"Thank you," Honeytongue had said to Rainblaze, before her kits were born.
Later, she woke up to see a bunch of new little kits. At first she thought they were hers, as she just woke up and felt very confused and lost. Then, when her eyes got used to the light in the den she could see clearer that the kits were not hers, but Rainblaze's, her kits were behind her where Bonetwist had been. The spot was still warm. Good, she thought.
"Your kits are beautiful, but neither look much alike.." And she kind of wished she said the last words to herself. "What are their names? Mines are Sunsetkit, Earthkit, Tsunamikit, and Neonkit. Who's they're father?" She asked, wondering why he wasn't here to comfort her. This was kind of a suprise, anyway.
LOVECLAN
Lovestar woke up, feeling lazy and grumpy that day. When she thought of her kits, her mind lightened up and she dragged herself out of the den. "Morn...ing?" Her voice died away as she saw no one around the camp. She looked at the sun, and she couldn't find it. It was barely twilight. No wonder she felt so tired... And no one was around. Including her kits, where were her kits? That had just turned apprentices two days ago... She smiled, then her smile dissappeared completely as she saw Lavapaw and Volcanopaw sneeking in quietly through the camp entrance. Lovestar ran towards them, and Lavapaw's fur stood up. "You scared me!" She half-hissed. Lovestar wondered where they had went, but the scent was clear all over them. "Lavapaw, Volcanopaw, what in the name of StarClan were you doing in SunClan camp for the third time?! I have told you before, haven't I? I don't need anymore excuses that you were playing hide-an-seek and suddenly stumbled into a completely different territory from ours!" Lovestar growled madly at her kits, "You both know being turned apprentices doesn't mean you can just run around like a retarded bird into another's territory!" And once she said that, Volcanopaw whispered and giggled in Lavapaw's ear, "It doesn't? Oh whoops!"
"You two will be Lavakit and Volcanokit again if this happens again-" Lovestar began.
"But, no one even noticed us, I swear-" Lavapaw began to say to inturrupt her mother, but Volcanopaw finished, "Yeah! No one! Really! We were there in the middle and even the medicine cat didn't send us away! I think it might be because.. Uh... What was happening again, Lavapaw?" And Lavapaw nodded, "Yeah there were two queens giving birth at the same time, it was amazing, we were like shadows there!"
