and set her down on the table. "Anyways, what's your next clas.s? I'd like to walk you there because I've been causing you so much trouble today." He smiled sweetly and looked at the rose bushes. He walked over and took out a basket. He opened it and looked at the baby bunny inside. "Heh, your doing much better than the day I found you." Jake pet the rabits ears and smiled.

Jake smiled and laughed. "You don't know much about me. But it's not my rabbit. It's a rabbit that I found here one day. It was raining and it's leg was broken or sprained. I can't really remember. But he is doing much better. I hope he can hop soon. I can't take care of him forever." Jake looked at Poppy. "Unless some beautiful girl takes it home?"

((Thanks. Its kinda funny ive been playing basketball since i was 3and a half XD)) River grunted as she pulled a chair towards the pool. She was at the indoor pool inside the school. River set the chair infront of where the cemet met the water. giving a sigh of relief as she sat down, eyes closed. She let her toes touch the water and let out a long sigh. Her hair was tucked back into a bun and she still had on her bikini from swim practice. The pool was empty. Then steadily she let herself fall into the water. She gracefully swam taking long steady strokes. River was lonley and didn't have much friends. Often of times she wished she actually had someone to laugh with. River shook her head and swam on. Finally she swam over to one of those half ladders at pools and sat on a rim. |

Jake smiled happily. "Yay!! Oh thank you Poppy! I don't think he would be able to survive on his own!" Jake set the rabbit basket down and kissed Poppy's cheek. "Your the best! Thank you so much!!" Jake hugged her tightly. Tears of joy were filling his eyes.

Poppy stood, stunned, as Jake hugged her. He had actually kissed her! She was overwhelmed with joy. "It's... It's... It's okay." She muttered clumsily. She put her arms around Jake. She was going to make the most of it while it lasted.

Jake smiled and wiped his eyes. "Sorry, sorry. I realized what I just did. I didn't mean to do that. I'm just really happy because he can have a home instead of a stupid little basket. He'll be really happy. I named his floppy." His ears wont stand up like normal rabbits.

Poppy smiled. "I don't care a bit. At all!" She wrapped her arms around Jake's neck and kissed him full on the mouth. After a second she pulled away and blushed bright red. "Sorry... I wasn't thinking..." She sat down.

Jake blushed a small bright crimson. "Um.. eh...." Jake flopped on the ground and looked up at Poppy. "I-It's fine.. I just wasn't expecting that at all." Jake stood up and picked up his rabbit and held it in his arms.
