Lyanti nodded and nudged Kurano away from Ouka. He grabbed both Kurano and Aurora by the back of their necks and headed home. Kurano whined when he was wrenched away from his game. He saw his twin and instantly became worried. Kirano was not supposed to be so gloomy. No brother of mine is going to be so boring! He thought. Aurora stopped suckling when her mother stood up and her father grabbed her from behind. She looked over to her right and saw one of her brothers dangling from her father's teeth as well. Bored, she gave a happy yip and bashed at Kurano's snout with a paw.

Fayte grabbed Kirano by the scruff,"Can you take Kioko?"Then in the safety of her's and Ouka's minds,I think Kirano is mute and/or deaf...I want to see,I will tell you what I find out,then you can tell Lyanti...

Though his mother or Uncle couldn't tell, Kurano heard every thought. He avoided another swat from his sister and tried to listen harder, though the voices grew faint as the distance increased. When a black paw smashed into his face once more, his pup side took over and he began to play, ignoring the growl his father gave the both of them. Aurora laughed when Kurano finally started to play as well, though the game did not last long since they were at the den now. Aurora had never seen the den before in her life, though she could feel everything about her mother radiating from it. Lyanti gently lowered the pups to the ground and lightly bumped them towards the entrance. He looked around, trying to find Medina and finally found her in the branches of a tree. He called out to her and when she didn't respond, he noticed that she was sleeping, soundly. He let her be and followed his pups into the den, waiting for the rest of his family to join them.

Ouka picked Kioko up by the scruff of his neck and followed Fayte back to the den. He was worried about Kirano, he hoped that the young pup wasn't deaf as his mother had worried.

Aurora stopped her game when she was abruptly dropped to the floor of the den along with Kurano. She whined in complaint that playtime was over. Lyanti smiled a little at Aurora's whine and said, "You two have done enough for today, time to sleep." Kurano stubbornly refused to go to sleep before his brother joined them in the den. He sat down in front of the den's entrance and waited, ignoring Aurora's glare at disobeying his father's command.

Kirano had suspected that there were sounds to be heard,but he heard nothing,as if cotton were stuffed in his ears,he tried to whine,but he felt that nothing came out. Fayte laid her ears back and set him down,she had seen him try to whine,but no sound,Ouka,he is mute,but we will have to find out later if he's deaf... Kioko squirmed and whined,trying to get out of Ouka's grasp.

Ouka withstood the occasional kick he recieved from the pup he carried. Connecting briefly to its mind he said, You know it would be easier for both of us if you'd calm down... Then he left the pup's mind and searched out Fayte. After finding her he told her mentally, I can ask Kirano himself if you'd like. Remember, I can speak to those who cannot speak for themselves.

Fayte sighed mentally,If you want,but he is just a pup,and may not respond. Kioko stopped for a moment,wondering where that voice came from,figured out it was Ouka,then resumed struggling,twisting slightly to bite his neck a bit.Let go! Kirano watched his mother's worried eyes and licked her as best he could.

I won't stay long if I sense any distress from him, Ouka told Fayte before he disconnected from her, hearing Kioko. He rolled his eyes and continued on, making sure he wasn't holding on too tight to the scruff of his neck. Then he sought out Kioko tenderly touched his mind asking, Can you hear me?

((Kioko is the girl,she is the fiesty one,and Kirano is the twins that is deaf and mute...lol..)) Kirano shook a little from the cold,and was frightened a bit when he heard Ouka,Y...Yeah,but only in my mind,I can't hear anything else!I'm scared!Will I never know my mother's voice,or never hunt!I have been panicing for a while,but no sound comes,I think.... ((He is very smart for his age...))

((gah! *hits head* I need to write this stuff down! ^_-)) Ouka sighed worriedly. He could just see the den up ahead now. Calm little one, you are not alone, we will not allow you to live that way. There is a way you can hear your mother, but I cannot tell you how, if you are in this state, take a second to breathe in, that's right, feel better?

((StarMoon is the celestial wolf.Only one is born every thousand years.Is that ok?She is the one in charge of changing the night into day,day into night.And she changes the year,as well as whether or not the moon shows.OK?If she is hurt,or even killed,the cycle stops.If the cycle stops,then no new celestial wolf is born,and time will freeze forever.....They live until a new one is born,unless killed.))

(args, my parents took my pc away, have to sneak on during skool, please be patient if i don't post) Kurano leapt to his feet when he saw Ouka and his brother comming towards the den. Ignoring his father's pervious command, he ran out of the den with a bark of joy. His excitement died when he sensed the tense air around the den. He whined and looked around, searching for the source. Aurora saw one of her twin brothers rush out of the dn and decided to follow. Unlike Kurano, she did not sense the atmosphere of the situation and charged staright ahead. She would have crashed into Ouka had she not tripped over her own paws and landed nose first into the dirt. Lyanti called out as his two pups left the den, "Where do you two think you're going?" He followed them and stopped halfway out of the entrance. Kurano was whining and that was definately not a good thing. Medina woke up as she heard a high pitched cry from below. She let out a long yawn and slipped off of her perch in the tree. She glided down with unequal grace and immediately noticed something different. There was another presence in the forest, something with a purpose to ancient and important that it had to be preserved at all costs. She moved that matter to the side and asked, "What's wrong?"

((Well,StarMoon is one toughie.Don'y worry,most celestial wolves keep to themselves.MOST.)) StarMoon stood on her cliff.It overlooked the whole forest,and if she looked right,she could see the sun when ti was rising.If she looked left,she could see the sun aetting.As the sun sank below the horizon,she closed her eyes and pictured the full moon rising,and that it did.She traveled quickly down to the river,lonely as she was,and sighed,looking at her reflection."Why am I so different?I am only 3 and yet,I know much more.Thousands of years worth of knowledge.Why?"She walked along the river a short ways,and stopped at the edge of the lake.She bent down to drink and heard a large hiss.Looking to her right she saw a large male crocodile slither into the water,and a few moments later a female raised her head up in front of StarMoon. StarMoon jumped away from the water as the male snapped at her,closing her jaws where she had been moments before.The crocodiles snaked up onto the land,moving incredibly quick,and while StarMoon was distracted with the female,the male rammed her side,sending her to the ground.As she struggled to her feet,the female ran up and bit her right hind leg,and StarMoon felt bone break,and howled in pain and defeat as she fell to the ground,her leg limp and the female dragging her claws over StarMoon's side...... StarMoon howled one more time,faintly,as she blacked out... ((Man,long intro compared to my usual...)) Fayte set down Kirano,and closed her eyes,laying down in the den,thankful for a safe place to rest.She suddenly heard a faint howl,and it came from a hurt wolf.Her ears pricked,and she longed to do something,but she had pups,she couldn't leave."Lyanti,listen."
