"Your brother set you up on a blind date?" Kyle asked with a laugh. He paused and then said," Is your brother over-protective or large?" He added curiously. He didn't want to get his a'ss kicked for such a stupid reason as liking his sister.

"He's a little over-protctive. He's nine-teen, almost twenty. I'm seven-teen. He sees my with a geek. I'm emo. Emo's don't go well with geeks."She said with a short laugh.
"He's my age then," Kyle said thoughtfully. "Oh, well , I don't care about the older brother, just the younger sister," He said with a grin. He looked down at Akila and smiled sweetly.
"Thanks God I'm almost eight-teen. I'll be old enough to make my own desicions."She said. She was happy that her birthday was twenty days away. "He would have to test a guy I date."She smiled. Then smirked.
"Test as in how...?" Kyle said, wondering what in the world that meant. Test as in strength, smarts, wits, what? He shook his head and looked down at Akila. "So, shall we head out to town for something to eat?" He asked, looking down at his recently growling stomach.
