The rumble of a motorcycle sliced through the air as it zoomed ahead of a sleek and silver Cadillac. The black Yamaha slowed as it eased into the student parking lot with the car at its rear tire. The figure riding the bike turned, scowled beneath the visor the helmet had and revved the throttle as a warning. The person behind the wheel returned the scowl.
The bike rumbled as it moved again, quickly finding a parking spot amidst the other vehicles. The silver car pulled into the space next to it just as the rider turned the bike off and set down its kickstand.
"Geez, Isedon!" the other person cried. Isedon gave the other a glare. "You're supposed to stay next to or behind me while we're heading to school!"
Ah. That was the reason. Isedon rolled her eyes as she removed the helmet but still straddled the leather seating of the motorcycle. "Is that all you would like to complain about, cousin? And I would like to point out that the tuition for me to come here is a bribe. Are you that far connected from the reality in which your parents get what they want, Sora?" she growled as she slide a leather clad glove through her russet and black hair as to get rid of the flatness the helmet gave her.
Sora hesitated as she jumped out of the car. Isedon just snorted a "Whatever," as she dismounted and headed into the school. Her cousin hurried after her. The two stayed quiet until they reached the homeroom.
"Ise... I'm not going to pretend I know what happened to you-"
"Damn straight." That earned a glare and a scowl, both of which, Isedon easily ignored.
"-but this could be good for you. See as you are my cousin and out fathers were brothers..."
Isedon simply growled. "If you say anymore about how I should be more like or the rest of the family, I am going to smash my helmet into your face." Then, her lips twisted into a sort of smile. The kind that sent her cousin stepping a few steps away. "And I think I'm going to like it," she added, lowering her tone into a whisper. Between the whisper and the creepy smile, Sora was starting to get the chills.
Sora's face screwed up in disgust. "God, its like you were raised by animals!"
Isedon shrugged. "Near enough. If you count the crime and drug lords that took me in." And with that, she took her seat in the back of the classroom, totally ignoring everything and everybody else. Sora, however, had gone pale with this information before sitting down herself.
