(thanks ^^ ) Medina brought down a young doe. she wasn't really hungry but she nibbled at her kill anyways. She took the time to ponder all she had forgotten. It all made sense now, why she could never remember some earier parts of her life. she wasn't angry with Ouka, she could understand his actions, probably better than any other member of the pack whos memory had been suppressed. with a sigh, she finished what she could of the doe and left the rest of it for the scavengers of the forest. she slowly made her way back to where Ouka had been.

Ouka sat by the doe and waited for Medina to come back. He spent the time all but punching himself about what he had done. He saw many wolves go all but mad because of him. He knew he had no choice to do so, as the leader threatened to kill Maple if he didn't, but that didn't change the fact that he had done it. He had never told Maple why he left...he just left in the night...without saying good bye...

Medina found Ouka in the same clearing as before. his back was turned to her, but she could tell that he was troubled. She sighed and at the same time caught the scent of wildflowers. It was faint, but she could change that. She picked up the breeze and gently let it swirl around the clearing, around Ouka. She also picked up numerous other scents, the kinds that helped calm the spirit and bring good memories to bear. She even pushed the fluffly clouds out of the way so that bright sunlight could shine down. She hoped this would help as she lingered behind the bushes...

Medina cursed under her breath. "Crap, I'm going to have to get used to that..." She muttered. She stepped towards him and asked, "Are you still all gloomy or can I say hi to Ouka? I haven't seen him for a couple years now you know."

Medina rolled her eyes and turned around, as if to walk away. Without warning, she spun back around and pounced on him, throwing her wings around him in a mock bear-hug. "Ouka! It's been years since I last saw you!" She paused and grinned at him. "Have you gained weight?" she teased.

Medina could sense it when Ouka's thoughts turned dark again. She had a knack for that, sensing moods and then changing the atmosphere to get rid of those moods. She sighed and asked, "It's not your fault Ouka, it was all his. If I had the strength and skill I would hunt him down myself but I was cursed with gentle powers. I can do nothing..."
